The Revenge of the Reborn Supreme Sovereign-Chapter 13: Floral white doesn’t suit you, switch to leopard print! (Please vote for recommendation!)
"Miss!" Wang Lu immediately cried out in alarm. But as he moved to act, Ye Congjun subtly held him back, shaking his head slightly.
A faint smile appeared on his weathered face. Earlier, when Qin Fan sat cross-legged in meditation, he had not let Ye Xuan approach. His intuition told him that Qin Fan was not to be disturbed. But now, it did not matter.
"Commander, this—!" Wang Lu exclaimed, not understanding.
"It’s fine. Don’t worry," Ye Congjun reassured him. With his decades of sharp insight, it would have been a waste of a storied life if he could not even read Qin Fan’s mood.
As soon as Ye Congjun finished speaking, Ye Xuan had already charged to Qin Fan’s side, lifting her knee high as she leaped forward.
"The form looks passable, but it’s all show and no substance," Qin Fan commented, his leisurely gaze tinged with playful mockery. Having just entered the Qi Refinement Realm and integrated the Cangqiong Refining Body Decision, he was in an excellent mood and felt inclined to tease Ye Xuan.
"Hmph, you’re just putting on a show!" Ye Xuan snorted coldly. Without holding back, she drove her knee straight toward Qin Fan.
Qin Fan remained as still as a mountain, allowing Ye Xuan’s figure to loom larger in his vision. Only at the very last moment, just as she was about to strike, did he casually make his move. The action was as swift as lightning. Wang Lu, a Martial Artist who had reached Great Success in Dark Energy, could only catch a glimpse of a fleeting afterimage.
Then, just as her knee was about to connect, Qin Fan’s palm slapped against her thigh.
SMACK!
Accompanied by that crisp, pleasant sound, Ye Xuan’s forward-lunging body was sent stumbling backward.
"This leg is no good either. Not enough spring," Qin Fan said with indifference, watching her fall without a hint of concern.
"You little rogue! Again!" Vowing to see it through to the bitter end, Ye Xuan scrambled to her feet without even brushing off the dust and charged at Qin Fan once more.
"I’m not interested in playing house with you. Scram!" Shaking his head, Qin Fan decided to preempt her attack. Before she could get close, his figure shot forward. His fingers formed a claw, seizing her shoulder and flinging her straight toward Wang Lu.
"Miss!" Wang Lu paled in alarm. He shot forward like an arrow from a bow, reflexively catching Ye Xuan.
Qin Fan let out a cold scoff. Looking at Ye Xuan, whose beautiful face was pale with pain, he said, "Floral white doesn’t suit your personality. Try leopard print," then strode away.
Upon hearing his words, Ye Xuan’s pale face flushed crimson, the color spreading all the way to her earlobes. How could I not understand what he meant? He definitely wasn’t talking about the training clothes I’m wearing! He meant the bra underneath, the one covering my peaks! I always dress conservatively and was sure there was no way he could have caught a glimpse. So how did he know it was floral white? How did he know?!
But as long as Qin Fan did not tell her, she would never guess the answer. Although he had lost his cultivation after being reborn, he still retained the Eyes of Golden Flame from his inherited past. If Qin Fan wanted to see, he could see everything clearly—not just the floral white, but even the delicate pink beneath it.
Ye Xuan was dumbfounded. Wang Lu was stunned. Ye Congjun’s eyes burned with fervor. The three of them watched Qin Fan’s leisurely retreating figure, each lost in their own thoughts.
"Oh, right. You were all so concerned about my strength, weren’t you? Fine, stop trying to test me. I’ll give you a demonstration." As he reached the Audi A6 that had brought Ye Congjun and his granddaughter, Qin Fan suddenly stopped. With his back still to them, he spoke coolly.
He glanced around, his eyes locking onto an empty patch of ground. The next moment, he slightly lifted his right foot and swept it toward the Audi A6.
Silently, the stationary Audi A6 lifted into the air. It spun continuously, a full 360 degrees over and over again, as it flew in a perfect parabola toward the empty space in the distance.
BOOM!
The car landed with a deafening crash, kicking up a cloud of dust. Yet, miraculously, the Audi A6 appeared completely unharmed, landing squarely on all four wheels.
Qin Fan did not even bother to look back. After the kick, he simply continued walking away. But Ye Congjun, Ye Xuan, and Wang Lu were left completely speechless, their mouths hanging agape.
For Wang Lu, kicking a car was not impossible. However, he knew he could never make a car spin 360 degrees in mid-air and then land perfectly undamaged in a designated spot. He was absolutely certain he could not do it.
"Grandpa, who—who... who is he?" Ye Xuan stammered, so stunned she completely forgot the pain in her shoulder. If I thought he was using tricks against Uncle Lu before, how can I explain this? Tricks and schemes? Even she felt how feeble that excuse was.
"A freak... a monster!" Ye Congjun finally managed to close his gaping mouth, murmuring in utter astonishment. He shook his head, the shock still visible on his face, but his eyes now held a hint of irrepressible, excited contemplation. He took a step forward and said, "Let’s go. We’re heading back."
At his command, Wang Lu strode forward, following closely behind the grandfather and granddaughter toward the Audi A6. However, just as Wang Lu prepared to open the car door for Ye Congjun, something happened that made all three of their minds go blank.
The moment Wang Lu placed his hand on the door handle and gave it a gentle pull...
CLATTER!
With that single, light tug, the entire Audi A6 completely disintegrated. *Completely*. The body, the frame, the interior seats, the engine, and every single component collapsed in a heap on the ground.
"This... this... this—!" Wang Lu began to tremble violently, his face draining of all color as he stood speechless.
"Is... is he even human?" Ye Xuan shrieked in disbelief, her pretty face, which had just been returning to normal, turning deathly pale once more. A single kick had sent a car weighing several tons flying through the air, tumbling end over end before landing perfectly—an outwardly pristine shell hiding a completely ruined interior. How was that possible? What kind of power did that require?
Could it be that the kid really is a Transformation Realm Grandmaster, just like Uncle Lu said? No, impossible! He’s only a teenager! It’s just not possible! Although she still refused to believe the words "Transformation Realm Grandmaster," doubt was beginning to creep into Ye Xuan’s mind. 𝑓𝘳𝘦𝑒𝑤𝑒𝘣𝘯ℴ𝘷𝘦𝓁.𝑐𝑜𝑚
"Commander, he... he—!" Wang Lu, who could not remember the last time he had lost his composure, instinctively turned to look in the direction Qin Fan had gone. But there was no sign of him.
"A Transformation Realm Grandmaster! He must be a Transformation Realm Grandmaster!" Wang Lu shouted incoherently, his mind reeling with shock. "A martial artist at the Dark Energy Peak could never do this! Never! He must be a Grandmaster! He has to be!"
"An opportunity! This is an opportunity for our Ye Family!" Every muscle on Ye Congjun’s old face twitched with excitement. He raised a trembling hand and gave an impassioned order, "Wang Lu, have someone secretly investigate his background. Remember, he must not find out that we’re looking into him! He must not!"
Hearing this and witnessing the utter loss of composure from her grandfather and Uncle Lu, Ye Xuan’s entire worldview shattered.
She finally understood why Qin Fan had dared to say that she did not even have the right to offer herself to him for free.
Indeed. In the presence of a Transformation Realm Grandmaster... what am I?
