Summer Sutton’s hand stayed on him for a moment, repeatedly exploring. Realizing what she had touched, a blush swiftly spread from her neck to her ears.
She seemed to have touched something scorching, frantically wanting to retract her hand, yet Adrian Walyon held it in place.

Frightened, Summer released him, checking his wristwatch for the time. She pried his hand open and dashed towards the bathroom, "We’re almost late for work, I need to change!"
She moved quickly, as if afraid any extra second would have Adrian pouncing on her.
Adrian’s gaze icily swept in her direction, watching her for a long time, and with a stern face, he followed her into the bathroom.
As he entered, Summer was tidying her hair.
She was in her pregnant phase, basically going makeup-free everyday, her face as bare as can be.
