Third Person's POV

Her crimson eyes locked onto him.

"Is the account of this young man true, Logan?" she asked coldly.

Her tone was calm, yet every word carried undeniable authority.

It was obvious from her manner that she had not only recognized the old bony monster cum deacon, but was also well aware of his reputation.

Before Logan could respond, the wily earth deacon hurriedly stepped forward, unable to restrain himself.

"How could Senior Logan do such a thing, Lady Raven?" he said loudly, feigning righteousness.

"He was merely trying to prevent that violent brat's tyranny and lawlessness. You shouldn't listen to that bo—"

"Did I ask you to speak?"

Lady Raven turned her head sharply toward him and cut him off mid-sentence.

This time, her voice was no longer indifferent.

Instead, it was cold, sharp, commanding, and filled with power.

The earth deacon froze, and his expression turned ugly as a cold chill of danger ran through his spine when he saw Lady Raven's cold and harsh expression.

Lady Raven had already realized, at least to some degree, that this bulky deacon harbored a clear vendetta against Ethan and had deliberately attempted to mislead her into delivering a severe punishment to him.

Ignoring him entirely, she turned back toward old, bony Logan while waiting for his answer.

But instead of responding, Logan merely smiled, but it was not a fawning or apologetic smile that everyone had expected.

Instead, it was a slow, crooked, and deeply unsettling smile.

Seeing this, Lady Raven's narrow red eyes sharpened into thin slits as a flash of icy displeasure crossed her face.

She could sense the mockery in that smile.

It was blatant and undisguised and was directed straight at her.

It was as if his expression was screaming a single question:

Who are you to interrogate me?

Just as she was about to act and teach him a lesson he would not forget, her senses suddenly prickled, and her gaze snapped toward the inner castle grounds of the Sanctum without hesitation.

From that direction, a blazing streak of fire tore through the sky, traveling with unnatural speed and overwhelming power towards them.

In mere seconds, it crossed the considerable distance and descended upon the square.

The moment she sensed that familiar, oppressive aura, Lady Raven's expression changed as she instantly recognized who it was.

The fiery figure slammed into the ground before Logan and sent waves of scorching pressure rippling outward.

Dark red embers scattered and slowly parted around him, revealing a towering, muscular demon clad in voluminous purple robes that outlined his immense physique.

Just by standing there, he exuded a suffocating presence, and his aura transformed into an invisible pressure that crushed down on everyone present, including the new joiners, the senior students, the deacons, and even Ethan himself.

People's breaths grew shallow, their hearts started racing, and fear quietly spread through the crowd as every pair of eyes widened as they stared at the newcomer.

He was Solomon, the feared Enforcer of the Abyssal Sanctum.

He was also known as the Enforcement Elder, and now he had arrived as well, making an already tangled and volatile situation grow even more dangerous and complicated.

His mere presence seemed to thicken the very air around the square.

Solomon first glanced at the powerful lady in red and acknowledged her only with a brief, restrained nod but he did not exchange a single word with her.

And without any ceremony or explanation, he turned his massive frame and began walking straight toward Ethan.

Seeing such a cold interaction, the crowd was stunned as many had expected some kind of exchange or clash of authority between the two powerful figures, yet none of it came.

Instead, Solomon ignored everyone and everything else and his steps were heavy as they echoed across the broken garden floor.

The old, bony demon named Logan, however, looked distinctly pleased since his arrival.

His twisted form slowly began to relax as he returned to his previously normal appearance, and he gave a respectful salute toward Solomon, who merely nodded in return without any visible emotion.

Without hesitation, Solomon continued advancing toward Ethan, his expression harsh and cold.

When he was halfway across the square, he finally spoke.

His voice was deep and oppressive as it boomed like rolling thunder, though none of the spectators noticed the flash of hidden greed that flickered behind his yellow eyes.

"You, new joiner," Solomon declared, his words carrying crushing authority.

"Before leaving yesterday, I specifically warned everyone not to create useless conflicts or engage in fights, or they would be expelled from the Sanctum."

His gaze locked onto Ethan.

"But you did not simply violate this order.

Instead, you went far beyond that.

You caused chaos on a massive scale and turned this square into a gory battlefield.

You even killed many young students who were filled with hope for a bright future."

The accusation struck the crowd like a blow.

"And when they protested against your filthy acts," Solomon continued coldly, "you ended their lives without mercy."

He had completely ignored Ethan's claim about the old, bony Logan killing Jack and his lackeys.

Instead, he had shifted the entire blame onto Ethan alone.

At the same time, the disgust in his voice when he spoke the words 'filthy acts' made Velcy's fingers tighten, and Virelle's eyes blaze with fury.

Sensing their anger and helplessness, Ethan immediately squeezed Velcy's hand, silently signaling her to remain calm, while he quietly raised his gaze to meet Solomon's.

Suddenly, a surge of fiery reddish yellow light erupted from Solomon and shot forward in a vertical wave, crashing toward Ethan like a descending wall of power.

It was not a destructive spell.

Still, the three girls were blown backward without the slightest resistance and were flung aside as if they weighed nothing at all.

Ethan, however, was caught at the center of it and was instantly immobilized by the overwhelming force.

Instantly, an unbearable pressure crashed down on him, and it was so intense that he could not resist it in the slightest.
