"What on earth was with that Steel Wild Boar just now? The hammer hit it, but it didn't even budge. Its defense is terrifying."

"Luckily, our skills are superior. The Thunder Spear has an amazing effect on enemies with iron armor."

"Honestly, I'm a bit tired. It seems like this basement doesn't have dangerous vibes. Should we take a break?"

"Sounds good. Our target, that big clock, is just above here. Knowing the Sain Dungeon, there's sure to be a big battle waiting for us up there."

The Starfire Knights discussed quickly and decided on a resting place.

The group descended a staircase leading into darkness. Despite the darkness, their keen instincts sensed no threat.

The Sain Dungeon really loves creating this kind of contrast.

It's been several hours since everyone entered the Painting World. Everyone's back except for Jes.

Maybe it's an illusion, but everyone seems much healthier mentally after coming out of the Painting World. Their conversation topics have shifted from abstract to something more like a proper cooperative team.

Only Hevi noticed this change, while the others felt, "I've always been this stable," which now makes Hevi feel super uncomfortable, longing for the quirky and abstract team they used to be.

But if they want to spread the positive image of the Sun Warriors to the outside world, they'd better be more proper... Damn, but that sounds a bit boring.

After bidding farewell to Solar, they headed towards the Undead Parish, facing countless dangers teeming with the maliciousness of the underworld along the way.

The Undead Parish and the Undead Town Outside the City are connected by a stone bridge leading directly to the parish's gate. The group stood at one end of the bridge, heavily guarded on the other end, prepared for both close and long-range battles, making it look formidable.

But if that's all there is to the enemy's setup, it wouldn't be too bad. The crucial part is that there's a giant pig on their side, fully covered in iron armor.

The pig's size is as wide as the damn bridge!

When it charges, people essentially have no place to hide except to run back. Someone tried hiding under the bridge, only to find a group of animated corpse assassins hanging beneath the bridge, grinning at him.

Even worse, that giant pig refuses to come off the bridge. No matter what they do, it won't be lured to the open area off the bridge, only running back and forth in a straight line on the bridge.

This scene made Hevi hallucinate about the classic Sain big iron ball; your next big iron ball doesn't have to be spherical.

Finally, using a slope created by the Suffocating Dragon Tooth, the group together lured the giant pig off the bridge, letting it fall and die, thus successfully crossing the bridge and engaging the enemy on the other side.

The world without invisible walls is truly wonderful.

They then forged ahead, only to have the parish gate crash down from above, denying entry.

But the gate, made of heavy solid iron bars, had gaps through which a cat or dog could pass, though not an adult.

So the clever Starfire Knights used the gaps as footholds, climbing to the top like ancient siege soldiers, and after a fierce battle, secured control over the lever to lower the gate, causing it to open.

Just as the gate opened, Hevi found a side path leading into the parish.

The path had few soldiers and was easy to traverse.

"I knew it. I knew there would be a side path after the Sain Dungeon's gate closed..."

This siege battle they fought voluntarily was as intense as a real battlefield, leaving them panting and short of warriors. So they had to find a place here to temporarily rest and wait for fallen comrades to rush over and regroup.

From their observations, only the largest building in the parish remained to be conquered—the big clock at the top. They decided to call this building the cathedral.

The cathedral didn't look big, but during the earlier siege battle, several Balder Wandering Soul Knights, whose strength was slightly lower than small Flying Dragons, emerged and caused significant trouble.

If there are more Balder Knights inside the cathedral, the Starfire Knights must rest here.

They entered the dim basement, where no surprises like bonfires appeared, just the absence of monsters. Everyone hurried to find a spot to sit and rest to regain their strength.

"I think the Archbishop's faith in the Sun Warriors isn't as strong as mine."

Chewing on Magic Bread while sitting aside, Hevi muttered to himself, feeling that his faith in the Sun was unrivaled after exiting the Painting World.

Those who believed in the Dark Moon Sword solely for Gwendolin's praise couldn't compare with him at all!

To purify the Starfire Church's faith, he decided to gather others to walk through the Painting World once he got out. 𝐟𝕣𝗲𝕖𝕨𝗲𝐛𝗻𝗼𝐯𝗲𝚕.𝗰𝚘𝐦

A great plan began to form in Hevi's mind.

"Bam!"

A sudden clash of steel resounded in the darkness, shocking everyone out of their relaxed states.

"What's that sound?" "Where's it coming from?" "Enemy attack?"

"Bang! Bang! Bang!"
