Villain MMORPG: Almighty Devil Emperor and His Seven Demonic Wives-Chapter 932 Sleep The Way To The Top
Villain Ch 932. Sleep The Way To The Top
For the next couple of days, life settled into a more manageable routine for Allen. Azura, eager to prove herself and stay useful, accepted Allen's offer to help with some lighter tasks related to the upcoming conference. He asked her to find vendors who specialized in knick-knacks and to provide her opinion on several uniform designs for the staff.
These were tasks she could easily handle remotely, allowing her to feel involved without being physically present all the time.
Allen knew that keeping Azura occupied with tasks she could do from her own home was a strategic move. He appreciated her enthusiasm, but he also understood the practicalities of the situation. Having Azura around for too long could indeed disrupt Emma's study concentration, despite Azura's assurances that she wouldn't bother Emma.
Besides, Azura couldn't simply wander into Allen's room as she pleased, unlike how she could with Emma's room. She had done it once, and Allen had made it clear he didn't appreciate the intrusion. She valued his privacy and the boundaries that came with it.
Despite these boundaries, Allen and Azura found a new way to connect. Rather than spending time together in the real world, they began to interact more frequently in Hell's Gate. This virtual space allowed them to bond in ways that were less intrusive and more convenient for both of them.
The weekend has arrived. Allen arrived at the gym for his usual morning workout. He hadn't seen Sophia in the morning classes today. He wasn't sure if she was avoiding him or if it had something to do with Larissa's Pilates class today. Whatever the reason, he was glad for the respite.
Gerry had been the one to pry the information from Mark while Allen mostly kept quiet and listened. Gerry had a knack for extracting details that others might miss, and Allen appreciated his discretion.
In the middle of a break between sets, Gerry and Allen found Mark by the free weights, chatting with another member.

"So, Mark," Gerry began, leaning casually against the rack of dumbbells. "There is something interesting about Sophia the other day, right? Care to elaborate?"
Mark chuckled, wiping sweat from his brow. "Oh, you mean the new member who's been poking around me and then turning to Allen's motorbikes?"
Allen perked up, intrigued.
"Yeah, what's the deal with that?" Gerry asked, trying to keep his tone casual.
Mark leaned in, lowering his voice conspiratorially. "Well, this new girl, Sophia, joined the gym a week ago. She seemed really interested in fitness and asked me a ton of questions. But then she started asking about you, Allen. Specifically, about your sports bikes. She seemed really keen to know more about it."
Allen raised an eyebrow. "That's... odd. Did she say why?" he pretended.
Mark shook his head. "Not really. She seemed genuinely interested at first, but after you left the gym, she looked really disappointed. Then, she just kind of distanced herself from me. It was strange."
Gerry laughed, clapping Mark on the shoulder. "Sounds like Sophia might be trying to recruit spies now! You better watch out, Mark," he teased.
Mark rolled his eyes, but there was a hint of amusement in his smile. "Yeah, yeah. I'm not too worried. But it was definitely weird."
Allen stayed quiet. He didn't want to jump to conclusions and decided to keep his mouth shut for now, not wanting to give the situation more attention than it deserved.
For the other things, nothing seemed particularly noteworthy. But there was another piece of information that caught his attention.
It was during lunch with Larissa and Jane after his gym session that Vivian decided to share what she had learned. Gerry wasn't present since he needed to meet up with other friends. Vivian leaned in with a conspiratorial look on her face. Find exclusive stories on novelbuddy
"So, I heard something interesting about Sophia," Vivian began, glancing around to make sure no one else was listening. Larissa and Jane looked up, curiosity evident in their expressions, while Allen raised an eyebrow, his interest piqued.
"What did you hear?" Larissa asked, her tone both cautious and intrigued.
Vivian took a sip of her iced tea before continuing. "Apparently, Sophia has been trying to get close to someone at the agency. Maybe even a high-ranking official. I don't know the exact details, but I'm trying to get more information about it."
Allen frowned, his mind racing. "Why would she do that? It's weird because she's still showing interest in me, trying to find out things about me at the gym."
Jane, who had been listening quietly, spoke up. "Maybe she's trying to leverage some kind of influence or gain information. It's not uncommon for people to use connections in such ways."
Larissa nodded in agreement. "That makes sense. But it's still unsettling. What could she be after?"
Vivian shrugged. "That's the part I don't know. She's always been a bit… unpredictable. But this feels like more than just personal interest."
"Maybe she's planning to sleep her way to the top," Jane chirped in a nonchalant tone.
Those words made the girls giggle.
While Allen leaned back in his seat, his thoughts swirling. "I just don't get it," he said, his voice tinged with frustration. "Why go to these lengths? What could she possibly want?"
Vivian looked thoughtful. "Well, it's possible she's trying to find out more about your life. Maybe she thinks that getting close to someone at the agency will give her an edge."
Jane nodded. "Or she could be trying to get back at you in some way. She can't let you go. She won't let you go."
Larissa reached across the table and squeezed Allen's hand. "Whatever it is, we'll figure it out. Just be careful, okay?"
Allen appreciated the support, but the situation still gnawed at him. "I will. But it's not just about me. If she's trying to get close to someone at the agency, it could affect Vivian too."
"True," Vivian admitted.
