The Crazed Little Darling: Pampered by the Possesive Commander!-Chapter 328: Lu Shinian’s Ramblings
Lu Shinian’s heart softened, and he embraced her in his arms.
"I’ve got you." He said in a low voice, "I’ll always hold Ruan Ruan like this."
Never to part.
Su Ruan let out a soft hum and took out the previously purified Level 5 Energy Stone from her Space Button, handing it to him.
"Your Spiritual Sea is unstable now, try absorbing some to stabilize your spiritual power."
Although the Snow Wolf was very comfortable and cute to touch, she still hoped Lu Shinian would be with her in human form, at least during this special period of pregnancy.
Moreover, they were now on Wood Peach Star and didn’t know when they could leave; Lu Shinian couldn’t always maintain his Snow Wolf form.
That would not be good for either of them.
Lu Shinian did not refuse. He held the Level 5 Energy Stone in his palm, his eyes lowered, long eyelashes casting a faint shadow, inexplicably adding a soft hue to him.
"When can Ruan Ruan truly rely on me?"
Clearly aggrieved yet pitiful, but because of a simple hug, all grievances were suppressed, discussing serious matters without letting any grievances show.
Matters of importance were indeed crucial, but he wished his little wife could rely on him a little more.
Lu Shinian sighed softly, absorbing the energy from the Level 5 Energy Stone as he said, "Ruan Ruan, don’t worry about me. I just overexerted my spiritual power before."
"It will recover slowly as my spiritual power replenishes."
His fingertips gently stroked Su Ruan’s hair, with a trace of helplessness and fondness, his voice kept low, fearing to frighten her.
"But Ruan Ruan, you need to take good care of your body."
"There’s no rush with the plant purification."
"Your health is most important, understand?"
Lu Shinian seldom babbled, his voice deep and sensual, like smooth, rich red wine or a hypnotic piano tune, making Su Ruan drowsy.
She responded vaguely a couple of times, nestled in his arms, and before she knew it, fell asleep.
Lu Shinian’s voice gradually lowered.
Until finally, there was no more talking, only the sound of shallow breathing echoing with hers.
Lu Shinian absorbed several Level 5 Energy Stones, placed the Space Button aside, and gently caressed Su Ruan’s small abdomen with his large hand.
His little wife was pregnant.
She was carrying his child.
Inside was nurturing a new life, the fruit of their love.
Lu Shinian never liked children.
To him, children were synonymous with trouble; they were fragile and unreasonable, knowing little about the world, therefore always blundering about.
He was always cold-hearted, never willing to sympathize because of a child’s inherent clumsiness. 𝙧𝙚𝙚𝔀𝒆𝓫𝓷𝙤𝓿𝒆𝙡.𝒄𝙤𝓶
Lu Shinian never thought his little wife would become pregnant so soon, and he thought he wasn’t looking forward to the arrival of a newborn.
Yet, when he truly learned about his little wife’s pregnancy, that inexplicable, dense sense of satisfaction and emotion surrounded him.
Lu Shinian could not specifically describe that wonderful feeling, but he knew very well that he was looking forward to this new life’s arrival, to the arrival of his and his little wife’s child.
He bent down and gently pressed his ear against Su Ruan’s small abdomen.
In reality, he couldn’t hear anything, considering Su Ruan was less than a month pregnant at most, there was nothing to hear.
But Lu Shinian just felt that he heard the child’s heartbeat.
The cub was using that weak heartbeat to proclaim its existence, expressing its joy at this world it was about to come into.
All of this softened Lu Shinian’s heart.
Time passed slowly, and at some point, a flash of white light appeared, and the tall and brave Snow Wolf appeared once more.
He seemed somewhat bewildered but still gently held the sleeping girl in his arms, keeping watch over her.
Until the morning sun rose, and the girl in his arms slowly opened her eyes, only then did the Snow Wolf obediently close his eyes, pretending to be asleep.
When Su Ruan opened her eyes and saw the Snow Wolf still asleep, she did not move recklessly.
She wanted him to sleep a little longer, just as he said yesterday, there’s no rush with plant purification.
For now, their health was important, not just hers but his as well.
The Snow Wolf was actually not asleep; he waited for a long time, seeing the girl in his arms not making any moves, only then did he open his eyes and looked at her.
"You’re awake?"
Su Ruan chuckled lightly, her lips a faint pink.
"Just as well, I just woke up too."
She said, sitting up.
"Today, we’re going to the southern side to purify large plants, will you come with me?"
The Snow Wolf replied without hesitation: "Yes!"
He wanted to stay by her side always, wherever she goes, he would go!
Su Ruan responded softly, and after a simple tidying with the Snow Wolf, they went out the door.

Empire, on Zero Star.
With Zero’s explanation and questioning, Ling Ge finally recounted everything that had happened to him during this time.
He didn’t forget to add at the end: "We encountered a storm on the ship to Wood Peach Star, now I don’t even know if they are still alive."
He didn’t even know how he got back to the Empire.
Zero had long known about the existence of another human settlement.
In fact, the Empire’s mainframe and the Federation’s mainframe are actually the same, but the Federation’s law differs from the Empire. After developing self-awareness, the mainframe simply spread seven clones to manage the Federation.
The current Federation’s mainframe, though called the mainframe, is actually the 001 clone spread out by the original Empire’s mainframe.
As for the other six clones, Zero was not clear.
The mainframe was not likely to tell him these things, especially since the mainframe was now immersed in the "Newborn Plan," rarely emerging in its true form.
Zero didn’t know much about the situation on the Federation side.
Most importantly, had no interest.
He was manufactured by the Imperial people, from the core code, he identified more with the Empire’s system.
Even knowing that there are more newborns in the Federation than in the Empire, Zero never thought of going to the Federation.
They were born for the Federation; the previous rebellion was an accident, but their core operates for the Federation’s human infants.
But the situation is different now.
The Federation unexpectedly has a pair of 100% compatibility spouses.
[Compatibility], a phenomenon that only exists in the Empire, should never occur in the Federation.
So Zero naturally assumed that the couple were from the Empire and went to the Federation due to some accident.
Now, they had to bring them back.
Robots were not afraid of the Insect Race, although the nature of eating everything in the Insect Race was disgusting, they were not to be trifled with either.
But to traverse the Insect Domain to reach the Federation, they had to make some preparations.
Zero gathered the combat robots on Zero Star and began deploying the entire plan.
As for Ling Ge, he had long been ignored by Zero.
A useless human was not worth attention.
