As for whether the Dream Realm or the Source Heavenly God Throne is greater, it’s a meaningless comparison.

Its strength can be so high that it directly affects the actions of King Level Monsters. Even the Battle of the Blood God was indirectly influenced.
One could say the Source Heavenly God’s throne is an enhanced Colorful Dream.
As long as the King’s spirit can endure, he can use it without limit.
