Chapter 1525: Chapter 724: Reinforcements (Part 2)

"Desolation, Star Fall!"

In the distant sky, burning meteors burst through the black fog, tracing countless dazzling paths as they crash into the blood tide.

"Clear, Earth Shatter!"

The ground suddenly started to shake, like galloping wild horses, and myriad cracks opened upon the spiritually solidified surface.

"Erode, Gravity Field!"

An immense gravity field covered the entire battlefield, exerting powerful gravity effects on all the monsters, preventing them from jumping or moving rapidly, causing them to tumble into the fissures on the ground.

Yet, the warriors felt no gravity at all; instead, they became extremely light, as if an invisible force was propelling them.

"Decay, Time Flow!"

The monsters’ movements suddenly grew incredibly slow, fundamentally so, and if they were simultaneously frozen or bound, their speed would plummet drastically.

"Destroy, Starlight!"

Dragon-like starlight appeared around the Starry Queen, resembling a soft and splendid long whip that seemed without power, yet when touched, the flesh puppet would instantly disintegrate into dust.

Everyone was astounded by the Starry Queen’s power; they couldn’t believe Rod’s summoned phantom also possessed strong monarch-level power.

Rod’s perception was far clearer than theirs; the Starry Queen was not just a strong monarch but a great one, just half a step away from True King. Her absolute spiritual power certainly exceeded tens of millions; her strong source power far surpassed a normal monarch’s.

No wonder she could, even after being eroded, tear apart the Mysterious Shadow from within.

If that were the case, the Starry Queen should have been able to defeat the Black Fog Demon; how then was the Starry Kingdom destroyed?

And without the pressure from the Black Fog Demon, how could the Starry Queen have been eroded by the Mysterious Shadow?

Rod suddenly recalled the description of the Black Fog Demon’s soul: [At the far end of the river of time, it was no longer as powerful as before because Tristan was about to awaken].

Clearly, the Black Fog Demon I encountered was weakened, while the truly powerful Black Fog Demon should be akin to a divine existence; otherwise, why would it be considered the source of great terror?

However, the Black Fog Demon was merely a corrosive spirit of the Supreme Demon Lord Tristan, and there were thirteen such spirits.

Perhaps the source of great terror referred to the Supreme Demon Lord Tristan, who was the true Black Fog Demon.

Then what of the Ancient Gods?

Suddenly, this question emerged in Rod’s heart.

Ancient Gods are so powerful, why have their names never been seen?

Just like the God of Contaminated Blood, in any description related to terror or black fog, there is never mention of its presence; is it not the source of terror?

And what of the Supreme Will, why are its weapons so powerful?

Logically speaking, it too should be an Ancient God, shouldn’t it?

The monarch is also a True King; even if slightly weaker, spiritual power reaches the limit; how could its divine kingdom be much larger than that of a monarch?

Yet just a weapon left behind could kill a monarch; why?

The battle was far from over, and Rod could only keep these questions in his heart, summoning the power of the Star Shuttle to re-enter the fray.

With a strong monarch and a great monarch joining, the tide began to turn towards humanity; the flesh giants were rapidly slaughtered in the joint assault by Rod and the Starry Queen.

The God of Contaminated Blood let out a furious roar, its divine kingdom and creations’ destruction causing its spiritual power to continuously decline.

Its power weakened.

A voice echoed from the sky: "Well done, my pressure is reduced, its weaknesses are growing; hang on, we can win."

Rod turned his head to see, blood and fire entwined fiercely, the battle growing ever more intense, reaching a point of close combat.

Jon, Qingyu, and Evela, three Fire Monarchs, supported the King within the flames, Horus’s Bright Light flickering within the King’s massive soul, continually purging pollution and healing injuries.

The situation was indeed much better than before.

But just then, a sharply piercing voice arose from afar.

"Heh, who knew the King of Trolian loved to dream so much?"

Rod’s fist clenched instantly; he would never forget this voice.

"It’s you, Ak!"

Not far away, Asa, who was slaughtering monsters fiercely, also halted, gritting his teeth: "It’s you, Ak, hasn’t your last defeat taught you a lesson yet? Do you not realize the great existence you are opposing?"

Ak’s voice turned instantly furious; being threatened by their most used words by a traitor was utterly unacceptable.

"Traitor, you will regret it!"

"Heh, will you dare come forward? Will you dare fight me now?"

Ak sneered: "Foolish traitor, when the black fog engulfs you all, I will tread on their corpses and devour your malice."

Asa retorted with a sneer: "In terms of dreaming, I guess you are the strongest."

Ak was visibly provoked: "Traitor, do you think you’ve won?"

"Isn’t that so? Look at this endless power?"

"Hehehe."

Ak left only a series of sneers.

"Do you think the great God of Contaminated Blood has just this little power? Its divine kingdom, just so weak as you have seen? Asa, your ignorance disappoints me."

Asa no longer replied, for Rod had told him to shut up within his soul.

But Ak’s words did not cease.

"If not for that fool Ah being a waste and establishing the blood mark with divine artifact power, how could the God of Contaminated Blood have left the central hub of the divine kingdom and come here prematurely?"

"If not for that fool, you would have been destroyed long ago, without dragging it out until now!"

Ak suddenly laughed fiercely.

"Hahahahaha, here it comes!"

On the horizon far away, deeper blood tides rose.

A number of powerful King Level Monsters stirred on the battlefield.

Everyone’s faces changed in response; there is a fundamental difference between King Level Monsters and non-King Level Monsters; no matter how strong, hundreds of flesh giants are no match for one fallen Takxis.

So many King Level Monsters would undoubtedly crush the battlefield.

"See?"

Ak laughed wildly.

"The true Blood God Contamination has arrived!"

A bloody figure leapt into midair, powerful spiritual energy forming a giant spear thrusting toward the Starry Queen.

The force of this strike was so enormous that she had to recall her power for defense.

A loud boom.

The spiritual energy spear collided with the starlight; though it didn’t break through, it shook it somewhat.

"Lord Mod!"

In the sky, Bossivale’s eyes were filled with rage.

This bloody figure was indeed one of the strongest among Saint Reel, Mod.

Ak jeered: "Meeting old friends, are you excited? You will never reunite in the nonexistent Fire Heaven but will meet again in the hell of black fog, hahahahaha!"

Yet another blood-soaked figure emerged, raising his arms high and shaking them vigorously.

Space visibly trembled, the strength of Source Law collided sharply, unleashing waves.

"Galahad!"

Bossivale couldn’t suppress his fury; without his comrades behind him, he would charge in recklessly.

Ak taunted: "Don’t hurry, there are more, all your old acquaintances are here."

Numerous monarchs surged forth, under the joint impact of countless strong sources, even the Starry Queen’s field couldn’t be maintained, the gravity field shattered violently, and the slow passage of time resumed.

"Daedalus, Beibei, Sharo..."

Seeing one familiar face after another, Bossivale trembled all over.

The Starry Queen descends from the sky, softly saying, "So many strong King Level Monsters, without Holy Fire’s support, I can’t maintain the star field; I need someone to aid me."

Rod’s heart sank; he struggled with even one, how could he manage so many?

Ak laughed maniacally: "See? This is the true power of the Blood God Divine Kingdom; it devoured the whole of Saint Reel, and this powerful human civilization is your enemy, black fog’s power so immense, how could you win?"

"Malice, you are too arrogant."

A fiery figure arrived from afar.

As he reached the battlefield, it was like the sun rising, a multitude of golden light filled the battlefield.

It was none other than the Sun Knight, Kai.
