Chapter 2495: Nirvana Heart

When Cain saw the expression on the Nirvana Crown Prince’s face—filled with shock and awe—he almost burst into laughter.

The truth was that he had not mastered the principles of life and death to such a ridiculous level that he could seize control of the Rebirth Flame in a matter of seconds. The Omens of Life and Death had grown inside of him due to the power of the Ocean of the Blood Sun, but definitely not to such an amazing level.

The reason for his success was much simpler.

Along with the Asura Form and the Flow, the rebirth forces were something he had been in contact with since a very young age, beginning with the Rebirth Mark of the Samsara Arsenal Module. Although he could not replicate those powers, Cain had always done his best to understand their principles and the forces behind them, especially after he finally managed to complete a runic set and forge the Samsara Runic Set, gaining the Samsara Immortal Body.

The principles behind that power surpassed the barrier of the Third Realm, and the Rebirth Flame of the Nirvana Crown Prince could not even compare.

Therefore, even though Cain could only engrave some basic principles and rules of the Samsara Immortal Body into his Primordial Essence, that was more than enough to seize control of the flames of the Peak Alpha Omega Overgod standing before him.

Of course, Cain had no intention of explaining any of this.

After all, the entire purpose of his Red King identity was to inspire confusion and dread in the hearts of the people within the stronghold. Judging by the look on the Nirvana Crown Prince’s face, he had succeeded perfectly.

Yet a Royal Blutlinie—especially one born among the highest order of a realm—could never be underestimated.

The Nirvana Crown Prince suddenly retracted his flames. His Ancestor Eye glowed as the Ancestor Drop within him erupted with increasing power. He formed a seal with his hands, and a suffocating pressure began to gather around him.

The moment Cain saw that, his eyes sharpened.

The Nirvana Crown Prince was not physically strong, and while his flames were dangerous, Cain had ways to neutralize them. However, when it came to the Ancestor Domain, things were very different. 𝒻𝑟ℯℯ𝑤𝑒𝑏𝑛𝘰𝓋𝑒𝓁.𝒸𝑜𝘮

First of all, he had no idea what kind of effect it would have or what type of suppression he might face.

In the Ancestor Domain of the Dark Blood King, his senses had been completely shut down. A man could have stood right behind him, and he would not have noticed a thing.

Granted, Cain had grown far more powerful over the past few years, but he was still not capable of confronting a Fourth Realm power head-on—at least not with any confidence that he would survive it.

Yet lowering his head and trying to defuse the situation would also be unwise. Doing so would shatter the image he had carefully cultivated within the mind of the Nirvana Crown Prince.

Luckily, Cain had already prepared for this moment.

Before the situation could escalate further, he casually waved his hand and brought forth a fragment of a chest armor.

It looked utterly unimpressive.

However, the moment the Nirvana Crown Prince saw it, his eyes widened, and his power froze for a brief second.

All sorts of thoughts rushed through his mind as he focused more deeply on the fragment. His gaze sharpened as he studied every inch of it before finally speaking in a solemn voice.

"Is that... a fragment from the Eternal Soul Kingdom arsenal?"

He had fought Sharka multiple times on the battlefield and knew that the Eternal Soul King’s armor was missing a piece.

Cain stared at the Nirvana Crown Prince for a moment before nodding slightly—only to shake his head immediately afterward.

"This doesn’t belong to the Eternal Soul Kingdom," Cain said calmly. "It is mine. And it can be yours."

The Nirvana Crown Prince stared at Cain, his fists clenching tightly.

His mind was in turmoil, and he honestly did not know what to do.

The Red King had barged into his stronghold, suppressed his people, and even dared to sit on his throne. Yet now the man was revealing the true reason behind this entire confrontation.

Even if it was just a single fragment, if the Nirvana Crown Prince could return with it to the Seventh Realm, he would be hailed as a hero.

The reason was simple.

It would cripple the set Sharka was trying to gather.

Without all the pieces scattered across the Eight Realm, Sharka’s chances of achieving any semblance of victory against the Seventh Realm would drop to almost nothing.

The Nirvana Crown Prince’s eyes began to burn with desire as the temptation grew stronger.

He wanted nothing more than to seize the chest armor and immediately return to the Seventh Realm.

However, that was impossible for several reasons.

Most importantly, he could not break the Realm Barrier.

He remained silent for several long seconds before finally sighing. With a wave of his hand, he generated a chair and slowly sat down, his expression heavy.

"What do you want?" he asked.

A faint smile appeared on Cain’s face the moment he heard those words.

Everything was proceeding exactly as he had planned.

Still, he did not let his guard down.

"I want something you call the Nirvana Heart."

"YOU!"

The Nirvana Crown Prince almost jumped out of his chair when he heard those words.

"How do you even know about it?!"

The Nirvana Heart that Cain had just mentioned was one of the greatest treasures of the Immortal Nirvana Kingdom.

Forging it required enormous resources—and even more living beings. Because of that, it was considered an ultimate trump card. If someone with the Immortal Nirvana King’s bloodline used it, they could recover to their peak state even if they already had one foot in the grave.

Given the constant danger of war, it was an invaluable treasure—one that could very well save the Nirvana Crown Prince’s life one day.
