Xiao Ling felt as if he was stuck in a subspace which was carefully created personally for him with a abundant spiritual energy.The flow of the spiritual energy was very gentle and engulfing his whole body, he felt very comfortable and refreshing somehow. Spiritual energy was being sent passing through his meridians and into his dantian. He could feel his body going through great changes, but he couldn’t tell exactly what changes his body was going through. He only felt that his body was strengthening and his strength was reinforcing, he could even hear the continuos notification sounds of the system which never ceased, he thought of making the annoying system stop but he failed to anytime he tried to forcefully wake. Days slowly passed for him, and it seemed even months....and years had passed? Xiao Ling really couldn’t tell, but because he felt that whatever was happening was a good thing, he put away his worries and just focused on absorbing the spiritual energy with peace of mind. He knew that if it was harmful to him Yanzhi would have long woken him up forcefully. He’s days in the subspace were peaceful and uneventful. That was until suddenly three dots of light appeared from nowhere, at first he was confused and on guard against the dots of light. But after their sudden appearance there was no changes in the subspace and things remained the same, he soon came to get used to their existence after spending some time with them. They were stuck in the same spot and never move around, but after sometime he started feeling some little changes with the spiritual energy in the subspace. The spiritual energy which used to be only him absorbing had created another path connecting to those three dots, watching carefully he noticed that those three dots had become bigger? Xiao Ling was alerted and full of vigilance towards those gluttons which were absorbing the spiritual energy meant for him faster than he was. Xiao Ling was very angry and wanted to beat away those gluttons, he tried every way possible to stop them from absorbing but nothing worked. And as time went by and they became bigger and bigger into the size of volleyballs, he started to feel very close connection to them as if they were a part of him. It made him confused and wonder a lot but he soon stopped thinking about it and just go with the flow. Soon it was as if they’d awoken their consciousness and they’d run around him from time to time playing, it was really annoying at first but what could he do when they were stuck together and he seemed unable to wake up by himself, so he’d play with them or just enjoy watching them play by themselves. He was no longer stingy with the spiritual energy and let them freely absorb without having to sneak around when they do.
Life went on peacefully and he felt he wouldn’t mind with them absorbing a little of his spiritual energy, but that was until he suddenly started feeling that the spiritual energy being absorbed by him wasn’t enough and it seemed that his evolution had stopped close to the end. Xiao Ling became anxious and went straight to find those balls of light and have them stop absorbing, but after trying to make reason with them so many times they never listened and began to absorb more than before. Lying on the bed his eyelashes trembled as his eyes were slowly opened to the familiar room of his new home, he slowly sat up with confusion on his face trying to arrange his thoughts. His last memory was of the night he and Yanzhi completed their Dual Companionship and did that....and after that, he couldn’t remember anything else. He had the feeling as if time had stopped for him. He slowly raised his hand and was met with his clenched fists, looking concentrated at his clenched fists he had the feeling as if he was about to thrash someone very hard....it was just that he couldn’t remember who he wanted to thrash at so hard. He only felt some grievance in his heart as if he was bullied and cheated. Which bold daring bastard had the nerves to cheat on him? In the house somewhere in a room, Yanzhi who had just started processing some crafting materials and was about to begin crafting stopped his hands movements abruptly as if he had sensed something. A bright smile formed on his lips with the thoughts of him finally getting to see the roxy face of his little wife after a long time, to Yanzhi the days that passed by with him unable to see Xiao Ling’s smile and hear his voice as he talked to him felt like decades.
Without caring to knock, Yanzhi strode into the room. His eyes fell on Xiao Ling who was resting against the headboard slat with a cushion sandwiched between, and his eyes closed and his his long lashes fluttering. As if sensing his presence Xiao Ling’s eyes shot opened, he turned his head towards Yanzhi and a beautiful blinding smile forming on his now slender face.
"Xiang gong..." he called out bringing himself to sit at the edge of bed, his voice like a whisper but Yanzhi didn’t fail to hear the longing on in voice. He slowly walked towards Xiao Ling at the bed taking his time to observe the changes in him. Xiao Ling’s body had toned down and slim a lot making him look more slender, his lashes grew a few more centimeters. His gaze looked more sharp and his lips reddened and the red mole between his brows was replaced with a fiery red lotus mark, overall he was more beautiful and seemed a lot different from his previous appearance. Well not worse than him, Yanzhi nodded not forgetting to add to his evaluation of Xiao Ling’s appearance. He could sense the increased spiritual energy in Xiao Ling’s dantian and his body which was strengthened. It wouldn’t be long before he attains the body of a true immortal, maybe in ten years....or less? Yanzhi thought with a frown.
"Little wife you’re finally awake!" sitting beside him on the bed with their faces a few inches away from each other’s, Yanzhi slowly and gently stroke his hair which had grown longer and the colour turned darker.
"En!" Xiao Ling nodded, his face full of smiles and his eyes never leaving this person who was completely his and forever his. His cheeks tainted with red blush recalling the night of their dual cultivation and passion, although he was in embarrassment and shy about it but he was a man who always faced everything head on. "Xiang gong, it feels as if I hasn’t seen you for a long time." he said to Yanzhi, his tone smooth and melodious. "And?" as if expecting something else, Yanzhi asked his attention all focused on his little wife. "I-i’ve missed you a lot!" the red blush spread to his neck as he admitted. Yanzhi felt great hearing him say that and had a satisfying smirk on his fairy-like face. He lean forward to Xiao Ling and captured his lips without saying anything, Xiao Ling was stunned for a moment but came over his senses moments after. He closed his eyes and let himself be immersed in the tender kiss of his identified partner. So their tender kiss turned wild and aggressive with their hands all over each other. When Yanzhi stared at Xiao Ling’s closed eyes as he kissed him, his green eyes glowed with a red glint in a fleeting moment. Xiao Ling showing a weak appearance in his arms. His eyelashes trembling, his cheeks tainted with red flush, lips wet from their lips meeting and hair disheveled. All appearance of Xiao evoked the monstrous desire within him. Xiao Ling was breathless....his heart beating so fast to the point of abnormality. Yanzhi was aroused more and his gaze burned with desire, just when he was thinking about taking things all the way a knock sounded outside the opened door and Bee walked into the room and was met with their disheveled selves with him laying on top of Xiao Ling, still in their robes.
"Sorry!" as if a frightened rabbit he quickly dashed back out. "Go back! Go back and wait!" his voice was heard again. "Why? Isn’t mistress awake?" Liu’s voice could also be heard. "Shut up and go back with me!" Bee’s impatient voice sounded again along with series of hurried footsteps.
Yanzhi ignored them and it seemed that Xiao Ling was was lost in desire to notice anything. Yanzhi continued to kiss him and was unwilling to stop, he was full of reluctance to stop what he had just started. But knowing that those light bulbs were already here and wouldn’t leave any soon until they saw Xiao Ling, Yanzhi became angry and annoyed. Or maybe he should continue to set up a barrier to keep those little things out for good! He was tempted. He broke the kiss with his face full of reluctance as he eyes stayed on the body which had softened under him. Xiao Ling’s senses slowly came back to him and he blinked his eyes covered in haze, after his sights returned he was met with an aggrieved looking Yanzhi which stunned him. "What happened?" he asked. "I seem to have heard Bee’s voice just now." he looked to the door with a doubtful look. Yanzhi kissed him on the corner of his lips and slowly got down off him, where Xiao Ling couldn’t see his eyes glowed with a dangerous glint. "En!" he hummed sounding nonchalant "they’re out waiting, get dressed and let’s go meet them.....we seem to have a lot to discuss." Sitting up and facing Yanzhi’s expressionless face, Xiao Ling could’ve almost swore that he felt murderous intent from him.
Xiao Ling: "Please give me a castle" 🥺🥺🥺
