World Domination Begins With Getting a System in a Modern World-Chapter 56: Diversified Rebate Rewards
Chapter 56: Diversified Rebate Rewards
James ended his call with Gregor, his mind still processing what the private investigator had just told him.
He already knew that someone else was targeting the McCullens and Gregor just confirmed it. He knew that this means that there was already a storm brewing, and he’s was about to step right into it. And he liked the idea.
He smiled as he pushed the thoughts related to the McCullens to the back of his mind, as he has something more immediate to deal with.
He turned his attention back to his laptop and confirmed the $2.05 million transaction, purchasing Solana coins. The moment the payment was processed, a familiar — yet unfamiliar — system notification popped up.
[You spent $2,050,000. 10x rebate has been applied. You have received $6,300,000. The money has been sent to your bank account.]
[You received Anzo Estate, located at Anzio Road, Lower Bel Air. House documents are on the bed.]
[You received Koenigsegg Gemera. Car is parked in the garage of Anzo Estate. Car key is on the bed.]
James blinked in confusion after reading the notifications.
"What the hell...?"
He had expected to receive $20.5 million from the 10x rebate, but instead, he got $6.3 million in cash — and a mansion and a hypercar.
For a few seconds, he just stared at the message, completely caught off guard and confused.
The system didn’t explain this to him. Maybe it felt that there was no need to explain it to him? James has no idea.
His first instinct was to think the system had made an error, but the documents and car key that had just materialized on his bed told him otherwise.
James exhaled slowly and calmed himself down. With his mind now calm, he started studying the notification.
"So... the rebate reward changes when the amount gets higher?" He thought to himself.
He thought back to all his previous transactions. The system had always given him straight cash rewards up until now. Even when he had spent $800,000+ on clearing the mortgage, he had only received a cash rebate.
That meant the threshold for this "diversified" rebate must be $1 million or more.
"Interesting..." James found himself grinning.
"If I can get properties, luxury cars, or even businesses through the rebate reward, then maybe, just maybe, spending bigger amounts could lead to even crazier rewards."
The thought alone made his heart race with excitement. He couldn’t help but envision what type of rewards he will receive in the future.
He eyed the house documents on his bed, feeling very tempted to go through them immediately. But he forced himself to focus.
"I need to finish what I was doing first."
He turned back to his crypto wallet, where his newly purchased 80,000 Solana coins were sitting. The DEX website was already open on another tab, set to the liquidity pool page.
All he had to do now was add liquidity.
James selected the amount, confirmed the transaction, and watched as the liquidity pool jumped from $4.5 million to $6.55 million.
He smirked in satisfaction.
"This will make the whales even more comfortable and will also pump the token’s price."
With that done, he finally turned back to the house documents on his bed and picked them up.
For the next few minutes, he carefully read through every detail.
The property was officially named Anzo Estate and was located in Lower Bel Air, an ultra-exclusive neighborhood.
It was a massive estate, featuring:
A modern, 12,000-square-foot mansion with six bedrooms and nine bathrooms. A private home theater, an infinity pool, and a state-of-the-art gym. A four-car garage with an underground vault and a fully automated smart home system
And the appraised value? Approximately $12.5 million!
James exhaled in amazement. It was now he understood where most of the cash rewards went to, but he was very satisfied with it.
"Damn... I own this now?"
Even from the printed pictures in the documents, the place looked breathtaking.
His mind immediately went to Patty and Leslie. They had always been living in a middle-class home, and they had nearly lost the house, but now... things has changed.
"We’re definitely moving soon." He smiled to himself.
His eyes shifted to the car key beside him and he picked it up, and flipped it in his palm, glancing at the Koenigsegg logo.
James immediately grabbed his phone and searched for images of the Koenigsegg Gemera.
When the pictures popped up, he whistled.
"What a beauty!"
The Gemera was a four-seater hypercar, something that barely existed in the automotive world. Despite being a family-sized car, it had a 0-60 mph time of 1.9 seconds, making it one of the fastest cars in the world.
The price tag? $1.7 million!
James grinned from ear to ear.
"I have to see this in person." He said, as he quickly made up his mind.
He was going to Anzo Estate right now to check out both the house and the car.
James stood up, pocketed the car key, placed the house documents neatly on his bedside table, grabbed his phone and Chevy’s car key, and walked out of his room.

As soon as James reached the living room, he spotted Patty and Leslie watching TV.
Leslie was curled up on the couch watching TV and scrolling through her simultaneously, while Patty sat with a relaxed posture, with her attention on the TV.
James smirked as he walked in.
"Patty, Leslie, come. I want to show you guys something."
Leslie glanced at him from the couch, an eyebrow raised.
"Show us what?"
James didn’t reply and kept his expression neutral.
"You’ll see."
Normally, he wouldn’t take Patty and Leslie along for something like this. Too many questions, too much explaining.
But since he had already created a solid cover for himself by telling Patty about his "project" with Ralph, he doesn’t have anything to worry about.
Leslie narrowed her eyes suspiciously.
"Wait... is this another one of those mysterious business things you refuse to explain?"
James chuckled, not answering.
Leslie huffed, stretching her arms lazily and sighed dramatically.
"Ugh, mysterious as always. Fine, but if this is some dumb prank, I’m throwing you off a cliff."
Patty chuckled at Leslie’s reaction before standing up.
"Alright, let’s see what this is about."
James nodded and led them outside to the driveway, where his Chevy was parked.
"Are we going somewhere?" Patty asked as she stepped outside.
James jingled the keys in his hand.
"Yep. Get in."
Leslie hesitated for a moment before smirking.
"If this turns out to be a secret plan to buy me something expensive, I’ll forgive you for everything."
"Don’t worry, you’ll see soon enough," He said, as he got into the car
With that, they all got into the car, and James started the engine. He put the location into the GPS and began the drive to Anzo Estate.
