Warm Married Life: Mr. President Loves His Darling Wife-Chapter 187 - 186: Love Yet Breakup
Damian has a girl he likes, she can’t be with him anymore. But... but she really likes him!
Even though she’s the one who suggested they never meet again, Damian fulfilled her wish, so why is she not happy at all, and instead feels as if she’s dying of sadness?
Hearing her heart-wrenching sobs, Sharon felt both anxious and heartbroken, "Alright, alright, don’t cry anymore. No matter what happens, Ms. Cheney will help you."
"Ms. Cheney, I broke up with Damian completely, we’ll never see each other again. I... I won’t ever see him again. Waah..."
So it turns out it’s because of Damian Sinclair.
Sharon breathed a slight sigh of relief, at least she thought that Damian Sinclair wouldn’t actually do anything to hurt Bella.
"Don’t cry anymore." Sharon patted her back, soothing her as she softly asked, "Do you still love him?"
"Mm." Bella Acker held back her sobs and after a long silence, she gently nodded.
"If you love him, then why break up?" Sharon said, "Look, you’re so sad after breaking up."
"But... but he has a girl he likes."
Sharon shook her head, "I don’t necessarily think so. Did you ask Mr. Sinclair about this clearly?"
Bella shook her head, she did ask about it, but both of their emotions were out of control at the time. Rather than communicating, it was more like arguing. The questions she asked hadn’t been answered before the topic shifted due to the argument.
"Bella, some things can’t be judged by what others say or by your own imagination, they require verification." Sharon softly said, "You have to ask clearly yourself, if he does have a girl he likes, then you can end the relationship cleanly, without so many illusions and expectations. But if he doesn’t like another girl and only loves you, then isn’t breaking up like this a pity?"
"Ms. Cheney, there is." Bella shook her head, "Yesterday evening he called me, at that time he was already at home. After just a few words on the call, there was a girl’s voice next to him. And... and he was very gently caring for her. I understand Damian, aside from his family, he never shows such kindness to others, let alone bring them home and care so gently. Ms. Cheney, there’s really no hope between us. I don’t want to be the third party ruining someone else’s relationship either."
Sharon frowned, "Did you hear it clearly on the phone at the time?"
Bella nodded.
Sharon sighed, "Since that’s the case, don’t overthink it. Crying for a man not worth it is a form of demeaning ourselves. Go take a shower, come back and have a good sleep. I’ll call in for leave for you in the morning."
"Ms. Cheney, no need, I want to work well." Bella sniffed and said in a low voice, "I... I can’t sleep now, being alone might lead to overthinking, working well can distract me."
Sharon felt it made some sense, "Alright, then take care of yourself, if you need anything just tell me."
Bella nodded, forced a smile, picked up a set of clean clothes, and went into the bathroom to shower.
By the time she managed her emotions and tidied herself up, it was already past eight in the morning.
Her first scene was at ten-thirty, and makeup for the costume took a long time, so she had to rush to the set immediately.
