Single Wish: Rise Of The Omniscient Paragon-Chapter 1179 - 1176: Oh Shit
The Forge
The Forge was not only a place where Prima and Primus were meant to be created. The Forge was specially created for Corey to advance into a new race.
And he could not create such a thing despite his talent and uniqueness.
What he was about to become was something that would draw the attention of beings that could turn the universe to dust with a mere breath.
So, how could he create a place that would be able to contain the energies and auras of such a process?
He was just a Mortal.
Corey was not a fan of asking for help from people, but this time around, he needed help.
He had to ask Nina to help him create a vessel where he could undergo his evolution without causing harm to New Earth and to the rest of the universe.
If he didn't have Nina, his next best option would have been to find an extremely powerful and stable dungeon to undergo his evolution.
He had no idea what would happen, but he knew that the energies that would be released would be more than enough to wipe out at least 90% of New Earth's population.
After speaking with Nina, she assisted him in creating The Forge.
No
The right thing to say is that he assisted Nina in the creation of The Forge.
Crafting the Forge had taken a lot out of Nina, and Corey could not understand up to 10% of what she crafted.
It was so simple and complex at the same time.
Despite the attempts of the gods to lift or break the Forge, neither Corey nor Pamela could feel a single iota of disturbance.
Pamela had an awed expression as she looked at her surroundings. There was nothing beautiful around her, but she was still awed nevertheless.
"I'm about to become a new race. I decided not to send you away since you might benefit from seeing what I'll go through."
Corey's voice suddenly drifted into her ears, then she looked at him.
"You should protect yourself and also distance yourself away from me. I don't know what would happen, but it might be extremely dangerous for you."
"Also, if you ever want to teleport out of here, you won't be stopped. But the gods outside might not allow you to leave so easily. So, if you want to leave, tell me now so that I can teleport you somewhere far away."
Pamela calmly raised a brow at Corey's brows, then she gave a light smile.
"I didn't know you cared me that much."
Corey scoffed with a light shake of his head. "If you die, it would be a massive blow to New Earth as a whole, and Anna is on New Earth. I still need you to protect her."
Pamela's lips twitched fiercely. "So, you see me as your sister's guardian?"
Corey nonchalantly shrugged. "Who knows? It doesn't matter though, just prepare yourself."
Pamela clicked her tongue in anger, and Corey shifted his gaze to Primus and Prima.
"Protect her unless I call for you."
"Yes, Papa." Both of them answered simultaneously, and Corey nodded slightly.
He walked to a certain location where the formation on the ground and the metallic sky seemed to coverge.
He sat with his legs crossed, then he inhaled and exhaled deeply.
He snapped his fingers, and two objects appeared before him.
One was a vial containing a golden drop of blood, and the other was a heart.
The blood of the Supreme Ancestor and the Heart of the Prince of Letherions.
The moment these two priceless objects appeared in the Forge, a loud groan resounded in the Forge and also beyond.
The gods were shaken by this groan. They could not sense the auras of the All Father's blood and the heart of Prince Zakar'el Eron'Lethe, but their instincts fiercely warned them about the Forge.
The gods who already knew everything Corey had done in the past week were confused and shaken to the core.
Was Corey not done?
Has he not done enough?
Has he not caused enough waves throughout the universe?
Meanwhile, Corey himself had an extremely solemn expression after bringing out these two items from his Tri-Pupil Eyes.
He inhaled softly, then he grabbed the beating heart of the Prince of Letherions.
He chose to absorb Prince Zakar'el's heart before the All Father's blood because he was a Paragon. 𝒇𝒓𝒆𝒆𝙬𝒆𝒃𝓷𝒐𝓿𝙚𝙡.𝒄𝓸𝒎
He believed that the instant he tries absorbing the Supreme Ancestor's blood, his body would be faced with a fierce rejection, and an internal battle would occur.
He expected the battle to be so fierce that he would most likely not be able to move.
Corey stared at the heart in a trance. The heart was just so beautiful to look at.
He closed his eyes for a second, and when he opened them, a determined light flashed in his eyes.
Without hesitation, he chewed on the heart.
If not for how uncomfortable he felt eating a living beating heart, he would have been overwhelmed by the its taste.
The taste was as sweet as honey.
No
It was sweeter than honey, and there was this desire in him to want more. But he suppressed it as quickly as it came.
After he finished eating the heart, dark golden and dusk coloured blood could be seen dripping from his chin.
Corey wiped away the blood, then without wasting a single second, he grabbed the vial and drank the golden blood of the All Father.
Before drinking the Supreme Ancestor's blood, he could feel a raging flame spreading across his body, but this flame was not hot in the slightest.
Instead, it was colder than anything he had ever experienced, and it was strange because it was not causing ice to form on or in his body.
Instead, the coldness was like the absence of everything.
He could feel his body trying to acclimatize to this energy, and he knew that if he wasted time trying to regulate his body, everything would be ruined.
He needed to absorb the Supreme Ancestor's blood as quickly as possible.
But when he did, what he didn't expect... happened.
He exploded.
BOOM!
Pamela who was far away from Corey had wide eyes filled with disbelief the moment she saw this.
"Oh shit."
