"A blessing for you, the demon lord of severance?" Kali looked at Lunara with a puzzled face. "You're already far too powerful. Your regular slashes are similar to mine albeit a bit weaker, and in your true form, you're mainly a kicker who boasts a ridiculous speed and leg strength. And can even drop the moon to the ground as a trump card."

Lunara looked at Kali with a worried face. She had already saved her in the past when she was young, asking for more just seemed…ungrateful… "No…please don't mind it." Lunara shook her head, "I'll find something on my own."

"You're a Moon Oni, quite a powerful demon that gets stronger the fuller the moon is. But… I already planned on something long before coming here." Kali flicked her fingers and a ghost walked out of the shadows. Everyone but the goddess of destruction jumped back in fear.

"Why did you summon me?" The pale ghostly figure growled, "You're the goddess of the abyss but please don't look down on me." She was none other than the pale night, the mother of all demons.

"How are those kids doing? Did it work?" Kali looked at her with a smile and the pale night sighed, "They are doing well. They don't need air to remain alive but they drink a lot more water."

"Good, those kids shall be in her care from now on. And I've already got Aunt Lune's permission so send some to the moons." Kali waved her hand and a golden token with the word Abyss spelled on it. She threw the token to the pale night, "Your payment, is it enough?"

"More than enough." The pale night looked at Lunara and her eyes burned with a ghostly black magic. "They are your kin now, please take care of them."

Lunara immediately could feel her soul getting linked to a whole new race of demons. They looked like humans but with rabbit legs and long bunny ears. As a race of demons, they boasted the rare ability to not need air to stay alive as they were designed to live on the moon.

Those moon rabbits can consume the ice on the moon and digest it into oxygen and hydrogen in their stomach to breathe, and that also allows them to use the hydrogen as a fire breath to propel themselves like rockets.

There were several billions of them already born, but each moon got only around a thousand moon rabbits. The moon on the mortal world got a thousand, each moon on each layer of the abyss got a thousand, and so on.

Those moon rabbits are demons serving Lunara, but they still worship the goddess of the moon. As powerful as Kali was, her influence extends only to the abyss and demons, when another god is involved she would rather negotiate with them than fight.

"With this, you'll have influence in all of the layers of the abyss and even in the countless mortal worlds. Ah…before I forgot, rabbit lycanthropy, you're responsible for that now." Kali waved her fingers and a portal appeared, "You've got a lot of work so go, check on all of your new people."

Lunara didn't get personally stronger, but with those moon rabbits, she got a huge boost in her overall power.

When Lunara walked out of the gate she found herself standing on the moon and looking at a small village of stone igloo houses and one large house in the middle. The demon moon rabbits looked similar to her released form but they were nowhere as powerful.

They looked just like humans, but their legs starting from the middle of the thighs changed into the legs of a rabbit with massive claws coming out of their paws so they could hold onto the surface of the moon.

The demon rabbits immediately noticed Lunara's presence and rushed to kneel before her. "Our queen!" One of the demons, a large rabbit man rushed forward, "I'm the chief of this colony. I can't express how blessed we are to meet you so early on!"

"This is the first colony that I am visiting so send me two demons to inspect, and I want a detailed report on how you live here." Lunara walked past him and he stood, bowed, and then pointed at the large stone igloo in the middle, "Let's go to the hatchery then."

Inside the hatchery Lunara took her time to inspect the new demons and understand how they work. A lot of things worked as she expected, but some were out-right confusing.

The first thing that Lunara noticed was that the rabbit's bodies looked strange and unproportioned with large legs and hips, and a smaller upper side. They stood at around six to seven feet tall{1.82-2.13 meters}, but their chests were clearly small and flat, probably because of the undeveloped lungs and putting all of their evolutionary points or whatever into leg power.

"Is this what happens when you're all ass and no breasts?" She sighed and one of the rabbits looked at her with a confused face, "What?"

"Forget it…why don't any of you have a belly button?" Rabbits should have one so it was strange that those demons didn't have any.

"Ah…we are born from eggs." The demon brought a massive egg the size of a melon and presented it to Lunara.

The egg was massive and heavy, almost weighing a whole 10 kilograms{22 pounds} with a hard shell engraved with demonic markings. ^Is this why they need such massive hips? And since they won't worry about carrying a child inside, that also added to the reasons why their upper side is small.^

She lifted her hand and touched her ear, ^Sorry to call great mother of all demons…but I wanted to ask about…^

^It wasn't my idea, Yog came and said moon rabbits should be born from easter eggs. The marking on the egg shows the demon's potential. The more sense the marking shows, the stronger the rabbit inside.^ The pale night explained and Lunara inspected the egg in her hands. The marking with just scrambles of black lines as if a kid had drawn them…^So this one should be relatively weak.^

^Ah…and while on the top of eggs, there are ten families in each colony which are as different as humans are to elves. You have the shadow rabbits, the fire rabbits, the ice rabbits, the earth rabbits, the light rabbits, the lightning rabbits, the raw rabbits, the noble rabbits, the royal rabbits, and the easter rabbits. Those families each have a hundred individuals, who can't marry internally but must seek mates from other families. I'll also provide more rabbits to supplement the population for the first one hundred years.^

Knowing how those rabbits live would be crucial to ruling over them. But for demons, there was another important thing, ^How strong are they?^

^Lesser demons are as strong as a kangaroo, middle ranks are as strong as a level 100, and higher demons are around level 200. But this power is at level 0, it's how powerful before training or doing anything to get stronger.^ Hearing this Lunara could only sigh, this meant that even a lesser demon rabbit could kill humans with ease and would only face a threat while fighting those who level up.

"Good things you guys don't live in the abyss, those lesser demons of you would've been food for the other demons. Especially if your meat tastes as good as rabbits." She sighed, "Lesser demons aren't allowed to venture out of the colony unless verified to be as strong as a middle-rank demon. They are to serve, and foster the colony as their main job, things like taking care of the eggs and preparing food."

The demons all shouted, "As you wish!" They did have the strongest of them guard the hatchery… but… that seems to be going to change.

"Lunara looked at them, is there anything else that I don't know about?" She asked and one of the demons, a woman approached her. "Our Lady, we can also do this." The demon rabbit's body got covered in a haze of glittering specs of light and soon she walked out of it looking fully like a human.

"We can take this form." She said and Lunara nodded, "A human form? Perfect for blending in."

Another demon rabbit approached the throne, "And some of us can do this." He farted a massive burst of fire, "Instead of breathing fire…shoot it out of the other end, it allows us to fly fast."

One of the rabbits that was behind him approached, "And we seem to be immune to fire damage, or at least we can resist it well. Same with the cold, it doesn't bother us that much."

Another one also added, "For food, we only have moon cheese and rice granted to use by the goddess of the moon. Can we get something else to eat?"

Lunara lifted her hand and a black stone emerged. "Gather a hundred of your strongest and use this stone, it'll teleport you into my domain where you can get almost anything that you need. I'll send words so you should be able to get everything for free. But keep in mind, that other demons can get aggressive so kill anyone that dares bother you."

Lastly one of the rabbits approached the throne, "Our lady, what about that thing in the sky?" He was speaking about the mortal world. It looked like looking at earth from the moon, a massive planet.

"I'll take some of you there one day. For now, you must first establish a stable life here." Lunara stood, "I have to visit the other colonies, so see you later." She opened a portal and walked away.

Back at Hati's house Kali had already found Aella and Isdis who were helping Merlin with some spells.

"Do you have a moment?" Arad asked and Merlin looked at him with a smile, "I've always got time for you my dear."

"Not me, she wanted to give you something." He pointed at Kali and she walked forward with a large smile and a puffed chest. She pointed at Aella, "You're the first wife so I'll give you a power that can kill Arad in a single hit."

Kali then suddenly started thinking… "No…this should kill anything alive with a single hit. I probably should keep it hidden."

"Is there anything that can do that?" Aella shook her head, "Arad is far more durable than to be killed just like that."

"It's called the oxygen destroyer. Beside me, only Zephyr managed to match its ability." Kali looked back at Arad, "Should we test it?"
