Thrusted into a world ruled by women-Chapter 238: Hello Eve
Jin didn't return to the planet after breaking out of the torture chamber dimension; instead, he was drifting in space.
It was a good thing that he could use mana because it allowed him to survive in space without any problems. The only downside was that there was a good distance between his current location and the planet.
"Heh, I can sense you, Eve." Jin took off toward the planet with a grin on his face. Thanks to breaking out of the dimension, Jin could sense where Eve currently was because of how the dimension worked.
As he approached the planet, something attacked him from behind, and he swatted whatever came at him away with ease.
"DEMON KING!" A man shouted with pure anger.
"Huh? I recognize that voice." Jin turned around and saw the hero group he had killed before reincarnating into this current world.
"You monster! It wasn't enough that you destroyed our world, but now you wish to destroy this one? We will stop you once and for all!"
"Pwahahahaha! Alright, come on, you hero failures."
The hero pointed his sword forward. "Titans, Go!"
The beastkin charged at the demon king, but a simple blast to the chest was enough to end the man.
"Noo! Carl! You bastard! I'll end you, demon king!" the hero roared as his friend fell before him. He lunged into the fray, blade raised, but the strike never reached the demon king's throat.
"I'm getting Déjà vu." Jin chuckled.
"Have a taste of my steel!" The dwarf hammered down on the demon king, destroying the throne and the floor at the same time.
"You're lucky I'm not going to be using you as a chair this time." Jin blasted the dwarf in the chest, killing him.
"Noooo! Carlos!" The hero was now full-on crying, but the demon king yawned once more.
"You'll pay for killing my friends!" The elf fired a multitude of arrows toward the demon king, but they all paused mid-air, turned around, and then flew toward the elf.
"You guys are literally repeating the same lines before you died last time. Are you a broken record or something?" Jin moved faster than the elf and snapped her neck.
"Noooo! Carla! You bastard! How could you do this?! What did we do to deserve this?!" The hero lost all his confidence and motivation to continue, falling on his hands and knees while contemplating life. But they were in space, so he was just floating.
"Listen, dude, I don't know how or why you got resurrected, but you should have just stayed dead."
Losing all of his friends again made the hero extremely angry, and he charged at Jin.
"Dieeeeeee!"
"Oh, once again, it seems I exhausted all dialogue options. We're hopping straight into the cutscene with this one, huh? That's good for me, though. The quicker this ends, the faster I can head to Eve."
The hero used all of his power, pumping it into his sword, only to get blasted in the face and die as pathetically as he did before.
"Hmm. It was nice seeing them again." Jin continued to fly toward the planet.
---
"Dammit." Eve sighed and sat down. "He's on his way here."
"So fast? It's only been a day!" Yuno was still working on Jin's original body, and they were still a day out from being done with it.
"I expected Jin to escape the dimension relatively fast, but I hoped it would at least take three days. He never fails to impress me. Ahhh, just thinking about him before he became a psycho makes me wanna fall in love with him once again. Too bad, I seriously hate him right now."
"M-Madam Eve, what should I do?"
"Keep working on Jin's body. Make sure it's finished before I lose to Jin."
"W-What? Lose? You think you'll lose?" Yuno couldn't believe what she was hearing.
"Well, it's not guaranteed that I will win. Jin can use Laws now. That will damn near even out the playing field. So make sure..." Eve sensed Jin approaching, and she moved Yuno and Jin's original bodies to a different dimension to avoid their plan being foiled.
After making sure Jin's body was gone, Eve started leaving the building to confront Jin, but it blew up before she could do so.
"I know you're not dead. Get out." Jin demanded
"It's bad enough that you killed me once, but now you want to kill me again? Did you not love me at all?" She tried to hit where it hurt, hoping Jin would have a moment of weakness.
"I did. But you died millions of years ago for me, so my love for you is gone."
Eve honestly didn't like that response; her anger rose upon seeing how Jin said that with a straight face. But before she lost herself, she took a deep breath.
"Do you know why I hate you now?"
"You told me before."
"No. It's not just about me. It's about your other lives as well. The primordials showed them to me. I was happy how you handled yourself after my death in your next few lives, and I felt honored when you named your child after me, but then you forgot about me. You lived the lives that WE should have lived, had the family we should have had! It angers me that you replaced me, and it angers me that you don't even care!"
Eve extended her arm, and hundreds of magic circles surrounded Jin. They were cast with the power of a demigod, and anyone with mana would be able to sense the intensity these circles were producing.
She glared at Jin, a tear running down her face. "Do you even care?"
Jin glared back at Eve, his emotionless expression ticking her off. "No."
"Motherfucker!" Her fist clenched, and the magic circles rained down fire on Jin, each blast containing the power to vaporize anything they touched.
With ease, Jin swatted all of the spells out of the way.
"You're going to die here, and I'm going to kill everyone you love!" She locked the space around Jin, then created a blade of mana and swung down on his chest, cutting him in half.
Or, she expected to cut him in half. Instead, her sword only cut open his shirt.
"What?"
"Slashing." Jin chuckled. "The concept of slashing simply gives me a massage."
"You—"
Jin clobbered Eve in the chest, cracking her ribs and sending her flying through the city.
"Get up. Our real fight starts now."
