Restart:Untalented Man-Chapter 430: Sarika Appeared
"You don't have to answer Han. Your expression already answered my question."
Sigh-
"Thank you for being sensible. Your question put me in a difficult position, old man."
"Hahaha! I worked in countless noble houses. I know about ears on the wall and eyes in the shadows. But still...it must be something else if even you, his closest friend, disagreed."
Han sighed, "It's just... he doesn't have what it takes to be one. He's extremely timid, lacks confidence, and is very dependent on other people."
The way Han describes the young master of the noble family was harsh but it's a bitter truth.
Johann's ambition was not foreign to him since Han is well aware of the situation going on in the estate. However, his ambition was far-fetched.
There are times when Han feels a need to knock this reality on Johann's head but he holds back after thinking of the repercussions he and his family might face.
Dunn raised an eyebrow, "Is his personality also the reason you were appointed to be his tutor?"
Han nodded, "That's part of it. But it's also because no one else is willing to teach him. As you know, nobles are the ones holding knowledge here, and the young master was scared to travel far to Ryntum. Master Johann was also reluctant, fearing someone might get rid of the young master, the stain of Klover."
"Did something like that ever happen before?"
"Just once," Han replied. "Master Johann suspects it the works of the main family."
Dunn subtly smiled. He finds the conversation with Han to be more fruitful than he initially anticipated.
The information about the past incident was unexpectedly valuable.
'Interesting... Perhaps that incident caused the hatred between Johann's branch side and the main family.'
Dunn's mind began to churn, thinking of the potential schemes and manipulations that could be orchestrated based on this knowledge.
Lost in his own thoughts, Oldman Dunn didn't pay much attention to the abrupt halt in their conversation. It was a normal occurrence for an engaging discussion to pause momentarily.
Moreover, he didn't immediately notice the lull, not until Han began to open his mouth and break the silence. "Here she comes..."
"Hmm? What are you talking about?" asked Dunn.
"Look over there," Han replied, subtly gesturing with his lips.
Following Han's cue, Dunn turned his head around. His eyes fell upon a woman with silky blonde hair that shimmered like a golden thread.
Compared to when she's leading the army, her short hair has gained substantial length.
"Sarika Klover..." Oldman Dunn muttered the name of the beauty in a low voice.
Her figure was the last thing he expected to see in this mansion. With the current circumstances, Sarika should be nowhere near this place.
"That's 'Lady Sarika' for you," Han corrected the old man. "Don't call her as if she was your friend. You'll get us into trouble."
"Yeah, my bad."
The stone-cold beauty fixed her emerald-green eyes on them. Slowly, she strides towards them with elegance and grace, befitting her status.

"Why did she come over here? Do you personally know her?" Dunn asked. 𝒻𝑟𝘦𝘦𝘸ℯ𝒷𝑛𝘰𝓋ℯ𝘭.𝘤𝘰𝘮
"We're hardly an acquaintance. She only knows my name."
As Sarika stood before them, her gaze shifted toward Dunn.
She scrutinised the old man from head to toe. In a stern tone, the duke's daughter asked. "Who are you? I've never seen your face before."
"M-My name is Dunn, young lady. I'm working as a gardener." Dunn stutteringly replies. He gets into his role, acting as a scared gardener in front of the duke's daughter.
"Do you know this is a restricted area? Not all gardens can be entered as you please."
"I..."
Seeing the scared Dunn, Han steps in to defuse the tension. "Please don't be too harsh on him, young lady. The reason he's here is because he catches wind of my presence and comes to meet me."
Sarika raised her eyebrows, "You know this old man?"
"We briefly met when I returned after my study from Ryntum. We spoke to each other on our way to Klover."
Han answered honestly but it wasn't his reason that caught Sarika's attention. Hearing the word 'Ryntum' caused an indescribable feeling inside her.
Frowns appeared on her beautiful face.
"Are you...from Ryntum, Dunn?" Sarika's voice sounds calm but there's anger hidden beneath it.
Oldman Dunn quickly denied it. "No, no, I'm from the capital, Thyrate."
The tension on her shoulder eased a bit. The anger that seems like it is about to explode disappears as if it never existed in the first place. "Is that so?"
"Yes, I'm a hundred per cent proud Barlian citizen."
"Good. Anyway, you can't be here. Don't repeat the same mistake or you'll face punishment. That old man is so protective." said Sarika, referring to Johann.
"I understand, milady."
Turning toward Han, she asked. "Is Adam inside?"
"Yes, milady. Adam is always inside the mansion. He would be happy to see you after a long time." Han replied.
"I guess so. I've been busy lately."
Sarika left the two of them alone and disappeared into the mansion.
As her figure faded from view, Dunn quickly bombarded Han with a series of questions. "Why is she here? Is she close with the young master? Did Master Johann say nothing about this?"
"Calm down, old man," Han tries to assuage Dunn's curiosity. "Lady Sarika is one of the young master's friends, aside from me. Maybe out of pity, she considers the young master as her younger brother and treats him like family. Not many know about it though. As for Master Johann, he's suspicious as always but doesn't forbid Sarika from coming here."
"I see..." Even though he was still a bit flustered, Dunn tried to absorb the information.
Dunn's journey here was worthwhile. Not only does he get to learn about Adam Klover, but also about his relationship with Sarika, the duke's daughter.
'I wonder how Demin going to take this information.'
