The Soft-Hearted Wife of Mr. Big Shot-Chapter 181: Baby’s Breath Everywhere
"Got it, sister."
Anna Bennett nodded, indicating she understood.
"We’ll head back tomorrow, just want to see this snowfall first."
Claire Miller also nodded and said she understood.
They both knew studying was important and were working hard at it, but the idea of seeing the snow was something they held on to tightly.
"By the way, sister, why are you here alone, where’s your brother?"
Claire Miller curiously asked as they only saw Holly Sawyer standing by the street eating ice cream when they arrived.
The area around Holly Sawyer was filled with a variety of people, but there was no sign of Leo Grant.
"He’ll be here soon."
Holly Sawyer answered lightly.
She also didn’t know where Leo Grant had gone; he just told her he’d be back soon.
"Sister, your story is popular now, many people at our school are talking about it."
Anna Bennett blinked and said happily.
The people in the photos were very attractive, easily catching other’s attention, plus the stories they wrote quickly spread across the whole campus.
Now the entire campus was shipping Holly Sawyer and Leo Grant as a couple, everyone was sweetened by their story.
Although the story was not entirely true and had some fictional elements, it was partly based on reality.
"Our story?"
Holly Sawyer was a bit confused, looking at Claire Miller and Anna Bennett, her eyes filled with doubt.
What story did she have? She was completely unaware.
She didn’t recall telling Claire Miller and Anna Bennett her story with Leo Grant, only mentioning it a little.
"Yes, but there’s some fictional content."
Anna Bennett said a bit embarrassedly, she did embellish a lot of things; she didn’t know the exact details of Holly and Leo’s story, but made it up for the best using her imagination.
Holly and Leo were naturally sweet together, so they felt that not much was fictionalized.
"A lot of people at our school want to meet you guys; knowing you’re from Arkenfall University, they all think about applying there."
Claire Miller said with excitement in her tone because she too wanted to go there and was studying hard to make it happen.
"Then work hard."
Holly Sawyer nodded and made a cheering gesture.
At their age, studying well was the most important thing.
"If you get in, you can come find me, call me, and I’ll treat you to a meal."
Holly Sawyer took out a piece of paper from her bag, wrote down her phone number, and handed it to Claire Miller.
She felt a connection with these two girls and was willing to interact with them.
She liked making friends and always believed that having more friends leads to more opportunities; it’s a well-known saying for a reason.
"Wow, thank you, sister, you’re so nice."
Claire Miller received the paper, grinning from ear to ear.
They had wanted Holly’s phone number for a long time but never found the right moment to ask.
"Sister, we will definitely study hard."
Anna Bennett nodded, determined to study well for that meal from Holly.
"Here you go."
When Leo Grant returned, he was holding a large bouquet of flowers, baby’s breath.
The flowers were in a big bouquet.
"Wow."
"Your relationship is so great."
"I’m really envious."
"Love is truly sweet."
Claire Miller and Anna Bennett said one after another, both with looks of admiration.
They were sincerely envious of Leo Grant and Holly Sawyer’s relationship, they noticed it last time at the lamb hotpot restaurant.
Leo Grant’s eyes were always on Holly, filled with her presence — that was love.
They always thought Holly Sawyer and Leo Grant’s relationship would last long because they had one another in their eyes and in their hearts.
"Did you go buy flowers?"
Holly Sawyer accepted the large bouquet with eyes full of surprise and delight.
Could it be that because she gave Leo Grant flowers yesterday, he thought to give her flowers today?
"Bought for you."
"Baby’s breath, for some reason, feels just right for you."
"To me, you’re like a star, eternal."
Leo Grant nodded, his eyes smiling. He saw a flower shop across the street and suddenly thought of buying Holly a bouquet.
The flower shop had many flowers, but for some reason, he immediately picked the baby’s breath, feeling they matched Holly perfectly.
He didn’t know the flower language of baby’s breath, but Holly meant as much to him as a star did, dazzlingly bright.
"I love it."
Holly Sawyer smiled, looking at the flowers in her embrace, full of happiness.
Because they were from Leo Grant, she loved them.
She always appreciated the gifts from him, no matter what they were.
Since she always loved the person giving the gift.
Claire Miller and Anna Bennett stayed a bit longer, watching Holly and Leo interact, feeling it was genuinely sweet.
"You’re both here?"
Leo Grant’s gaze shifted to Claire Miller and Anna Bennett, his tone calm.
He remembered the two girls well because they took photos of him and Holly that he really liked.
So he left a good impression on them.
"We’re here to see the snow."
Claire Miller blinked and said.
"Do you have a place to stay tonight?"
Leo Grant only asked this, without any other questions.
Anna Bennett wanted to nod but somehow just shook her head instead.
They had just gotten off the plane, brought nothing with them, so they had nothing on hand now.
And they hadn’t booked a hotel.
"Here, take this key, you can stay the night, just don’t mess with anything."
Holly Sawyer took out a set of keys from her bag, handing them to Claire Miller, speaking softly.
She had a property nearby but personally didn’t like living there.
Claire Miller was stunned, feeling a bit at a loss, sensing the keys in her hand were very heavy indeed.
After a bit more talking, everyone went their separate ways.
"I was thinking of offering my place."
After Anna Bennett and Claire Miller left, Leo Grant gently rubbed Holly’s head, saying softly.
"What, you interested in them?"
Holly Sawyer raised an eyebrow, feigning displeasure.
Of course, she knew Leo Grant had no such intentions, but she wanted to tease him a bit.
"I like the photos they took of us."
Leo Grant kissed Holly on the forehead, speaking slowly, his voice indulgent and gentle.
That’s why he had a good impression of them.
