[3rd POV]

Malzif, the City of Mutants

Details - Create a functioning city ready for the mutants of the multiverse to live in, with proper defenses, commodities, and everything needed for them to live comfortably and safely, and then, reveal this city to three people of your choosing.

The quest had been a hidden one, but the reward was nice enough. With the three of them off thinking over what they had seen, and the truth of things, Gwen decided that it was finally time she got out and about.

And so, she suited up, and took to the city of New York, swinging through the streets high above the citizens.

She could fly, sure, but there was just something about swinging that felt so...right. Not to mention all of her Spider powers had massively strengthened into an entirely new realm of power thanks to her ascension. Her spider senses were able to react to every little thing now, even something that isn't an attack. She could even passively see moments into the future at all times, even without activating her precognition. She turned this part off though, as it was a bit annoying to deal with. Instead it would just activate when someone or something is about to attack her.

Swinging through the city, she laughed as she noticed the pointing of those below her, and heard as they spoke about her. Pictures being taken every time they caught sight of her, as they all knew who she was, the Ghost Spider, saviour of the city after she beat the snot out of the man who started it all.

Her senses soon picked up on something else, a car chase in the next block that was heading their way.

Swinging through the street, she rounded the corner and caught sight of the car, as she zipped over to it, her web launching her to it, landing on the roof of the car.

"Man oh man you guys just don't have any clue, do you? You're in New York and you're in a car chase? This isn't Fast and Furious, you aren't going to drive off into the sunset!" Gwen said, a laugh escaping her lips at their idiotic move, as her hand shot through the roof breaking cleanly through the metal as she pulled the man out, launching him up and webbing him to a nearby light pole.

She then webbed the brake as it screeched to a halt, the cop cars stopping with it. The passenger and those in the back seat tried to fire their handguns at her, only for them to be launched out of the car and onto the sidewalk, not even able to react as they were webbed against the ground, holding them down.

"Thanks Ghost Spider!" A cop said as he climbed out of his vehicle. He was amongst the growing populace of people that were glad to have a new hero on their side, especially a powerful one like Gwen.

"No problem officer, I'll leave the rest to you!" Gwen said, before waving at the man and swinging off. Ready to help more people in the city, acting as Ghost Spider for the first time in a while.

Later, after she finished her hero-ing, she was back in her room in the mansion, eating food around her dinner table, the girls eating with her.

"So, what've you guys been up to while I was out?" Gwen asked, as M'gann started.

"I finally unlocked my semblance!" M'gann said with a bright smile on her face, as Gwen raised an eyebrow.

"Oh? What'd you get?" Gwen asked, interested in what semblance she had gotten.

With a grin, M'gann stretched her hand out, as a soft green glow formed in front of her.

"I can create psychic constructs now! And they're as durable as my aura and psychic power is! The stronger I get, the stronger they get" M'gann said with a proud grin, as Gwen smiled at her girlfriend's adorable reaction.

"I'm glad you've finally unlocked it! I'm sure you girls will get yours soon too" Gwen said, giving her other girlfriends a small nod, as they shrugged.

"So what about the rest of you, you get anything done today?"

"I learned another new spell from one of the books you gave me. It was quite...difficult, more so than I had expected. But I got it in the end after a few hours of working on it" Raven said, her own excitement being shown, as she loved learning new spells, especially the unique and powerful ones that Gwen always taught her.

"And you gained control over it right? That spell in particular can be...difficult" Gwen asked, wanting to make sure. She had given her a spell that would allow her to control the weather on a country wide scale, so it was incredibly dangerous if not controlled. Of course, Raven wouldn't do it to that level, but she had the magical power to do so.

"I do. I made sure to gain control before even attempting the spell" Raven said with a nod, as Gwen smiled.

"Good, and what about you two?" Gwen asked Korra and Artemis.

"I was focusing on training my chakra. Managed to finally master water walking on hot water, and now I'm gonna try it on a waterfall" Korra replied, shrugging as her training was pretty simple at the moment.

"And I was training in the breathing style you gave me, the sun breathing. Things difficult, but I think I'll get it down sooner or later" Artemis replied, as Gwen hummed.

'Maybe I can get them into cultivation too? It would be the best way for them to gain more power in order to properly help me in the future battles I'll be dealing with. Against the Gods and Martial Peak cultivation will be the best choices in terms of power. I'd have to create cultivation techniques for them in order for them to properly cultivate, but I'm sure I do it' Gwen thought, deciding that she needed to focus on that soon, once Xavier made his choice.

"Good! And it's meant to be difficult, Artemis. But I plan on making some new techniques that I think will allow you four to gain a lot of power, and if I'm right, they'll let you begin to catch up to me in terms of power. And they should be done in the next month or so" Gwen replied, a proud look on her face as she looked over her girlfriends, happy that they were growing even when she was busy and away.

"So what're you gonna do about Jean? The girls definitely got a crush on you" Artemis asked as she bit into her pizza.

"Not sure to be honest. She is attractive, yes, but I barely know her. Maybe once I get to know her more I'll think about getting with her. But for now, I'll just wait and see" Gwen replied, as she was definitely attracted to the teen, but she also hadn't interacted with her enough to go that far with her.

"Makes sense. But you noticed the change she underwent right? She was already strong before, but recently she feels...dangerous. It's hard to describe" Korra asked, as Gwen sighed.

"The force within her is waking up. The Phoenix Force will likely be full up and active within the year. And once that happens, a lot of events are going to start, some of them involving beings even I can't do much against. But we'll just have to try our best to help her learn to control it, and hope that she doesn't go Dark" Gwen said, remembering the Dark Phoenix and how incredibly dangerous that whole...situation was.

Looking over her girlfriends, she smiled softly and continued, as she decided it wasn't the time to worry about this, as she doubted it would happen in this universe, with her influence. So, she opened her mouth and spoke.

"But for now...let's eat!"
