Single Wish: Rise Of The Omniscient Paragon-Chapter 646 - 645: Master’s Dying Gift
As the Battle of Chosens came to a close, the Amphitheatre began to look like an ant house that had countless ants scurrying out of it from every entrance.
The Underworld residents left the massive structure while the Underworld Officials made sure no chaos ensued.
As the Underworld residents left the Battle of Chosens, the atmosphere was filled with excitement and awe as they spoke about the events that occurred during the Battle of Chosens.
The emergence of a demonically talented Tier 2 that could fight Mystic Beings.
The death of a hidden legend of the Master of Poisons in the Underworld.
The mention of a hidden auction.
And last but not least, the winner of the Battle of Chosens.
There were several other events that occurred during the Battle of Chosens.
Intense, blood pumping, and nigh-death battles that occurred between Chosens who hate one another either because of a personal dispute or an organizational dispute.
The emergence of several dark horses amongst the Underworld residents and even the Chosens of several elite organizations.
So many events occurred in the Battle of Chosens, and the battles that took place was a great reminder to the Underworld residents and even the Chosens that there was a peak above the peak they knew of.
Most of them always saw themselves as talented individuals but with the Battle of Chosens, their prides were toned down a notch.
Apart from the realization that there were more talented individuals in their vast universe, numerous individuals also got to learn a lot from the battles that took place, and there were some that even obtained enlightenment in some of their skills just from watching the Battle of Chosens.
The excitement of the Battle of Chosens was extremely fresh in the minds of those who neither participated in the tournament nor those who did not lose a close friend or relative to the Battle of Chosens.
However, despite the excitement of the Battle of Chosens, a lot of Underworld residents knew that the Battle of Chosens was just the beginning.
Having a tournament of Chosens vs Chosens, and Chosens vs Underworld residents is not the main purpose of the appearance of Outsiders in the Underworld.
Every Underworld resident knows that the main goal of the elite organizations is to purchase several Underworld residents from the Underworld.
Most usually purchased talented Underworld residents to bolster the talents in their organisation, however, some purchased Underworld residents for other uses.
These uses usually lead to the death or suffering of the purchased Underworld resident.
Also, everybody knows that Outsiders are not limited to purchasing only Underworld residents that participated in the Battle of Chosens.
Any Underworld resident can be purchased by the Outsiders, and the period of purchase is always a life changing point in the lives of the Underworld residents.
Time went on, and the atmosphere of the Underworld began to change slowly. From excitement, laughter, and gossips, the atmosphere became tense, solemn, and fearful.
Four days went by, and everybody knew that in the next four days, the time for the buying of Underworld residents like slaves would begin.
However, the day of the auction was in two days.
In the Inner Area of the City of Sin was the Headquarters of Neon.
The structure of the Headquarters of Neon was both mesmerizing and terrifying. It had a seamless blend of sleek, cutting-edge architecture and monstrous technological ingenuity.
It's exterior shimmered with vibrant, constantly shifting colors that dances hypnotically over the reinforced panels and walls.
The Headquarters of Neon was not just a headquarters. It was a place of residence, a production center, and a fortress with powerful defenses.
Its interior was a labyrinth of pristine laboratories, luxurious living quarters, training rooms, and leisure spaces, all connected by holographic pathways and concealed doors.
The laboratories were the heart of the operation for the production of Neon. Every piece of equipment was state-of-the-art.
Every inch of the Headquarters was designed to serve a purpose, whether it be protection, luxury, or production.
The building also had a powerful AI system that was overseeing the entire structure like an unblinking eyes, tirelessly monitoring, analyzing, and ensuring that nothing escaped its notice.
Each member of the group had their personal rooms in the Headquarters of Neon, and each room was designed according to their taste.
Corey's personal quarters were minimalist and dark, tinged with shades of poison-green.
Corey sat on the ground in a cross-legged position, and in front of him was a familiar jar.
If one looked at the jar, they would see a black sand that had filled a quarter of the jar. However, the longer one stared at the jar, the more unnerved one would feel because they would realize that the black sand was moving.
Corey's expression was solemn as he stared at the jar. He knew that what was in the jar was not black sand but a multitude of extremely small insects that were smaller than ants and bugs.
The insects had the shape of ants but they had eight legs, the tail and carapace of a scorpion, the hairs of spiders, and the fangs of a snake.
Corey had an extremely baffled and curious expression as he stared at the jar of insects in the jar.
The insects had the appearance of several toxic animals and insects, and Corey knew that the insect was not natural but created.
"How did Master create such insects? What was his plan?" Corey muttered with a baffled expression.
The jar of strange insects was the gift Old Man Poison left behind for him, and it was certainly a gift Corey did not expect.
After the Battle of Chosens was over, he wanted to immediately go to Old Man Poison's lab, but he knew that he was being followed and if he went to his Master's lab immediately, those who were following him might develop an interest in the gift his Master left behind for him and a fight might occur in his Master's lab.

Even though he had no idea what the gift was, Corey knew that his Master knew he was not ordinary. So, how could his dying gift not be something powerful or priceless?
Or how could it not be something that would accompany him for a long time?
Corey did not know what to expect, but even if the gift was not a powerful treasure or item, Corey would not care.
No matter what his Master left behind as his dying gift was something he would treasure in memory of his Master.
However, what he did not want was for a fight to occur in his Master's treasured laboratory.
When he went to Old Man Poison's lab, he instantly knew that the jar of strange insects was his Master's gift for him because his Master had always been working on creating an extremely powerful Gu poison.
"Master wanted to create a powerful Gu poison, but he created a jar of strange poisonous insects. Was this what he wanted at the end of the day?"
Corey furrowed his brows slightly as he stared at the jar. He grabbed it and looked at it with a calculating light in his pure white eyes.
"Now, what do I do with you?"
