Trapped with the Alpha King-Chapter 258: Heat Between Them
“Because I have no plan of stopping.”
Those words alone were enough to make Gavriel lose his restraint. He moved like a beast released from its cage, crashing his lips against Althea’s as one hand slid to her dress. With surprising ease, he undid it, and Althea barely realized what was happening until the fabric slipped from her body and fell softly to the floor. 𝚏𝐫𝚎𝗲𝕨𝐞𝐛𝕟𝚘𝐯𝚎𝗹.𝕔𝐨𝗺
The next thing she knew, she was standing before him with nothing but her lower undergarment on. A rush of cool air brushed against her skin, making her suddenly feel shy.
Her body stiffened for a moment, but then Gavriel’s warmth enveloped her, and he gently guided her backward until she felt the mattress beneath her and slowly sank down onto it.
She swallowed, yet forced herself not to look away from him. As he began removing his trousers, she instinctively closed her eyes.
She heard Gavriel’s low, roguish chuckle. “How come you’re shy now? You’ve already seen all of me before. Why not look again? Maybe it’ll even bring back some old memories.”
She pouted and started to protest, “Stop teasing m—”
Her words were cut off when his lips captured hers once more, kissing her deeply, as if he could never get enough of her.
His lips trailed down along her jaw, and his hands grew bolder as they explored her curves, lingering over her waist and then higher, to her chest. A soft gasp escaped her lips as she clenched the sheets beneath her fingers, her body arching in response. He caressed her gently, kissing and nuzzling her skin, leaving a trail of warmth wherever he touched.
Every place his hands explored, his lips soon followed. Althea quickly lost herself to the overwhelming sensations. When his mouth closed over one sensitive peak, she bit down on her lower lip, a shaky breath leaving her.
She was so lost in him that she did not even realize he had already removed the last piece of clothing covering her most intimate part. She tugged him closer, instinctively parting her legs, welcoming him and silently showing just how ready she was.
She longed for him. She wanted more, and she could no longer endure the sweet torture he was putting her through. She wanted to become one with him, felt as though she could no longer contain the overwhelming sensations building inside her.
“I want you now,” she murmured, boldly pulling him into another kiss. She did not know what had come over her, only that her body moved as if guided by instinct.
A soft cry left her lips as Gavriel didn’t let her wait. He slowly moved inside her, filling her completely in one deep, unhurried motion. Her body trembled with the rush of sensation, and she began to move with him, matching his slow, tender rhythm.
As they became one, fragments of memories began to surface in Althea’s mind, fleeting images and sensations tied to him, making her heart race even faster.
“I love you, Althea,” Gavriel murmured against her lips, his eyes never leaving hers as he moved within her, holding her close while slowly deepening his rhythm, guiding her toward her peak.
Tears slipped from Althea’s eyes. She might not remember everything, but she could still recognize her own feelings. Even if fragments of the past were missing, the emotions remained clear.
Yes, he was claiming her in that moment in her memories despite being the daughter of his enemy, but in her heart, she was willingly giving herself to him. She already liked him, despite everything... and she realized she loved him.
Gavriel suddenly stilled when he noticed her tears. “What’s wrong?” he asked anxiously. “Am I hurting you?”
She shook her head quickly, then lifted her hips to urge him to continue to move, drawing a low growl from his throat. Pulling him closer, she continued to move against him, keeping him deep inside her as she whispered near his ear, “Some fragments of my memories came back... and I remember how much I like being intimate with you. Because I love you.”
Gavriel lifted her chin so he could look at her properly. She smiled, then pulled him into a deep kiss. He continued to move with her, claiming her as she let go of all hesitation, surrendering to the sensations as he carried her higher and higher. She moaned his name boldly, and he answered by calling hers with equal devotion.
He pushed deeper, and her body finally shuddered, like a dam breaking. A cry slipped from her lips as pleasure washed over her, and moments later, she felt him follow, warmth filling her as they remained locked together, still kissing as though nothing else in the world existed.
Their bodies stayed tangled, molded together, neither of them willing to pull away.
Then Gavriel lifted his head and looked at her. Althea blinked, unsure if what she was seeing was real, until a warm droplet landed on her cheek. Her eyes widened as she raised her hand and cupped his face.
He was crying.
“You’re crying,” she murmured in surprise.
Gavriel immediately buried his face in the crook of her neck. Without thinking, Althea wrapped her arms around him and gently patted his back, holding him close.
“I’m just... so happy right now that I can’t contain my emotions,” he admitted quietly.
She smiled, doing her best not to make a sound at the unexpected sight. Who would have thought that she would ever witness the ruthless Alpha King of their kingdom shedding tears?
But she could not help herself and muttered, “I can’t believe the Alpha King is crying right now.”
A small, suppressed chuckle slipped from her lips.
Gavriel lifted his head and stared at her with a slight frown. “Are you making fun of your crying wife?” he asked in a low, roguish voice.
Althea gulped at the seriousness in his tone. “No, I just—”
Her words were cut off when Gavriel suddenly captured her lips in a fierce kiss. A surprised yelp escaped her as he moved again, lifting her legs and resting them over his shoulders, drawing himself deep inside her.
Her breath hitched, her fingers clutching at him as he resumed his movements, leaving no room for teasing anymore, only overwhelming sensation and heat between them.
