In the end, the Essence Abundance World was successfully split apart through the coordinated effort of Huang Yu from within and Shang Xia's External Avatar from the outside.

Shang Xia's External Avatar gave a lazy grunt and his body went limp, collapsing to the ground like a boneless heap. Even though his physique had crumbled, his voice remained. "Then I’ll have to trouble you to carry me back. It’ll save my true body plenty of high-grade spiritual treasures when he rebuilds me later."

Meanwhile, outside the Essence Abundance World, in the void of the Seven Essence Heavenly Field, as the Essence Abundance World split in two, the Star Origin Lord’s aura did indeed waver for a moment, though it still remained within the Eighth Order.

By then, Shang Xia’s cultivation might have advanced even further, his strength vastly surpassing what it was currently. However, he was unwilling to leave such a hidden threat behind. If the Star Origin Lord sealed off the Heavenly Field entirely and went on full defense, Shang Xia would find it extremely difficult to break in again. Moreover, both Huang Yu and Shang Xia's External Avatar were still inside. He needed to retrieve them himself.

The barrier the Star Origin Lord had woven around the Seven Essence Heavenly Field began to crumble, riddled with holes. The shockwaves of their battle spread outward. Not only the Essence Abundance World, but even other Essence Worlds were affected.

Their heavenly screens could not fully withstand the impact as violent tremors ripped through their lands. Mountains collapsed, tsunamis surged, and despite the efforts of their True Immortals, countless lives were lost.

That showed that the Star Origin Lord’s control over the Heavenly Field was rapidly deteriorating.

In truth, Shang Xia was also cautious. Throughout the battle, he had tried to restrain the shockwaves, avoiding direct blows toward those worlds whenever possible. But as the duel escalated and both sides went all-out, restraint became impossible.

By then, among the seven Essence Worlds of the Seven Essence Heavenly Field, only the Essence Ping World remained largely intact. The other six had all suffered varying degrees of devastation, with the Essence Abundance World experiencing worst of all as they were split completely in two.

Yet even after the division, the Essence Abundance World’s halves still remained within the Heavenly Field.

Because of that, even though several worlds were damaged and the Star Origin Lord’s combat strength was visibly weakened, his cultivation remained anchored in the Eighth Order.

When both halves of the Essence Abundance World were completely separated, it was as though a long-prepared plan suddenly activated. Massive chains pierced through the turbulent void barrier surrounding the Seven Essence Heavenly Field, their enormous anchors plunging toward the smaller half!

"Preposterous!"

The Star Origin Lord roared the moment he saw the anchors breach the Heavenly Screen. He instantly understood the enemy’s intent.

They meant to drag the smaller half of the Essence Abundance World out of the Heavenly Field entirely!

When Shang Xia’s External Avatar had split the world, the Seven Essence Heavenly Field’s integrity had been damaged, but the total amount of energy remained largely intact. Yet if the part of the Essence Abundance World was pulled away, the Heavenly Field would suffer irreparable loss.

If the Star Origin Lord’s true body was the Heavenly Field itself, then the earlier damage was but surface wounds. Dragging a part of the Essence Abundance World out, however, was equivalent to cutting off one of his hands.

How could the Star Origin Lord not panic?

Even while struggling to consolidate his power, even as Shang Xia pressed his advantage, the Star Origin Lord was forced to erupt with new strength, guiding and intensifying the surrounding void turbulence, trying to use it to sever the chains or block them entirely before they could fully penetrate the Heavenly Field.

But he quickly discovered that it was impossible. At the very least, he couldn’t do it with so many things stopping him.

For those chains had not been thrown at random. They came directly from several Super Star Ships stationed outside the Heavenly Field. Among them was one that radiated faint golden light, its hull scarred with old repairs. It was none other than the Eternal Golden Boat that Shang Xia had captured and brought back from the Star River.

Under the prior guidance of Huang Yu and Shang Xia's External Avatar, the anchors had landed precisely into the World Origin Source connected to several continents within the smaller half of the Essence Abundance World, locking firmly into place.

At that moment, every single Star Ship and the Eternal Golden Boat began pulling with full force, sailing at maximum speed away from the Heavenly Field while reeling in the chains.

Inside the Heavenly Field, the part of the world being dragged began moving rapidly toward its outer edge.

Then came a sharp snap. One of the chains snapped under the tearing force of the void turbulence controlled by the Star Origin Lord. The dragging slowed for an instant, then resumed at even greater speed.

Several other snaps rang as two more chains broke. The motion of the world fragment faltered briefly but never stopped as it drew ever closer to the edge of the Heavenly Field.

Just then, a streak of sword qi emerged, slashing through the chaotic void and slicing open a narrow fissure in the spatial barrier around the Seven Essence Heavenly Field.

Ordinarily, a rift like that would have sealed itself within moments, but before it could, a four sided mace emerged from within the world fragment that was dragged. It landed perfectly within the fissure, expanding in length again and again until it pried the rift wide open, forming a massive gate, large enough for that half of the Essence Abundance World to pass through and escape the Seven Essence Heavenly Field.
