Reincarnated With a SSS-Rank Hypnosis Skill in Another World-Chapter 37 - Blood Stone
I opened my eyes in the middle of the room.
I immediately felt the weight of two heads pressing against my chest, tears falling onto me. I could feel my shirt being drenched in tears, not sweat.
I wasn’t sure what had happened when my soul had left my body, but it seemed that both Elena and Aria thought that I had died.
I took a deep breath because I felt as if I were missing oxygen. My chest rose, and both Elena’s and Aria’s faces snapped in my direction, meeting my eyes.
"Y-You’re..." They both couldn’t believe their eyes, barely able to pronounce a few words. However, after calming down slightly, they could finally speak. "You’re alive!"
Both of them screamed in unison as they tightly hugged me around my neck.
I had both of their breasts being squeezed into my face, almost suffocating me. But it felt good to have those huge, squishy breasts right in my face. I could even feel myself getting harder in the process... which showed through the bed sheets as my arousal rose like a straight arrow.
While being suffocated, I could also meet the eyes of the King, who clearly noticed my reaction.
I could only hope deep down that he wouldn’t be too mad at me. After all, that was simply a normal reaction; any normal man with a functional body would have the exact same response. Even he would get it, without a doubt! Well, he’s old, so maybe not... but yeah, anyway.
"Please move away from him, give him space; he’s just woken up."
The healers immediately came up to me, beginning to take my pulse and everything related to me, especially trying to see if the poison was still within me.
And that’s when the shock completely hit them.
"T-The poison is gone? But how?! Y-You just died..."
I just stood there in silence.
What was I supposed to tell them?
That a God had gracefully offered his help to save me out of nowhere?
I didn’t even know if Gods were a known thing in this world, but I highly doubted it. More than that, they would probably think that I had lost my goddamn mind. The easiest way to get out of this situation was simple.
I just had to act like I had no idea what had happened to me.
"I died?!" I said, shocked.
"Yes, minutes ago. The poison took over your body, and you died for several minutes. We tried to heal you but without any success. Any idea what you did?"
The healers seemed interested. However, I couldn’t tell them. There was no point.
I was a lot more interested in knowing the identity of the Unknown God who had saved me for the "fun" of it, from the looks of it.
He hadn’t asked anything in exchange, nor did I know his identity.
Even now, as I was being asked dozens of questions, my mind was fixated on finding out who he was.
"I’m sorry. I don’t remember anything. Must have been luck."
The King, who was at the end of the bed, nodded and opened his mouth, finally.
"Let’s give him some space. He’s had a rough day, from the looks of it. We have postponed your fight to tomorrow, giving you some time to rest. You better be ready; today was a close one."
I could feel the slight disappointment in his voice. But it wasn’t my fault that it was so close. I had won, but then a literal God had gotten involved. It was already a miracle that I had won this fight at all; surviving on top of it was just a bonus.
Nevertheless, after everyone gave their goodbyes, some being more physical than others, they left me alone, even the healers who had deemed me safe from any further danger.
It was now time for me to see just what kind of Unknown Reward I had gotten.
I simply thought of it, and a small red gem appeared in my right hand. It didn’t look like anything too powerful or special at a glance. However, if it was a reward for having defeated a God, it had to be good, right?
It somewhat resembled the stone I had received from the Goddess before being sent to this world.
I took hold of it, analyzing it as a small panel of information popped before me.
[Blood Stone]
[Description: A stone that can strengthen the effects of Blood Weapons, molding them into much more powerful weapons.]
My eyes widened as I read the description.
The Gods had sent me this reward knowing that I had the Blood Dagger. They seemed to know that it was a very powerful weapon, and from the looks of it, they wanted me to strengthen it.
Without another thought, I grabbed the Blood Dagger, which was on my left on a small wooden table.
I brought the stone closer to the weapon, unsure how I was supposed to use it.
But then, the moment they got a few inches apart from one another, the system sent me a message, a question of some sort.
[Do you wish to strengthen your Blood Dagger with this Blood Stone?]
’Yes,’ I thought in the back of my mind without the slightest hesitation.
Now that I had used Last Stand, finishing first would be extremely hard, borderline impossible. I had to use everything I could get to even hope to rival against that black-haired genius.
The Blood Stone was immediately pulled into the Blood Dagger, being molded into it. The dagger was changing size and shape.
Within a few seconds, the Blood Dagger underwent a clear change.
The dagger was now much longer; the blade was a dark red, and the handle was a hollow black. But what was truly interesting was the skills, which had evolved even further, gaining even a new one.
[Blood Dagger]
[Grade: Epic]
[Description: Forged in silence beneath the ruins of a forgotten blood cult, this dagger feeds not on metal or magic—but on the blood of intention. Its edge never dulls, and its thirst is never quenched.]
[Effects]
