"Alright, I'll handle this personally. Let's drive!"

A fishing boat was docked at the port, with a few wisps of smoke rising from its chimney, emitting the aroma of food. A fisherman was drying nets at the bow of the boat, while another person, likely a woman, was tossing freshly caught fish into the wooden shed, sorting them by size.

A car slowly drove into the dock. The person in the car tightly held a handbag, nervously got out, and the driver, without saying much, took a suitcase from the trunk and placed it on the ground. "These are clothes and supplies Miss Ye prepared for you. Come with me now." The driver started dragging the suitcase toward the fishing boat.

"Why did we stop so far away?" The car had stopped as soon as they entered the dock, still about ten meters away from the fishing boat.

"To be cautious." The driver walked briskly, forcing Yan Juanjuan to trot to keep up, yet she still couldn't understand what it meant to be cautious in a place like this.

Suddenly, the driver stopped, looked around, and shouted at Yan Juanjuan behind him, "Hurry and follow me!" He turned left and started running.

"What's going on? Did something happen?" Yan Juanjuan followed him, panting, into the rows of container aisles.

"Keep your voice down; there are police ahead." Running straight from where they parked would lead directly to the fishing boat. Why were the police there?

"Why are there police? Wasn't it said this dock was abandoned?" Yan Juanjuan was very nervous, clutching the driver's arm and incessantly questioning him.

"Let go of me. How should I know?" The driver waved her hand away, pushing Yan Juanjuan to the ground, glaring at her fiercely. "You better hurry up, stop dawdling, or if we're caught, I'll kill you first." After saying this, the driver craned his neck to look toward the fishing boat. The police cars docked at the port showed no sign of leaving. From his angle, he couldn't see if there was anyone in them, and there wasn't much time left till the appointed time.

"Run!" The driver shouted and started running toward the fishing boat.

Wouldn't running out like this be walking into a trap? Yan Juanjuan, following him, thought. Instinct made her stop, feeling something wasn't right. She hid behind a container. The driver, seeing she wasn't following, cursed, ran back, and began to search for her. From Yan Juanjuan's view, his actions didn't seem fake, so she hesitated.

"Who goes there?" As Yan Juanjuan hesitated, someone suddenly grabbed her shoulder from behind, almost making her drop her bag. "Who are you, and what are you doing here?"

"I'm not a bad person, really not!" Yan Juanjuan called out, turning around to see it was a policeman. "I..."

"Are you Yan Juanjuan?" The policeman recognized her face right away, pulling out handcuffs, ready to cuff her.

With a loud bang, a bullet came flying. The policeman hurriedly crouched to find cover, and before Yan Juanjuan could react, someone pulled her away.

"Do you want to get caught? Didn't I tell you to follow me?" The driver complained to Yan Juanjuan. As they spoke, they were already near the police car. "Take your bag and get on the boat first, I'll distract the police."

The driver had already run off, and, after what had happened, Yan Juanjuan no longer had any doubts about him. Once the police near the car chased after the driver, she rushed toward the fishing boat.

"Freeze, hands up." A calm voice sounded from behind her. "Turn around slowly, and don't make any sudden moves."

Yan Juanjuan woodenly turned around. Two policemen stood behind her, guns pointed at her.

"Who are you, and what are you doing here?"

"I..." Yan Juanjuan didn't know how to answer. At this point, she desperately wished for that fierce driver to come back and help her, but unlike before, she wasn't so lucky. She had no idea where he had run off to.

The policemen were gradually closing in on her. Yan Juanjuan felt she had no way out. She wanted to run, but her feet refused to move as if nailed to the ground.

"Show your ID. What's in the bag?" The policemen had approached her, one asking for her ID, while the other was about to open her suitcase.

"I am a legal citizen, I..."

"Captain, there's this in the suitcase." Before Yan Juanjuan could finish, the young policeman beside her had already pulled out a package of white powder wrapped in a black plastic bag from the suitcase. From its weight, it seemed to be around two kilograms.

"White powder?" The one called Captain cut open a corner with a small knife, dipped a finger in it, and tasted it. "Arrest her!"

"No, this isn't mine." Yan Juanjuan struggled desperately as the police approached. "This isn't mine, it's not mine!"

"You still want to argue in the face of facts? Is the bag yours?"

"No, it's not mine." Yan Juanjuan shook her head. The bag wasn't hers, it belonged to Ye Zi... "You're in cahoots with them." She finally realized why the police appeared here—they had been coming for her from the start, the bag was prepared by Ye Zi, containing drugs.

"If it's not yours, why are you carrying it? You still want to argue?" The captain grabbed Yan Juanjuan's arm, trying to drag her back to the car. But unexpectedly, she dodged his grasp.

Yan Juanjuan pushed away the two policemen, ignoring the bag on the ground as she ran forward with all her might. Her mind had only one thought: escape.

The captain smiled at the young officer beside him and raised his gun, watching Yan Juanjuan's back. They never intended to chase her; capturing was just an excuse, killing was their real target.

The sniper scope was aimed at the back of Yan Juanjuan's head. With just a pull of the trigger, her head would be blown off. What a pity for such a woman, though not pretty, her figure was enough to stir a man's desires.

The captain lowered the gun. "Catch her alive. Isn't it a waste not to have her at least once?" His words made the young officer immediately understand. They communicated with the others, preparing to encircle Yan Juanjuan. They intended to kill her anyway, in this deserted area, escape was impossible.

The determined captain got on the patrol car and started chasing Yan Juanjuan. Seeing her panic like a frightened lamb excited him greatly; the more disordered a woman was, the stronger his urge to conquer.

When she tripped over a rock and fell to the ground, Yan Juanjuan had never felt so desperate. Hearing the sound of tires scraping the ground behind her, she knew she had no escape. Her palms and knees were scraped bloody, but why would Yao Zheng let her go? She found herself believing in that man until the very end, her heart shattered into dust, curling up her legs and sitting on the ground. She wouldn't run anymore; these were policemen, Yao Zheng had policemen but no gangsters.

"President Yan, run, why don't you run?" The captain's voice came from the police loudspeaker. The prey was right in front, his heart leaped, looking at the area between her beautiful legs wrapped in jeans, his lower abdomen felt incredibly excited.

The patrol car stopped in front of her, the captain handed the sniper rifle to the young officer beside him, and Yan Juanjuan felt surrounded by people. She defensively watched the captain approaching step by step.

"What do you want to do?" Disgusting sounds came from the captain's mouth, and Yan Juanjuan was momentarily replaced by anger, clutching her collar tightly.

"What do I want? Of course, I'm sending you on your way, but before that, I want you to leave comfortably. Consider it a return gift for all the care you've shown the brothers.

"No, you can't do this to me, I'm Yao Zheng's woman."

As if hearing something amusing, the captain rushed forward and tore Yan Juanjuan's clothes. "Don't pretend to be innocent with me, I'm doing you a favor. Don't think just because you're Yao Zheng's woman you can scream and shout here. You're just a worn-out shoe." Saying this, the captain pressed down on her, ignoring Yan Juanjuan's resistance, pinning her wrist with one hand while starting to undo his belt with the other.

"Get up!"

Accompanying a woman's screams, a chilling voice came from above her head, something hard pressing against her neck.

"Who? Who the hell dares behind me..." The captain tugged at his pants, climbed up from the ground, but saw his men had been subdued by a group of camouflaged people. He turned abruptly, "Who are you people?" attempting to escape back to the patrol car was impossible now, his sniper rifle now held by a man even prettier than a woman, its sight aimed at his head.

"How does it feel to be sniped?"

"We're handling a case, who are you people?" The captain tried one last struggle, stepping forward, not locking eyes with the one aiming the strange weapon at him, but focusing on the man holding the sniper rifle.

"Handling a case? Does that require being on top of a woman?"

"Brother, no need for talk, just looking at him is disgusting." Impatiently waiting in the police car, Hua Qingyi picked up the mic and shouted.

"Yan Juanjuan, are you going with him, or with us?" The one holding the dagger was Xiao Lin, Yan Juanjuan recognized them immediately. She stood up from the ground and headed towards Hua Qingyi.

Xiao Lin chuckled twice, and the others had already scattered the captain's men, who still didn't seem to understand the situation. Xiao Lin felt the need to instruct him. "Hey, are you getting in the car yourself, or should I help you?"

The captain hesitated, then turned and ran, provoking Hua Qingyi to laugh out loud. (To be continued. If you enjoy this piece, feel free to vote for it on Qidian (qidian.com) with recommendations and monthly votes. Your support is my greatest motivation.)
