Chapter 717: Chapter 717: Bitch, Swapped Documents

The phone was on speaker, and Willow Grant bit her lip hard, deeply regretting why she had taken on this job in the first place.

If she hadn’t volunteered back then, it would have been Summer Monroe getting scolded and punished instead of her.

Damn it!

No wonder Summer didn’t want this opportunity; she must have predicted this outcome early on.

Summer Monroe is nothing but a scheming bitch!

However, Willow didn’t dare say any of this in front of Teacher Sutton. She could only stand there silently, feeling the displeased gazes from all the teachers present.

Teacher Sutton observed Willow’s expression and said lightly, "It seems you’ve heard everything clearly. Go get some paper and a pen and complete your reflection before you leave."

Willow released her lip, which had turned pale from her biting, nodded at Teacher Sutton, and said, "Teacher, this is all my fault. I shouldn’t have used a translator to save time. I’ll write my reflection now."

Teacher Sutton saw Willow’s pitiable expression and felt her anger slightly subside. She murmured, "Hmm," and said, "Contact Summer Monroe and have her come help."

Hearing this, Willow’s back stiffened, and jealousy and resentment surged from her feet to her head.

Willow couldn’t help but blurt out, "Teacher Sutton, Summer has already refused you. She knows she’s not capable enough."

"Enough," Teacher Sutton cut her off. "I’m her teacher, I know her abilities better than you do. Finish your reflection quickly. I’ll contact Summer Monroe."

As Teacher Sutton spoke, she no longer bothered with Willow, turning to make a call to Summer.

However, there was no answer on the other end. Unable to reach her, Teacher Sutton had to work with other teachers to translate the lesson plans.

Jealousy and hatred flickered in Willow’s eyes. She gritted her teeth and left the meeting room, quickly exiting the teacher’s building to call the translator.

The call connected quickly, and Willow immediately demanded, "What’s going on? Why did you use the translator in the end? Didn’t I tell you it had to be translated word for word?!" 𝗳𝗿𝐞𝕖𝘄𝗲𝕓𝗻𝚘𝚟𝕖𝐥.𝚌𝕠𝕞

The translator, puzzled, asked, "Miss Grant, I did translate it word for word. How could I not follow your instructions?"

"Then why does the printed document have the translator’s logo and website on it?"

"How is that possible? Miss Grant, could you have made a mistake?"

With the translator’s question, Willow found herself in doubt.

Logically, the translator her mother personally hired couldn’t possibly be brushing her off like this.

What exactly happened?

"Wait, I’ll send you the document; you take a look yourself." Willow said, hanging up and sending the document over.

The translator called back quickly, immediately saying, "Miss Grant, this document is not the one I gave you. This document... I have no idea where it came from."

"What?!" Willow grabbed her phone incredulously and asked, "Are you sure?"

"I’m sure. I’ll resend my translation to you. Check your email and you’ll see what I’m saying is true."

Willow pulled up the email and carefully compared them, finding that the documents were indeed not the same.

Who the hell did this?!

Willow was so angry she almost ground her teeth to dust.

In the next moment, Willow identified one person: Summer Monroe!

It had to be her!

She’s trying to sabotage me, having someone hack into my email and swap the documents.

Besides Summer, there couldn’t be anyone else.

"Bitch! Bitch!!" Willow screamed, her voice echoing in the air like a vengeful spirit, filled with resentment and terror.
