I used to think that I had nothing to worry about when you mecha warriors go off on your expeditions but now, I worry.

Esong guffawed and rubbed her back slowly.

"I would not touch Jacks with a fork. I cannot even share a bathroom with him because he always says something lewd every ten minutes."

"Good, stay away from him." Scarlet encouraged him.

"I will try." He answered.

She pinched his nipple through his light blue shirt and he winced.

"Okay, message received, I will keep him at bay as much as possible. I don’t know what you are worried about because I turned Jacks down a long time before you came along." He told her.

She raised her head and gasped with a dismayed look on her face.

Someone banged on the window of the car before she could give him an answer and Esong sighed in disappointment.

He already knew who was banging on the window and he also knew that they were at the space landing port.

He stole a quick kiss from her, one that was softer and less intense than the last one.

This didn’t stop the butterflies from fluttering in Scarlet’s stomach and her hands, as if with a mind of their own went around his neck.

She opened her mouth and allowed him to do as he pleased, even encouraging him with little moans that she made.

More banging on the window forced Esong to end the kiss and he placed his forehead against hers, just as he had seen her do to Justin every time they took him to school.

"I will miss you every second that I am gone." He told her softly.

He kissed her on the cheek and sat up with another sigh.

One last time, he squeezed her hand and then stepped put of the car.

"Stop making a racket Folsom, I am not that late." He shot his friend whose hand was raised in preparation to bang on the window of the car again a glare.

"Everyone is on board except for you." Folsom grumbled. "What happened to you brother? You used to be the first on the ship."

Scarlet rolled down the window of the car and waved.

"Sorry, I delayed him."

Folsom rolled his eyes and left, grumbling something about the two of them thinking they were the first and only lovers in the world.

Indeed, they were not, but Scarlet felt as if maybe they were the only ones. She kept her eyes on Esong, watching him with a smile of happiness and a touch of sadness.

She waved wildly, throwing her hands around and she shouted, "Bye, stay safe. I miss you already."

Esong followed Folsom walking backwards so that he could look at her for as long as he could.

He maintained a smile on his face and he blew kisses her way every once in a while.

The two did not even notice a reporter and camera crew at the space port which was there to cover a story on the first tourists on the Blue star.

The interest of the reporter had switched from the tourists to the governing couple pretty quickly.

This little show of theirs would surely earn more views than footage of the tourists.

Scarlet blew Esong kisses, and she wrapped her arms around herself.

Esong stopped walking and he touched his heart. "Awww, she is so adorable." He said lightly under his breath.

"Oh for crying out loud!! Stop this right now, you are a general for fucks sake. Your wife has made you watch too many of her sappy soap operas." Folsom complained because he heard what Esong said and he was further dismayed because he had stopped walking.

Folsom forcefully grabbed Esong’s arms and dragged him to the elevator which would be leading them to the new space landing port that was used by only mecha warriors.

"They are like teenagers in love." His collegue said.

"If my wife doesn’t send me off like that when I travel in future I will know that I am not doing something right in the relationship." The reporter said. "We got all of that, right?"
