'Hm, who are these chimps?.' The Black Spirit, named Triance thought, he had most probably anticipated the Prince to come with his royal guards but with children.

That was unexpected.

"Haha, how pathetic you literally bought some little childrens to a fight. Hey, look at them, Marakel it's so funny." Triance said with a wicked grin, so long and disgusting that it seemed to tear his mouth in two.

"...." The Monk Triance didn't replied anything to his words, just continued his chanting, counting the beads in his hands.

"Tch, boring as ever." Marakel said.

"Hey, jerkface i think that's enough taunting, after all, if you laugh like that the monster's might scare out and run away from that hideous face of yours."

Samuel said replying the taunt, while darkness like a cold and deadly film wrapped around his twin daggers, making them even more sharper.

"Hah, foolish boy who don't even know his place."

Triance frowned deeply at Samuel word's as he mocked, pride filling his voice like.

"Kill them, Marakel." He said.

And that was it.

The Monk for the first time stopped his chanting, opening his black, pupilless eyes. He raised his hand then, clenched it tightly.

"Graakh."

"Heeirk."

The monster's growled loudly, as their bodies twitched, the black veins on their body, swelling painfully large, almost to the point of burst.

Their eyes were dead, under complete domination.

In the moment, they all lunged.

"If anyone, has some plan, now's a good time to say it." Kevin said with nervous smirk, earth wrapping around his hands in a thorny gauntlet.

"The plan is simple.." Raymond said grinning his spear glowing in a brilliant golden light under the full moon of the night sky.

"Attack and win."

"Stupid." Arianne couldn't help but comment, though around her blood formed as, it shifted into the form of a sword.

"Right Ann, all boy's are like that." Chloe said as whips of wood came out of the ground.

"Haa, why are you all getting excited?, Prince Karevan please focus saving the third prince, we will handle all the beast." Sydelle said.

"Are you all sure?" Karevan asked.

"Heh, yeah who do you think we academy students are?" Sydelle said with a smirk as static charged around her body.

"Ok." Thus the battle, between four transcendents also began.

*****

Hah hah.

"Papa, are you okay?" Zephyriah said as he moved closer towards Azhriel who sat on the horde of corpse's panting harshly.

Her eyes moistening.

Though, he did not gain a single wound from his battle, but it had unmistakably tired his already exhausted form.

"Yeah..Zeph, i am fine just a bit tired."

Azhriel said patting her head, he had tried to end everyone within a single blow, as not wanting Zephyriah to see much blood when she is just so small.

That made it even more tiring.

"Hah, had they found them?" Azhriel muttered to himself.

From the description about the kidnapper's from Maera he had understood it was Veritas and Marakel, in the game they both were knows as the uncanny duo.

As they both were very different from each other and they yet have a strange synergy between them that made them powerful.

Oh, by the way they both were Mid-Game bosses.

As they both were transcendent ranked individuals.

"Hm, how do I even save the Prince?" Azhriel said running his hand through his hair frustrated from the situation a bit.

He obviously couldn't fight a transcendent, he would be dead before he could even blink.

"But couldn't Mara and that elven prince save them? Papa. I felt it, they were really strong." Zephyriah said pronunciating Maera's name wrong.

"I don't think it's that simple, girl. Because that fuc-uhm, that guy wouldn't have given us an emergency guest if the prince could be saved from them this easily. " Azhriel said watching his wording.

"Ugh, it's so confusing, why did they even kidnap the Prince?" Zephyriah said grumbling.

"Huh? Zeph say that again." Azhriel blinked at her words.

"Hm, it's confusing?" She said tilting her head innocently.

"No no, after that." Azhriel spoke shaking his head.

"Why did they even kidnap the Prince!" Azhriel said.

"Papa?"

"Yes, why didn't I think of that in the first place? Those guys must have some reason to take such risks and kidnap the Prince! You are a genius, Zeph."

"But what could it be?" Zephyriah said.

"Hehe, how about we ask it from him?" Azhriel said looking upwards particularly at nowhere.

"...." The system window, that he had summoned to watch how much time he had left, flickered as if sensing what he was pointing at.

"Yes, i know you are quick to catch on. So my dear system how about you tell me what are they after, i know you atleast have a good idea about it." Azhriel said grinning.

[What host is asking is against the rules of the system.] The system replied.

"Stop bullshitting, i know you can do it, after all you created system. If you don't give me this information, forget about me saving the Prince."

This time Azhriel didn't spoke to the System but to someone else.

Moments passed in the quiet silence, that felt heavy, then as if the system had raised it's hands in defeat, it flickered.

[Are you sure the reward will be degraded, if you ask about information after all the system will be breaking it's rules]

The translucent window replied.

"Yes, you can degrade however you want." Azhriel said shrugging, he wasn't much worried about gaining a skill.

[Processing.... processing information. Processed.]

As the system finished it's process it opened another screen letting Azhriel watch the information.

[The reason why, Marakel and Triance are kidnapping the Prince because your Alchemist had stolen all of their ingredients.

Reward- Degraded.

(Advanced Ranked Skill=Low Ranked Skill.)]

Azhriel deadpaned hard.

He stood unblinking and frozen, as he read the words again, once then twice, then after whole ten seconds, he reached for the smartband on his wrist.

He gave a ring to Phantom, who picked up the call quickly.

"Boss?" Phantom asked puzzeled.

"Phantom, how much is that guy working in a day?" Azhriel asked.

"Hm, approximately ten hours as you've said." Phantom quickly understanding who he was talking about said.

"Make it fifteen, no only let him eat and sleep for four hours a day." Azhriel said his voice unreadable.

"Isn't that too much Boss? Did he do something?" Phantom questioned.

"Just do it, i will tell you when i come here." Azhriel said.

'Fucking son of a bitch.' he couldn't help but curse.
