Archer Quinn was taken aback, "For me?"

"Yeah." Bella Acker handed the purple little bag to Archer Quinn with a big smile, "Although it’s definitely not as big as the models Senior Quinn used to see, it’s also really pretty."

Archer Quinn was somewhat surprised as he took the bag and pulled out a beautifully packaged box from inside.

The front of the box was transparent plastic, perfectly revealing the glass ball inside.

Bella Acker explained, "There’s a plug at the back of this glass ball that can be connected to a power source, and it has lights inside. When the lights are on, it can illuminate the little castle inside, and there are two small lights inside the castle too, it’s really pretty."

"Yes, it is indeed very pretty." Archer Quinn nodded with a smile.

Fans often gave such small exquisite gifts, but he had never been this moved upon receiving one before. Even though he didn’t have much money and was hesitating over bargaining for a necessity like a phone, after hearing about his embarrassing childhood story, she was willing to spend quite a bit to buy him such a gift, just to make up for a childhood regret.

She truly was a woman who was hard to understand.

Hearing his approval, Bella Acker’s eyes squinted in a smile, "Just think of it as a thank-you gift for Senior Quinn specifically accompanying me to buy a phone. Quick, Senior Quinn, I can smell the scent of fried squid from here." With that, she dashed over to the small fried squid stall.

Archer Quinn watched her back, put the gift back into the bag, and his smile broadened a bit, with warmth also appearing in his eyes.

"Senior Quinn, come on, the fried squid won’t taste good when it’s cold." Bella Acker slightly leaned over from the stall and waved at him with a beaming smile.

"Coming." Archer Quinn carried the bag and approached with a smile.

Bella Acker said to the vendor, "Give us twenty yuan’s worth of fried squid, and then two boxes of takoyaki."

Though she had little money and had to calculate her expenses carefully, she couldn’t be stingy after deciding to treat Senior Quinn to some food.

Vendor: "Total forty-four yuan."

"Okay." Bella Acker readily took out the money and paid, then turned her head and asked, "Senior Quinn, can you handle spicy food?"

"It’s alright." Archer Quinn nodded.

"Okay, then don’t use too much chili on ours, make it a bit milder." Bella Acker watched the squid skewers sizzling in the pot, and couldn’t help but swallow, "Smells so good."

She had only had some drinks at noon and barely ate anything, she was already starving by now.

"Here, your squid and two boxes of takoyaki." The vendor handed the items out.

Bella Acker took the box of squid, and Archer Quinn immediately stepped forward to grab the two boxes of takoyaki.

"Senior Quinn, there are benches in the green belt over there, let’s sit there and eat."

"Sounds good."

The two of them walked over, the benches in the green belt had one side facing away from the road, so even if Archer Quinn took off his mask, it wouldn’t be so easy for people to see him.

"Wow, smells so good." Bella Acker picked up a skewer of grilled squid and handed it over, "Senior Quinn."

Archer Quinn hesitated for a moment, finally took off his mask, and mimicked Bella Acker by first biting off the tentacle at the top of the skewer.
