Supreme Casanova: Ultimate Harem System-Chapter 282: This Is Not Part Of The Script! [Bonus]
[Part 5/10 of today's epic mass release! Enjoy!]
Hugo slowly pulled away from Loli's warm embrace, though he had to admit, it took every ounce of self-control he had not to just stay like that forever.
There was something insanely comfortable about having a cute girl snuggled against him, especially after the emotional rollercoaster he had just been through.
But no, he had a mission. A very important one.
So, with a dramatic pause, he leaned over to the side of the bed, reached into his overstuffed duffel bag, and pulled out a small pink box.
The second the box was in his hands, he turned back to Loli, a smirk playing on his lips. "Here," he said smoothly, holding it out. "Your birthday present."
Loli blinked at the box as if it had just materialized out of thin air.
Her big, bright eyes widened in surprise, her delicate fingers hovering just above it like she wasn't sure if she was allowed to touch it.
"You… you bought this for me?" she asked in a soft, almost uncertain voice.
Hugo's ego inflated instantly. Oh yeah. This was it. This was the reaction he had been waiting for.
The pure, unfiltered shock. The slight nervousness. The awe in her voice. It was all working out exactly as he had planned!
She was absolutely smitten. Completely mesmerized by the fact that he had, in his infinite wisdom, gone out of his way to get her something.
Of course, he had spent way too much money on this stupid little box, but seeing her expression now? It was all worth it!
He gave her a lopsided grin and leaned in slightly. "Of course," he said, his voice smooth and full of charm. "It's your birthday, isn't it? You think I'd forget something as important as that?"

Loli's face turned red, her fingers fidgeting nervously. Her lips parted slightly, as if she wanted to say something but couldn't quite find the words.
She just kept staring at the pink box like it held the secrets of the universe.
Hugo had to fight back a laugh. She was so cute when she was flustered. "Go on," he encouraged, nudging the box toward her. "Open it."
She hesitated for a moment longer, shifting slightly, her body language suddenly turning even more shy.
"I… I don't know," she mumbled. "This feels too much… you really didn't have to…"
Hugo nearly rolled his eyes. Oh, here we go. The classic "this is too much" act.
Every girl did this, acting all hesitant and emotional before they tore into their gift like a starving wolf. "Oh, come on," he chuckled. "You're acting like I bought you a house. Just open it."
Loli bit her lip, her fingers clutching the box tighter. Then, finally, after another few moments of hesitation, she slowly lifted the lid.
Inside, nestled in soft white padding, was a delicate silver necklace with a simple but elegant pendant hanging from it.
It wasn't flashy, wasn't too extravagant, but it was undeniably beautiful.
It was the kind of thing that fit her perfectly; small, subtle, yet breathtaking in its simplicity.
The second Hugo laid eyes on the necklace, however, his heart clenched.
That stupid, cursed, ridiculously expensive necklace!
Just looking at it made him want to cry all over again. He had spent way too much money on this thing.
And for what? To see Loli get all teary-eyed and emotional? Sure, it was cute, but his wallet was never going to recover!
And the worst part? This was just the beginning. This was just Loli's birthday.
That meant he still had to go through this hell for every single other girl when their birthdays rolled around. Lisa. Lily. His future women... The list just went on and on!
His entire life savings were already waving him goodbye.
'I'm finished,' Hugo thought, his soul practically leaving his body. 'I'm absolutely finished!'
But before he could spiral too deep into his financial despair, a small sniffle snapped him back to reality.
Loli was staring at the necklace, her fingers trembling slightly as she held it. Her lower lip quivered, and then, out of nowhere, her eyes started welling up with tears.
"Y-You idiot…" she whispered, her voice thick with emotion. "You actually got me something so pretty…"
Hugo barely had time to react before she launched herself at him, practically knocking the air out of his lungs as she threw her arms around his neck.
And then, before he could even process what was happening, her lips crashed against his.
It was sudden. Fierce. Passionate.
Hugo's brain short-circuited.
Oh. Oh wow.
The kiss was deep, intense, filled with so much gratitude and emotion that he could physically feel it in the way her hands clung to him.
His heart pounded wildly, and for a moment, he forgot about everything else—his suffering, his financial ruin, even his ridiculous thoughts about the Harem Queen.
Right now, the only thing that mattered was the way Loli was kissing him like she never wanted to let go.
When she finally pulled away, she was breathless, her face bright red. "Thank you," she murmured, her eyes still misty. "Really. Thank you so much."
Hugo's ego practically exploded.
He leaned back, a smug grin spreading across his lips. "So," he teased, his voice low and playful. "You're touched, huh?"
Loli nodded, wiping her eyes quickly. "Very."
Hugo's grin widened. "Well then," he said, wiggling his eyebrows. "How are you gonna make it up to me?"
Loli's face turned a deeper shade of red. She hesitated, glancing at the necklace, then back at Hugo. And then, suddenly, without any warning—
She pounced on him.
"You jerk!" she shrieked, tackling him onto the bed. "Trying to take advantage of my emotional state, are you?!"
Hugo barely had time to react before he found himself pinned beneath her, her hands grabbing onto his shoulders as she glared down at him, her face still bright red.
His brain went into full panic mode.
This was not part of the script!
