I didn’t black out this time but I certainly didn’t have any more strength to move so I was just stuck laying there with Olivia giving me another lap pillow.

Which I honestly saw as an absolute win, by the way.

The fact that I didn’t black out this time might be an indication that I was getting stronger already.

Or... It’s only because I was absorbing the Anomaly’s life energy or that this particular manipulation of reality did not require as much energy as the previous one.

Either way, I still see it as a win for me since this would have been the third time I blacked out since I came to this island if I did end up fainting.

Still... I had to lay down beside the portal while watching the bunny girls continue to make their way into our World.

Luckily, no other Anomalies showed up so we were safe, although my Guardians should be able to handle them as long as it’s not another one of that big crystal Anomaly.

Right now, aside from Olivia who was giving me a lap pillow, only Sergei remained watching the entrance of the cavern as Jia Lian had gone out to help direct the bunny girls on the other side.

It still felt a little embarrassing for me since I was basically helpless right now and laying on top of Olivia’s lap to boot.

If Dan was here, he would have laughed his ass off at me.

I really need to get stronger faster so that this doesn’t happen again...

A sigh escaped from my lips right as the sound of footsteps came from the side.

I looked up to see Ava strutting towards me, the elf looking amused at my current predicament.

"Ara, ara? What happened to my Divine?"

I gave her a wry smile, "Well... There was a pretty big Anomaly here that we needed to take care of and I used a new skill I had awakened to deal with it. Unfortunately, that new skill consumes a lot of my energy and now I’m immobile..."

She straightened her robes before kneeling down beside me, "Fufu~ I suppose that means you just need to increase your strength in order to use it, right?"

I chuckled, "Haha... Pretty much... I’m pretty sure that this is a power that I shouldn’t have awakened yet. I had to forcibly pull it out of me and even then, it’s only partially awakened."

Olivia looked down at me, "What do you mean by partially awakened, my Lord?"

I grimaced, "Well... When I was awakening this ability, it felt like I was trying to pull something huge through a really small hole. In the end, I only managed to break off a small part of that huge thing which turned out to be this reality manipulation ability."

"Does that mean... The ability itself might not even be reality manipulation?"

I shrugged, or rather, moved my shoulders as much as I could, "I’m not sure... As you can see, just using the ability is enough to drain me to this state... Maybe if I were to pull out the entire thing, I might be able to use this ability without feeling this drained. Or it might be as you said, it might turn into a different ability altogether."

Ava tilted her head slightly, "I’m assuming that this... Hole... That you are trying to pull it out from is tied to your power, my Divine?"

"I believe that should be the case, yes."

Her lips then curled up in a relatively lewd smile, "In that case... I think that means you just need to get stronger, my Divine. Isn’t that right?"

I managed to keep my face impassive, "That... Is what I intend to do."

Olivia noticed and frowned slightly at Ava, "What are you talking about?"

The elf chuckled, "Ufufufu~ What do you mean, Miss Olivia? I said what I said, didn’t I? Fufufu~ In fact, if you would allow me, I know of a way to help my Divine recuperate faster."

"Oh? What could that be? I would like to hear that?"

"Ah... I’m afraid that it is something that is a secret between my Divine and myself, miss Olivia. I’m sure you would not want me to spill secrets like that, right? Especially when it involves my Divine?"

The red Oni stared at her but eventually shook her head, "No... I do not. What do you need to do?"

"You don’t need to worry, miss Olivia. Just entrust my young God to me after our guests have crossed over. I promise I will take good care of him."

Olivia narrowed her eyes and said nothing, opting to look out towards the bunny girls that were still lining up to walk through the portal.

I couldn’t really see anything since Ava was kneeling in front of me and blocking my view but I heard the sound of more footsteps and Kris eventually came into view.

"Woah... Are we taking turns giving Mortal God a lap pillow?" He asked a little cheekily.

Thankfully, I was saved from answering him as Olivia scowled at him, "Go and help Jia Lian outside the portal to direct the refugees."

"Awww... I wanted to give Mortal God a lap pillow too."

He then ran off before Olivia could tell him off.

Ava then moved to my side, allowing me to see that we were down to the last few bunny girls that were just waiting to cross over to our World.

Leena was taking the rear and the centauress only raised an eyebrow in my direction but offered no commentary as she herded the last of the bunny girls through the portal.

As soon as the last bunny girl crossed over, Ava swooped her arms under me, lifting me up and away from Olivia.

"Now... I’ll be taking over from here, miss Olivia~" Ava stated as a matter of factly, lifting me up in a princess carry. "I shall bring the young God back to our temporary residence."

Olivia looked like she wanted to stop her but she just sighed and nodded, "I shall leave my Lord in your hands."

"Ufufufu~ I most definitely will."

The elf turned around and headed out through the portal with me still in her arms, the elf showing no difficulty in carrying me.

Given how tall she was, it certainly felt like I was being carried by a giant.

We stepped through the portal and I found Kris busy directing the bunny girls out of the beach and deeper into the island towards the direction of our chalet.

Of course, we were not planning to house all of them there since there’s at least a few hundred of them so there’s no way they would fit in there.

Instead, there is another camping ground that was further past our chalet that is used for adventure camps that featured several buildings designed to hold a hundred or more people at once.

Since the place was designed to house people of regular sizes, it should be able to accommodate twice as many bunny girls as compared to normal people.

Some of them might still need to camp out but they had already brought along their own equipment for that so it shouldn’t be a big problem.

Olivia already assured me that they would be making more permanent accommodations once they have settled in so this would just be a temporary measure.

They would most likely ship in materials to let the bunny girls build their own facilities which would contribute to turning this island into our main base of operations.

I’m still not over the fact that this was now my island...

Ava walked past the bunny girls while still carrying me in her arms, ignoring the stares coming from everyone as her larger strides easily surpassed the bunny girls’ in walking speed.

The chalet soon came into view and she wasted no time in pushing open the door before she headed straight towards my room and dropped me on the bed.

Her smile turned lewd and she giggled at me, "Now~ Shall we proceed with helping you grow stronger, my Divine? Perhaps even help you recover from this?"

She smiled at me before her hands reached up to unclasp her robes to let it fall onto the ground, her oversized hat joining it on the floor a second later.

The rest of her robes cascaded down her shoulders and her large assets bounced free, revealing a very provocative set of white lingerie underneath.

Without even a moment’s hesitation, the bra was tossed aside and her boobs bounced free, her nipples already erect with anticipation.

I cleared my throat, "Ahem... Ava... I don’t know if you realised but... I am quite literally incapable of moving right now."

She didn’t stop and climbed on top of me, straddling my waist as she looked down at me with half lidded eyes.

"You don’t need to move, my Divine... Leave all the work to me~"

The elf dropped down and our lips met in a kiss.
