Li Feng and the other two galloped for over a hundred miles before slowing down their horses.

"It seems like they haven't followed us."

Zi Yan was always watching their back, relieved to find that the Hunting Group wasn't pursuing them.

"If they had any brains, they wouldn't dare chase us."

Li Feng said coldly, not minding if his pursuers ended up meeting their maker if they were foolish enough to follow.

"You're a rogue, you keep touching."

Xiao Luobing's face was flushed. She was sitting in the front initially with Zi Yan in the middle, but midway, she switched, letting Li Feng sit in the middle, and ended up at the back.

Xiao Luobing could only curl up in Li Feng's arms. Since they were escaping for their lives, she couldn't say much, but this scoundrel of a man kept taking advantage of her.

"Are you a beast? By blood, I'm still your cousin."

Xiao Luobing directly accused Li Feng, while Zi Yan also glanced at him.

"Don't wrong me. Even if I was being a rogue, it wouldn't be with you."

"What you mentioned was likely its doing. It was getting too cramped and had trouble breathing, so it randomly grabbed around, eventually sticking its head out of my collar."

"Isn't this a young Grey Wolf? You didn't throw it away?"

Zi Yan looked at the cub and turned to Li Feng, "Right, what exactly happened earlier? Qin Hu and Pei Lang came back saying you were dead."

Xiao Luobing eyed the wolf pup, having wanted one for a while, and grabbed it directly. When she held it, the pup opened its mouth and nuzzled about in her embrace, even making feeding sounds with its mouth.

"This little thing is hungry. Do we have any food? Give it some."

"Let me."

Xiao Luobing quickly retrieved some jerky from the saddlebag and started feeding the pup, dismissing Li Feng's earlier roguish antics.

Li Feng then briefly recounted the earlier events, and Zi Yan responded, "They intentionally sent you to your death."

"People in the Hunting Group are quite capable, but they didn't know my background and fell into the trap."

"I didn't kill Cheng Ju on purpose, just injured him. The same goes for Zhao Sun; both are severely injured. If they don't abandon them, they must leave someone to care for them, so they can't spare anyone to pursue."

Though Li Feng's recount was light, the process wasn't complex. Any mishap, and they would've been wiped out. The members of this Hunting Group were all seasoned veterans.

"Although we escaped, I doubt the Hunting Group, especially Qin Hu, will let us go easily."

Zi Yan was slightly worried.

Li Feng sneered, "If he won't let me go, I don't plan to let them go either."

Zi Yan looked at Li Feng in surprise.
