After taking the bath, Jeremy continues to spend time in his room. He doesn’t plan on spending time outside. He started by watching the online news.

So many interesting things were happening in the city. That he was quite interested in. He was yet to roam around this new city. He knows that the Sun Wheel Organisation is hostile.

But he was also aware that there were a few other organisations that were not friendly with the Shadow Moon Organisation.

So he still wants to learn more about the city before going out to explore. He can only do that in his free time, just like now.

The other members of the 3rd Squad were curious about the mission. Because they had refused to do a dangerous mission. After knowing that Captain Sinag, Ada and Jeremy Night have returned, they sighed in relief.

They were truly worried that something could happen to them earlier. It’s not easy to do a mission in the inner part of the wilderness.

Yet the trio were able to return safely. But they were yet to know whether the mission was successful or not. It can only be said by Sinag and Ada. So they are waiting for her.

On the other hand, Sinag learned that other members had come to see her. As a Captain of the 3rd Squad, she can’t ignore them.

After getting ready, she went to the lobby to meet them. She doesn’t know whether Ada has spoken to them or not. Upon arriving there, she saw other members.

Fredric, Albert, Cedric and George. Among the females, the trio have come as well. Amelia, Ruby and Florence.

The members greeted her one by one. Sinag smiled and nodded to them before sitting among them.

"Captain, what happened during the mission?"

"I heard that the newcomer has survived as well. Did you guys save him?" Fredrick asked.

Hearing that others turned towards Sinag for answers. But Sinag sighed inwardly. She knows how strong Jeremy Night was. He can even go against the Tier-5 Corrupted Beasts.

"Captain?" Fredric uttered.

Hearing that Sinag recovered her thoughts.

She then said, "We didn’t do our mission. We were called back halfway. Leader Gisela has sent senior members to complete the mission."

The members were taken aback. Then they thought no wonder they were able to return unharmed.

"I knew it. That’s why I told you earlier not to take this mission," Fredric said with a smile.

"The Tier-5 Corrupted Beasts are commonly found in the inner part of the wilderness. It’s good that you guys have returned halfway."

"Otherwise, it would have become difficult for you guys to escape," Albert said in a serious tone.

Cedric and George quietly listened. They don’t have much of an opinion. They usually follow Fredric and Albert in the team.

"It’s good that you guys are safe. So don’t take such a dangerous mission next time," Florence said with concern.

Hearing that Sinag gave them an assurance. Only she knows what they have been through.

Florence asked, "Captain, why don’t we go to the auction house today? I have already bought tickets for our team."

Hearing that others were surprised. Especially the male members.

"You have tickets for everyone," Fredric said.

"Yes, I do," Florence replied with a smile.

Hearing that Fredric gave a thumbs-up. He wanted to go there as well. But he failed to buy tickets. He didn’t expect to hear good news now.

"Albert, let’s go to the auction house. I heard that the final three auction items were brought from the top 3 zones," Fredric said.

George and Cedric raised their eyebrows as well. Who doesn’t want to see the auction items of the top 3 zones?

Amelia and Ruby became interested as well.

"Let’s go, Captain," Florence said.

Hearing that Sinag gave a thought. She thought about Ada and Jeremy Night.

"Let’s call Ada and Jeremy Night," Sinag said.

Hearing the name of the newcomer Fredric frowned. He doesn’t have a good opinion about the newcomer. He doesn’t want the newcomer to accompany them.

"Do we really have to take him with us?" Fredric asked.

The other members are silent. They don’t have a good opinion about the newcomer as well. They think he was just a Tier-2 Beast Tamer. He got into the team because of his talent.

They were still unclear about Jeremy Night’s background.

Sinag’s heart turned cold. She doesn’t know what happened to her team.

"When did they start having a bias towards the newcomer?" Sinag thought.

She then thought of something. Her expression changes.

"Are you guys still thinking about the previous member?" Sinag asked.

The next second, the temperature dropped.

Fredric’s expression was ugly. But he didn’t say anything. Albert was the same. Seeing those two, George and Cedric, showed serious expressions as well.

The expressions of Florence, Ruby and Amelia were neutral. They don’t mind the newcomer’s presence.

"I’ll call Ada," After saying that Florence started calling Ada.

She doesn’t want the current conversation to leave them in a bad mood.

Sinag said," I’m going to call Jeremy. He is still a high schooler who joined the academy this year. His first year of studies was not even over yet."

"Team Leader Gisela has high expectations of him. So don’t harbour any ill intentions towards him. I’m making it clear to all of you."

"Don’t forget that he killed a Tier-4 Corrupted beast without breaking a sweat. Once he breaks through, he might enter the 2nd Squad in advance," She added.

Hearing that everyone has become silent. There is no one arguing against her. Was what she said right? They are being biased towards the newcomer.

At this time, Florence’s call connected with Ada. She told her about their plan. After knowing that everyone will be going to the auction house as a team.

She became interested. But she asked whether Jeremy Night was coming or not. Her question surprised Florence.

She turned towards Sinag with a shocking expression.

"What?" Sinag asked.

"Ada is asking whether Jeremy Night is coming or not?" Florence replied.

Hearing that everyone was stunned.
