After a few people sat down to dine, Old Sir Dong warmly began chatting with Qin Muni and Xu Yisen: "Munni, I heard from Yu Chen that you’re running a restaurant, how’s the business going?"
"Well, the business is steady, and occasionally going to the restaurant to help out keeps me quite busy."
"Not bad, it’s important in life to keep oneself fulfilled and busy, that way there isn’t too much time for idle thoughts and wasting time."
Qin Muni nodded in agreement, "Yes."
"You two are not getting any younger, when do you plan to remarry?"
This topic shifted too quickly, leaving Qin Muni a bit stunned for a moment, with a slight look of surprise on her face.
"We are trying to remarry as soon as possible."
The first to respond to Old Sir Dong was Xu Yisen, who sat next to Qin Muni. She instinctively glanced at Xu Yisen, whose face was lifted in a warm smile like the sun.
"Hmm, getting remarried early and living a simple and happy life with a child sounds great."
In everyone’s eyes, Qin Muni and Xu Yisen remarrying seemed like a foregone conclusion, so whenever they visited elders, they would instinctively ask when they would get remarried, just like Old Sir Dong did.
Xu Yisen was already prepared to remarry Qin Muni, but Qin Muni, who once very much wanted to marry Xu Yisen, was not ready after ending up divorced.

For some reason, Qin Muni always had the feeling as if they were deliberately trying to get information out of her with their questions.
Although, in the end, Qin Muni still didn’t give the answers they were hoping to hear.
Qin Muni and Xu Yisen stayed at Wu Yuchen’s home until the afternoon before leaving, as they had been invited by Fan Shuo, the general manager of the branch office in F City, for dinner tonight, so they had to return to the hotel to prepare early.
Back at the hotel, Xu Yisen had a remote video call with Secretary Tang in the suite’s study, handling some matters of the company, while Qin Muni took a nap in the room.
As evening approached, they both took a shower, changed clothes, freshened up, and headed out to meet the appointment with the branch’s general manager.
The branch’s general manager divorced his wife two years ago, so he did not bring any partner to the dinner, and the conversation throughout the meal revolved almost entirely around business. Although Qin Muni wasn’t interested in the topics discussed between the two, she didn’t show it and listened politely to their conversation.
By the time dinner ended, it was already past eight in the evening. The branch’s general manager wanted to join them for a drink at a bar, but Xu Yisen declined.
Xu Yisen noticed that Qin Muni seemed a bit distracted throughout the meal, and he understood that the topics bored her, so he naturally wasn’t going to continue chatting with the branch’s general manager at a bar about subjects that bored Qin Muni.
