Villain Ch 1022. Hectic Morning [Part 1]

Allen opened his eyes and blinked slowly, adjusting to the bright sunlight streaming through the window. He had forgotten to close the curtains last night, and now the sun's golden rays were flooding the room. He squinted, trying to gauge the time. The sunlight was too bright for early morning, so it must have been closer to noon.

He let out a soft sigh and turned his head to look around. The room was still and quiet, the soft sound of breathing the only noise breaking the silence. His eyes moved over the scene before him—the scattered sheets, the clothes thrown haphazardly on the floor, and the seven sleeping figures around him.

None of the girls were awake yet. They were still asleep, their faces peaceful, their bodies relaxed. He couldn't help but smile at the sight. They had been up all night, pushing each other to their limits in a passionate frenzy, exploring every corner of desire they could find. It had been intense, overwhelming at times, but also incredibly freeing.

Allen considered getting up, but then he remembered that he had already informed his dad and Kai yesterday that he would be skipping breakfast. He had also told them that if he needed anything, he would just text Kai to bring food to his room. It was the weekend, after all. There was no rush.

Jordan had mentioned something about going golfing with his friends early in the morning, so Allen knew he wouldn't be around. There was no one to disturb their peaceful rest.

He stretched slightly, his muscles pleasantly sore from the night before. He felt a warm body shift beside him, and he turned to see Larissa stirring slightly in her sleep, a soft murmur escaping her lips as she turned over and snuggled closer to his side. He gently brushed a stray strand of hair away from her face, his fingers lingering on her cheek for a moment.

Her skin was soft, her breathing steady and calm.

He glanced around the room again, his eyes moving over each of the girls. Jane was curled up near his feet, her head resting on a pillow. Vivian was on his other side, her arm draped casually over his chest. Zoe and Bella were cuddled up together, their legs tangled in the sheets. Shea was lying on her stomach, her hair fanned out across the pillow, her face turned toward him.

Alice was stretched out beside her, a small, contented smile on her lips even in sleep.

'They look so peaceful,' he thought.

He took a deep breath, feeling the rise and fall of his chest. There was a part of him that wanted to stay awake, to savor this quiet moment, but he could feel the exhaustion pulling at him. They had been at it until dawn. His body was sore, his muscles tired, but it was a good kind of tired—the kind that comes from knowing he has given everything he had and then some.

Allen closed his eyes again, letting out a soft sigh. There was no need to rush. They had the whole day ahead of them, and he wanted to savor every moment. 'Maybe we can all just stay in bed for a little while longer,' he thought, a small smile tugging at the corner of his lips.

But it seemed like the alarm had other plans.

*Ring!*

The blaring sound of the smoke alarm jolted Allen and the girls awake. The shrill, piercing noise filled the room, sending a surge of adrenaline coursing through his veins.

Allen's heart pounded in his chest. His instincts kicked in, his body immediately tensing, ready to spring into action. This was unusual—no, more than unusual. This was the first time something like this had happened since he moved into the mansion.

The girls stirred around him, their groggy expressions quickly turning to worry as the noise continued to blare.

"What's that?" Bella asked, her voice tinged with concern as she sat up, her eyes wide and alert.

Allen quickly grabbed his pants from the floor, pulling them on. "Cover yourself. The night robes are over there," he said, nodding towards the table by the sofa where he had asked the servants to prepare some robes the night before. His other hand reached for his phone to call Kai, his feet already moving towards the door in a hurry.

He could hear the girls scrambling behind him despite the lingering haze of sleep.

Allen opened the door to check what was happening, expecting to see panicked servants or maybe Kai rushing towards him with an explanation. Instead, he found Emma standing right in front of the door, arms folded across her chest, a flat expression on her face.

Allen let out a long exhale, immediately understanding what had happened. The alarm wasn't because of a fire or any other emergency—it was because of her. He gave Emma a flat stare, matching her own. "Did you trigger the alarm?" he asked, his tone half accusatory, half resigned.

Emma didn't flinch. "Yes," she replied, her tone matter-of-fact. "It's lunchtime already, but you haven't woken up yet, and your room was locked. So, I decided to wake you up in a more efficient way."

Allen raised an eyebrow, a mix of disbelief and annoyance crossing his face. "With an alarm?"

Emma nodded, her expression unyielding. "Yes. I've called your phone multiple times, but it didn't work. I'm sick of it."

Behind him, he could hear the girls whispering among themselves, their concern slowly being replaced by amusement as they realized what was going on.

"Efficient, huh?" Allen muttered, running a hand through his hair in exasperation. "You couldn't have just knocked on the door a little louder?"

Emma shrugged, her face still stoic. "I did knock. Several times. I even tried banging on the door. But you were out cold. And since you ignored all my other attempts to wake you up, I had to get creative."

Allen sighed again, the tension in his shoulders easing slightly now that he knew there was no real danger. "You can't just set off the alarm like that. You scared the hell out of me."
