Runaway Omega-Chapter 116 - - Someone Is Going To Die
Zachariahâs Point Of View đđłđŠđđ€đđŁđŻâŽđ·đŠđ.đđđ
"That stupid bastard! Where the hell is he even going!?" Bellamy yelled.
"Bellamy, itâll be fine. Thereâs no where he can go that we canât follow." Dyahlettah said.
"Yes, heâs being foolishly stubborn. But fuel is not infinite, and his options are limited. So do calm down..." I added.
He rounded on me in an instant, and his amber eyes seemed as if they had absorbed his raging blood. They were so terrifying that I actually tried to step back, even though I was currently sitting down.
"If one more person tells me to calm down, Iâll throw you from this Helo. You cannot possibly understand what is happening right now. Tristan hasâ"
Suddenly, he froze in everything he was doing and saying. His pheromones began to emit from him in fierce earnest. I couldnât figure out what was wrong, and it seemed that Bellamy had been right. We really didnât understand a thing.
Coleâs pheromones began to softly rise from his body as well, and he looked as if he were going to throw up at any moment. It was extremely unsettling.
"Tristan has... been away... from his Alphas for... too long... This feels terrible..." Cole groaned.
"He needs me now... and Iâm about to shoot Naithynn down, in order to retrieve him!" Bellamy groaned, gripping the door in a fierce hold.
âB-Bellamy... There is a problem... Heâs about to take me somewhere... where you canât follow... I donât... I donât feel very well...
We were all momentarily stunned by the weak and shaky voice, that immediately began to flood our headsets through the COMs. I finally understood that they were not merely being overprotective and angry. There were actual stipulations to their mating bond.
"Tristan. There is no where you can go, that I wonât follow. Just hang tight for me, please? Everything will be alright." Bellamy said.
âNgh... You really canât... I donât want to... watch you... get blown up...
Tristan groaned weakly. I immediately paused, and tried to assess his words. Then, I glanced out the window and flinched. Naithynn had been flying in what seemed like random directions, trying to shake us and formulate a plan. It seemed that within the last 20 minutes, he had successfully figured out that plan.
However...
"Naithynn, you cannot do this! This will not end well for anyone, and you know that! Please stop this nonsense right now, before itâs too late! Before you do irreparable damage! Think about your brothers!" I yelled, sensing the eminent danger we were about to be in.
"Whatâs happening, Zachariah?" Cole asked, looking out the windows fearfully.
âItâs already too late, Zachariah. Weâve reached the point of no return. Stop this pursuit, or perish. Lady Chastaine will love her new pet, I guarantee it.
At the confirmation of the worst possible outcome of my imaginings, I gripped the seat fiercely. He was disobeying my every command, and blatantly declaring war on us all.
"Kahlden, do not pursue him past this point! Itâs suicide!" I yelled.
We were quickly approaching the property line of the mansion, and the falconets were coming into view as they lined up their shots.
"What are you doing, Zachariah!? Do you want me to kill you!?" Bellamy said, grabbing me by the shirt.
"If we cross that property line, those artillery guns will shoot us down. If we identify ourselves first, they will begin to fire on us immediately. I am no friend to Chastaine, I know she killed her husband. So I might have threatened her a few weeks ago..." I replied, trying not to make eye contact with him.
"Well Iâm willing to risk that chanâ"
*KA-BOOM!*
"TRISTAN!!" Cole yelled, jumping out of the Helo without a second thought.
Dyahlettah deftly caught him, and he dangled from the open door. Bellamy looked like he wasnât too far behind.
A missile had streamed through the day-break sky, and hit the tail end of the helicopter that Naithynn and Tristan were currently in. By all accounts, the situation didnât make any sense.
Naithynnâs helicopter was currently careening to the ground in a nauseating spin. We could do nothing but watch it plummet.
"Land this fucking Helo, right now!" Bellamy yelled, grabbing the co-pilot by his collar.
"Sir, if we land here you will never make it to the crash site before the mansionâs security. Please allow me to fly low, and swiftly to their last known location..." Kahlden said, as he rested his hand on top of Bellamyâs fist that still clutched the co-pilotâs shirt.
"Please, hurry..." Bellamy replied weakly, before releasing the co-pilot and sinking to his knees.
Dyahlettah pulled Cole back into the Helo, and gave him a remorseful look. It was clear that these guys were just acting on impulsive instinct, but if we didnât get Tristan back today, someone was going to die, and I couldnât confidently say it wouldnât be me.
Kahlden flew over the road, just high enough to not impede traffic but not high enough to be detected by the guns. He landed just off the edge of the property. Cole and Bellamy wasted no time jumping out, and making a mad dash to the wreckage of Naithynnâs helicopter.
Dyahlettah and I, were hot on their heels. The Helo looked like it was able to land in a good position, all things considered. Unfortunately, there was thick black smoke wafting up from the wreckage, indicating an oil fire of some kind.
"TRISTAN!!" Bellamy and Cole yelled together as they reached the Helo.
"TRISTAN! SAY SOMETHING, PLEASE!" Bellamy wailed, as he snapped the broken door off its hinges and climbed inside.
"Is he alive?" Cole asked, looking for a better way in as well.
"Cole! Come help me!" Bellamy yelled, sticking his head back out of the open area.
Cole was back by Bellamyâs side in an instant. He looked up at Bellamy, eyes full of concern. Bellamy turned with Tristan in his arms. He was unconscious, but breathing. His thick pheromones were also unmistakable.
Bellamy gently set Tristan in Coleâs arms, then turned around in a furious frenzy. Moments later, Naithynnâs body was thrown from the wreckage like a missile. Bellamy jumped down from the Helo and looked at both me and Dyahlettah.
"Go save the pilots if you can..." He said, before heading towards Naithynnâs unconscious body.
"Okay... but just try not to kilâ"
"SHUT THE FUCK UP!" Bellamy snapped back at me, cutting me off.
As Naithynnâs Monarch, I needed to at least barter for his life. But the look in Bellamyâs eyes made my blood run cold. There was nothing I could do to save Naithynn and I knew it...

Coleâs Point Of View
I moved over to a tree on the edge of the property line. Tristanâs face was covered in blood, both old and new. His pheromones were so strong I couldnât control the erection slowly rising in my pants.
"Tristan... please wake up, love. Are you okay? Talk to me..." I said placing my forehead against his and wrapping him in my pheromones.
"WAKE UP ASSHOLE! IâLL HEAR YOUR PATHETIC EXCUSES NOW!" Bellamy roared as he landed blow after blow to Naithynnâs unconscious face.
Zachariah and his subordinate safely extracted Naithynnâs men out of the helicopter as well. It looked like everyone was going to live... Well... Maybe...
"I SAID GET UP! YOU DONâT GET TO DIE BY ANYONE ELSEâS HANDS BUT MINE, YOU BITCH! GET THE FUCK UP!"
Bellamy was relentless. In all of the years that I had known him, I had never seen him lose control like he was now. It was absolutely terrifying, and a testament of just how far he was willing to go for Tristan.
"Ngh... Cole... Smells... good..." Tristan sighed while turning into my chest.
The relief that washed over me was unrivaled. He was just fine, save for some cuts and bruises along his face and arms.
"Bellamy. Leave it! Heâs awake!" I yelled.
Bellamy stopped mid blow and stood up immediately. He then kicked Naithynn in the face and gut once more for good measure, before jogging up to us.
"Tristan!? Are you okay? Are you hurt anywhere!? Thereâs so much blood..." Bellamy said, dropping to his knees in front of us.
"Hmph... I knew youâd come for me. Haah... ever my jealous and greedy Alpha... And my most gentle Alpha came too... I love you guys..." Tristan groaned, before coughing.
His coughing fit turned violent, and he began to cough up blood. The smiles vanished from our faces in an instant.
"Whatâs wrong? Tristan, tell me what hurts." Bellamy said, gently taking him into his arms.
*BZZZ... BZZZ... BZZZ...*
âWhatâs going on Cole!?
Ferdinandâs voice boomed over the phone. It was clear as day that he was pissed off.
"Everything is fine. We got Tristan back, though his Helo crash landed so we need to get him medical attention just to be sure."
âWhere are you?
"Iâm not sure. Naithynn tried to take Tristan to Lady Chastaine... an artillery gun shot down their Helo before he could make the delivery."
âWait... Danhielâs mother? She lives in Loreârahlye now, right? What the hell? Sit tight weâll come to you, okay?
Suddenly, Tristan gasped and began to tremble violently. As I was about to ask what was going on, my hackles began to rise.
"Weâre surrounded you guys..." Zachariah said, as he walked towards us slowly.
Tristan raised a shaky hand to point up into the tree. As I turned to see what he was looking at, a figure fell from the tree with lightning speed and my world went black once again....
