Use Me Like A Drug (omegaverse bl)-Chapter 185: Safe space?
Yujun’s POV
I am shaking in confusion.
I thought this was a loving pack. I thought this was a safe space. I thought the Hwangs only love and care.
Why is a father ordering his own son to be taken away like that?
My eyes are wide with shock, "let’s go" Yeon says softly to me, and I let him guide my movements.
His hand is placed on my lower back, the man gently turns me away from Jaehyun, I can’t look away from the alpha that is being dragged away like a criminal on the order of his father.
Jaehyun looks like he’s in extreme pain, his teeth are clenched, nostrils flared, veins bulging on his temple and his scent spread to me.
His pheromones and looks shows that he’s in pains and I can’t take it, "his shoulder is hurt, please don’t hurt him more" I say without thinking and the guards look at each other before changing their hand placements.
Jaehyun keeps his head down as they take him.
My omega whines loudly and my scent sours rapidly, the distressing smell makes the Lord Hwang’s head snap towards, his eyes darken as he looks at me. 𝚏𝗿𝗲𝐞𝚠𝕖𝐛𝗻𝗼𝐯𝕖𝚕.𝚌𝗼𝗺
"I-I’m sorry" I stutter, remembering how much my own father hated my scent.
"Don’t apologize for anything" Yeon says in my ear and takes me into the house, I can feel his barely controlled rage, his hand on my back is firm but shaking and his usually soft scent is starting to grow harsh.
"Here, sit, your health is the most important thing right now" he says and helps me to take a seat on the couch.
"I’m scared" I say and he hiss, "don’t worry, my husband is a sensible man" Yeon says and brushes my hair out of my face, "right now, you will get some sleep, and I’ll handle it" he says and I nod.
"Choi Yujun, get up, you have something to attend to" Lord Hwang’s deep voice startles me and I sit up straight, "he just returned from the hospital" Yeon says, standing in front of me protectively.
"I know"
"My lord, he’s pregnant and in a delicate state" Yeon says through his clenched teeth.
"I know" Lord Hwang says in a softer tone, I can’t see what is going on between the couple, but the room is quiet for a few seconds before Yeon turns to me.
The older male omega squats to be on the same eye level with me before speaking, his eyes are blue from his omega being on the surface.
"Go, if you feel unsafe or need me, I will be there for you in seconds" the luna says to me and I nod my head, I get up slowly.
"Follow me" he beckons and I walk behind him.
The alpha doesn’t say a word as I follow him to a room, he is tall with imposing stature, slightly taller than his son.
He looks every bit like what a Lord should look like, strong and powerful without needing to make noise...unlike my father.
"Wait in here" he says and opens the door to an office, I look over my shoulder, looking for Yeon or any familiar face but found none.
It has been long since I last feared anyone like this, he nods once and I step into the room, letting out a sigh when he closes the door behind me.
In fear, I stand very still with my hands behind my back, worried about Jaehyun.
The door opens behind me and a familiar scent that my body has come to hate floods the room.
I turn around and find my older half-sister standing at the door with her arms folded, she has her bag hanging off her arm and is carrying that ever icy aura she lives for.
"Noona" I say as I stumble backwards and the action reveals my baby bump.
"Well well well...all my hard work for you has gone down the drain, what a shame" she says and steps into the room, "you look like a pig" she says with her eyes fixed on my stomach and I place my hand protectively on my baby bump.
"How did you..." I whisper.
"You really are a disappointment, look at you, pregnant as a man? You disgust me" she spits and I turn my head to the side with a low growl.
"There is nothing wrong with who I am" I say in a low voice that is almost a whisper.
"What did you say?" she asks and comes closer to me, "you talk back now? have you forgotten you place is beneath me, you cursed thing?" she growls and I keep my face turned away.
I refuse to look in her eyes and be subjected to her bullying.
"I am no longer that Yujun" I say quietly and she lets out an angry growl that rattles me, "why? Because you now open your legs for the enemy? Aren’t you ashamed?" she asks.
"Aren’t you tired?" I ask her, finally looking at her with her omega blue eyes and she frowns.
"I see...you really have forgotten the power I have over you" she says and grabs my arm, and I throw her hand off me, pushing her back with force.
"Choi Yujun, how dare you?" she exclaims with her eyes wide and red.
"Don’t touch me" I say, using a boldness that I didn’t know I possessed against her.
"I will be satisfied when I finally have you in my clutch, I will take my time with you, do you understand me?" she hisses.
"You..." she says coming closer again until I’m trapped between her and the table, suddenly the door swings open and the Lord Hwang walks in.
The powerful man looks between Yubin Noona and me before tilting his head, the small action is very similar to Jaehyun’s mad dog state, calm but terrifying.
"My apologies for the delay" he says and rolls up his sleeve, radiating unexplainable and explicit power even with his low tone.
"I had to deal with a rebel" he says and Yubin takes a step away from me, wearing the infamous Choi trained smile, "it’s not a problem at all, it gives me time to talk to the..."
"I see you met the next in line to the Hwang throne" Lord Hwang says and gestures to me.
What?
"What?" Yubin noona asks.
