"Why don’t you guys go ahead, and I’ll go back to get the stuff myself, then drive over alone." Jian Anning suggested.

This time it’s an international trip, and not many people from the film crew came along, especially since Master John Gruber likes peace and quiet and doesn’t want too many people disturbing him. The visit today was agreed to include only a few lead actors and main creatives.

Jian Anning might not have been able to join if she weren’t Yu Zexiao’s girlfriend. Yu Zexiao hesitated for a moment, "Otherwise, would you like someone else to help you get it? It’s a long drive, and I’m worried about your safety." 𝓯𝓻𝓮𝙚𝙬𝓮𝙗𝒏𝙤𝒗𝙚𝙡.𝒄𝒐𝓶

Yu Zexiao’s phone is very private, containing lots of information that absolutely cannot be seen by outsiders. Even if that person is from the film crew, it isn’t safe. Jian Anning thought about it and shook her head, "I’ll go myself. Your stuff is quite important, and since it’s in the hotel room, others wouldn’t know where it’s placed."

Upon hearing her, Yu Zexiao understood immediately; she was worried about someone snooping on his privacy! Yu Zexiao frowned, "But I’m really not entirely comfortable with you going back alone."

Currently, the only ones driving together are Cheng Tingting and her group. The director and a few key film crew members had gone ahead, intending to set up equipment at the master’s house. If Jian Anning were to leave now to fetch the stuff, Yu Zexiao would have to give her the car and assistant, leaving himself to squeeze into a car with Cheng Tingting. He definitely wouldn’t want that.

"How about this? Drop me off at the nearby café; it’s not far from the hotel. I’ll call the staff to come pick me up, then I’ll return with them."

Yu Zexiao hesitated, "Are you sure? This is a foreign country!"

Jian Anning chuckled, "Why not? I can speak German, and besides, the security here is quite good."

Austrian security isn’t bad; in a small city like Salzburg, it’s mostly locals, so security is even better. Yu Zexiao thought it over before nodding, stopping at a large café and dropping her off, still worriedly advising her, "If there’s anything, just call! If it’s really inconvenient, just leave it. I’m concerned about you."

"Okay, I’m a grown-up, there’s no way I’ll get lost. Got it."

Yu Zexiao watched her call the hotel’s assistant to confirm they would arrive soon, only then did he breathe a sigh of relief, repeatedly instructing her, "Be careful and keep in touch."

"I got it." Jian Anning nodded. Before leaving, Yu Zexiao kissed her lips, as if reluctantly. He couldn’t quite say why but felt somewhat uneasy. This action amused Jian Anning, "You should hurry up, otherwise if we waste time and make the master unhappy, it’d be bad."

"Okay, I know. You should get there quickly too." With that, Yu Zexiao pushed the door open to leave. Before departing, he waved to Jian Anning.

Jian Anning smiled and waved back, watching Yu Zexiao leave before stirring her coffee.

This café is relatively quiet, and most patrons are locals. Austrians are lively and bright, striving for positivity even in dire situations. She hadn’t been sitting long when a familiar-looking man entered, "Miss Jian, shall we go?"
