The True Heiress is the Reserved Fiancé's Exclusive Memory-Chapter 653 - 671 Too Impulsive (6)
After lying down for a while, Bob Ginger got up, said thank you, and went to find Mia.
Mia had just finished packing and was crouched on the ground pulling her suitcase. When she saw him, she smiled, "Why aren’t you asleep yet?"
Bob walked over to her, pulled her arm up, and hugged her tightly in his arms, his handsome chin resting on her shoulder. He held her tight and didn’t let go.
"What’s up with you?" Mia asked softly, as he hugged her for a while. "Is it because of the news Dad announced?"
"Sister," Bob called her in a low voice.
There was a strong sense of affection in his voice.
Mia was taken aback, her voice became even softer, and a bit playful, "If you have something to say, just say it. Don’t be so mushy. I’m a married woman. If Brother Jackson finds out, he’ll beat you up."
"I’m not afraid of him. You’re my sister," Bob snorted.
Mia was originally teasing him, and hearing his tone return to normal, she couldn’t help but chuckle.
Bob also breathed a sigh of relief, thought for a moment, and still didn’t let go of her, asking inquiringly, "Dad, he truly likes Aunt Cooper, doesn’t he?"
The words about Mia were just an excuse.
He had been staying at Cooper Manor for quite some time and was naturally sensitive enough to notice.
The frequency of contact between Aurora and Aiden Jiang was just not normal.
Mia listened to him speak and was also taken aback. She hugged his waist and honestly said, "You felt it too? I think they have feelings for each other, and not just a little bit. When they came back from picking each other up at the airport in the afternoon, they were making eyes at each other."
"..." Bob was stunned, helplessly said, "Is this how you talk about your parents?"
"I’m just being honest," Mia laughed, "They’re interested in each other, and naturally, I bless them. I also know you feel a bit aggrieved. I was going to finish packing and come to you."
"I’m not aggrieved," Bob lowered his voice. "Having a sister like you, I’m very happy. As for Mom and Zuri’s issues, it was their fault originally. I do have that sense of right and wrong. I just suddenly figured things out and wanted to hug you."
"Yes," Mia smiled, "I’ve always known you won’t disappoint me."
Bob hugged her even tighter and whispered, "Sister, work hard. Let’s go to college abroad together."
Mia was stunned, "Of course."
"It’s a deal." Bob let her go and hooked his little finger.
Mia laughed and hooked her little finger onto his, with their fists bumping and thumbs stamping a seal.
"Get to bed early." Bob raised his hand and ruffled Mia’s short hair.
"Goodnight," Mia smiled, seeing him off.
Watching him walk towards his room, she let out a sigh of relief and smiled, feeling at ease, before closing the door to rest.
Bob, tall and with long legs, quickly reached his room.
Before he could enter, a voice suddenly came from behind, "Bob."
"Why aren’t you asleep yet?" Bob looked at the suddenly appearing Margot in surprise.
"Yes." Margot pursed her lips and thought for a moment, cautiously probing, "I wonder if you have any thoughts about Sister Mia?" 𝐟𝕣𝗲𝕖𝕨𝗲𝐛𝗻𝗼𝐯𝗲𝚕.𝗰𝚘𝐦
Bob was sharply taken aback.
After a while, he regained his composure, frowned, and said, "What nonsense are you talking about?"
"I just saw you hugging her." Margot shrugged and smiled, "I accidentally walked by the door and saw it."
Bob laughed, "She’s my sister. What’s wrong with me hugging her? Is it not allowed?"
"Of course it is." Margot smiled generously.
