Chapter 1074: 1074 Divine Game My World 19

Player BS Rita has voluntarily withdrawn from this Divine Game.

When that line spread across the entire war cruise ship, it caused a momentary pause, like a system wide stun.

Every Nightmare tier player and above knew about the wager between BS and Lania Kaia.

A newborn world. A rapidly rising genius player.

The Moonlight Courier. The only Adjudicator. The one Dawn Cicada confronted the gods for, demanding to know why the invasion rules had been altered. And the god behind it all had done so for one reason only, to deliver her to Dawn.

Everyone knew how important this game was to BS Rita.

And yet she just ran away?

All nearby players turned to look at BS Mistblade, BS Pine Bloom, and BS Crab.

Standing in front of Coffee Machine Three, Mistblade snapped back to herself and continued browsing coffee options. That girl only said Machine Three, she never said what flavor.

Wither, beside her, said, "She ran."

Mistblade did not even bother to look at him. "You do not know her."

Wither laughed. "I know you studied together in Moonlight Marsh, but beings change constantly. Choices made under overwhelming pressure and despair show their truest selves."

Only then did Mistblade glance at him. "You can tell that to the two event gift packs she killed."

Wither fell silent.

Elsewhere, Marmang Lulumi said the same thing to Crab.

"She ran."

Crab sighed. "To be honest, I wish I could believe that. Then I could order Sea Pony to start packing right now and calmly wait to join Lania Kaia. But I played games with her. I watched her negotiate when I joined BS."

It thought for a long time, unable to find words precise enough. It could not sum up the BS Rita it knew with anything simple.

In the end, it said solemnly to Lulumi, "You might think I have gone mad, but I have a feeling that the name BS Crab is going to stick with me for a very long time."

Lulumi replied, "Yes, you do seem insane. I told you to stay away from Sea Pony."

Crab thought of the timing and said, "Actually, the one driven mad by Sea Pony is someone else."

When the notification sounded, Pine Bloom, who had been driven mad by Sea Pony, was on a call.

Ever since Four Seasons City sank, the first thing she did every morning was call home.

Unfortunately, Y1130 was guarding Four Seasons City underwater and could not answer for now. His deputy was still getting familiar with BS, and many matters were still in progress. After some thought, the best and most convenient option was BS Councilor Shadow Q.

After two calls, Pine Bloom no longer bothered calling Y1130 at all.

Shadow Q did not gather information as efficiently as The Mechanoids, but her execution and attitude were leagues above Y1130.

This BS councilor never spoke with sarcasm. Most questions Pine Bloom asked were answered immediately, clearly and concisely. The few that could not be answered on the spot were resolved quickly and summarized soon after.

She could answer everything related to the oak owls and Four Seasons City. She could report on cooperation progress between oak owls and humans. Ask her about moon foxes or Skycrab, and she could still provide publicly available information.

She heard the notification too. Her voice paused for a moment. Just as she was about to continue reporting, a voice spoke beside Pine Bloom.

"Your Adjudicator ran away."

It was a player who had almost been kicked into the river of time by BS Rita during the moon scramble yesterday.

Seeing the silence from both the human on screen and Pine Bloom, the player lost interest. He had no grudge against BS. BS Rita’s appearance had once reignited hope for him and many Nightmare tier players.

Rather than mockery, it was more like lamentation. He could not believe BS Rita had simply run away, as if watching an idol shatter before his eyes.

His expression settled. He offered a serious suggestion. "You should start thinking about BS’s future now."

Shadow Q recovered from the shock quickly. Calm and certain, she said, "She will not run."

The old Rita might have left. But BS Rita would not run. And the BS Adjudicator would not.

Pine Bloom added, "You do not know her."

"I am stating facts."

"The fact is she will not run."

"The fact is she exited the game."

"Exiting is not the same as running."

Their tones were calm, almost conversational. But the back and forth had already become an argument.

Two players who had never met were arguing fiercely over someone who was no longer in the game.

If you had told Pine Bloom half a year ago that she would argue with someone over BS Rita, she would have answered you with her hammer.

Fortunately, she was not alone.

"No way," Maple Syrup said impatiently to Yet Orange Pomango. "If she were that pathetic, would I still be unable to kill her after all this time?"

Yet Orange Pomango looked shocked. "You really cannot kill her? I thought it was some kind of game between you two. Like love and betrayal."

Verdant Mojie, passing by, stopped and corrected him. "The one who abandoned someone was Mistblade."

Yet Orange Pomango had an epiphany. "Oh. Then they are the never regret type."

Verdant Mojie nodded enthusiastically.

Maple Syrup fell silent. These two were definitely doing it on purpose.

Above them, Fat Goose was riding on Dawn Spring Guest’s neck, trying to gouge his eyes out. "You still dare gossip about her? Your sister does not even dare raise her voice in front of her."

Dawn Spring Guest, struggling to save his eyes, froze. "Which sister?"

Fat Goose snapped, "Both of them!"

As they scuffled, they passed a luxurious mechanical motorcycle.

Its horn flashed. "She will not."

Fury Cinnabar was confused. "Just because you studied together in Moonlight Marsh for a few years? I thought you were not that close. Do you not usually follow Lania Kaia Fat Goose around?"

"You still talk terribly," the Fury bike muttered.

It went quiet for a moment. Just when Cinnabar thought the topic was over, the bike said, "She is not easy to approach. But she is easy to understand."

Even Verdant Windrush, Winter Sea Frenzied Shark, and Tingo JE were unsettled.

When they heard someone say "She definitely ran," all three, in different parts of the war cruise ship, muttered "Impossible" almost instinctively.

Why impossible? They had no reason to keep defending her.

But impossible was still impossible.

At the most critical moments, she never retreated.

Dawn Cicada heard the whispers too.

Before she realized what she was doing, she had already said, "She will not."

A player admired by Deceitful Bloom would never be that cowardly.

Those players did not truly know BS Rita. They were only speculating based on what they saw. Hearing a dissenting voice, they naturally wanted to ask why.

Then they noticed it was Dawn Cicada who had spoken.

Curiosity was instantly replaced by shock.

Dawn Cicada closed her eyes in irritation and forced herself away from the topic. She headed toward the public area. At this hour every day, BS Pine Bloom called the BS councilor. Dawn Cicada wanted to ask about SmokeTune.

Along the way, it felt like the entire world was discussing the same thing. 𝗳𝚛𝚎𝚎𝘄𝕖𝕓𝕟𝕠𝚟𝚎𝕝.𝗰𝕠𝐦

When she reached Pine Bloom, she happened to witness her arguing with another player about BS Rita.

Dawn Cicada fell silent.

She remembered that BS Rita’s race was human. Not some strange, exotic species.

On the screen, that human, BS Rita’s kin, stared coldly at the player arguing with Pine Bloom, occasionally cutting in with sharp retorts.

Just as Dawn Cicada was about to speak, a dragon’s roar tore through everything.

The human instantly turned her head toward something off screen. Her black hair whipped in the wind, and a pure smile bloomed at the corner of her lips.

The roaring dragon cry crossed the screen.

Then, on the display, a massive ice dragon dove from the sky. After descending to a certain height, it spread its wings, slowed, and began to glide.

The BS councilor said nothing more about her not running.

She said only one thing.

"Her dragon is back."
