The dragon's harem-Chapter 1200: Arad Is Everywhere
Minutes later, Agnar and the two girls walked back into the guild, bloodied and battered. A black crow with a bloodied beak was resting on his shoulder, looking around the guild with a curious face. Most of his wounds were already bandaged, but strangely enough, his head was full of small holes that still bled.
Agnar scratched his head and then looked at the crow with a disdainful glare, "Care to leave me alone for a bit?" The crow simply cawed and flapped its wings angrily. Yuwaku then reached forward and grabbed the crow with both hands.
The crow tried to escape her grasp, but her soft and small hands refused to let go. She looked at him for a few seconds with a passive face, and the crow suddenly burst into a puff of dark smoke.
Agnar looked at her, "Your father is quite the handful." But she looked at him, still wearing her emotionless face. "It is for your own good. You know it."
Yuwaku was a bit special for being a Nymph. The humanoid facade she kept wasn't to hide her power, but to protect everyone from herself. The beauty of a Nymph can blind people, even kill them outright. She had trained a lot to be able to keep a passive, emotionless expression most of the time. Just a single smile from her can turn lethal.
Neither Arad nor Yuwaku knows if Agnar is acting on his own or being influenced by a facet of her power that she still hasn't discovered and suppressed yet. She now lives among humans to temper herself, but she also knows how large a danger she is, especially to Agnar, who is with her most of the time.
The red wyrmling seemed to be fine, unaffected by Yuwaku's bewitching presence, probably thanks to the dragon's natural resilience.

The three looked at each other for a few moments, and then shifted their gaze back at the guild's desk. They had finished the quest, and they were going to eat well tonight. Yuwaku didn't need to eat food and could sustain herself just on water, but she was fond of delicious food. Ignis preferred raw meat, especially that of monsters she hunted herself, but still found herself enjoying human food. And while Agnar could return home, he preferred to settle in an inn with the two of them and eat there.

Arad saw Yuwaku crush his crow with her sharp gaze. Indeed, the void crows still only carried the souls of crows and were weak to anything that affected their minds. The crow, luckily, was just killed and its soul returned to Arad's soul, quickly regaining a new void body.
Arad was walking through the forest, heading toward the village entrance. "That little rascal. I hope he doesn't get his brain fried by Yuwaku." His daughter seemed to enjoy the company of the Blade of the Capital and didn't want her to end up being his killer.
Arad didn't know what he cared about the most, Agnar's life or his daughter's feelings. But he sure didn't want any of them to get harmed.
A deep sigh escaped his mouth as he looked at the gate. His body twisted and contorted, turning into a beautiful and tall woman with flowing black hair, purple eyes, and fair skin. He walked through the gate wearing a normal old dress that he picked from some bandits and pretended to be a woman from Alina who came here to shop. He wanted to see how the people lived on the outskirts.
White said that Arad was busy exploring the outskirt village, and another was busy flying away with Meryem, another one walked through the halls of the castle alone. To the maids, he looked to be inspecting the castle and seeing how it was built and cleaned, but in reality, Arad's mind was busy inspecting something inside his soul.
Arad was looking at the portfolio of storm, lightning, and tempest that Kayden gave him, and he compared it to the portfolio of the four seasons. He wanted to see if there was a difference between them or not.
Most likely, he would end up giving the portfolio of storm, lightning, and tempest to either Zeus or Tyal based on how the situation would develop. No matter who he gives the portfolio to, it means the other has to die. Of course, that was unless Arad somehow managed to separate the storm from lightning, and from the tempest, and turn this portfolio into three different ones.
The portfolio of the four seasons can already do that and be separated into summer, winter, autumn, and spring. If Arad can just take that property and somehow inject it into the portfolio of storm, lightning, and tempest. He knew that the god Zeus had the portfolio of lightning and storms, while Talos had held the portfolio of tempest. It should be possible to separate them again.
But that was easier said than done, and thus Arad looked for the nearest maid. The maid froze as he approached her. She tried to speak, but only ended up opening and closing her mouth like a dying fish. She was quite short, standing at only 1.6 meters (5'3''), so he looked like a giant beside her and quite intimidating.
"Is there an empty room? A spacious one. I want a quiet place to study something." Hearing his words, the maid remained frozen for a few seconds and then gasped. "Ah….yes!" She turned to move and tripped over her legs.
The last thing she expected in her uneventful life as a cleaner was to come face to face with the Great Emperor himself. He was even bigger up close, her head didn't even reach his hips. Those village girls who called him an Onyx, giant demi-god, weren't kidding.
But now, she had tripped on her own legs in front of that demi-god and was plummeting to the ground. Her already flat nose was about to get flatter. But before she could kiss the ground, her body suddenly halted and floated just a finger above the ground.
She blinked, and her body levitated up. Arad carried her to her feet with gravity magic and looked at her, his face didn't change a bit. "Are you all right?" But he did look concerned the moment he spoke. He had never seen someone with such poor coordination before.
The maid quickly shook her head and nodded. Then, like a robot, she walked away, making sure to keep her legs moving.
Behind her, Arad grimaced. "So? How is life here in the castle?" He wanted to know if the maid was overworked or fed poorly. Otherwise, he might not be able to explain her poor coordination, even for a human.
