Beginning with the Cycle Sea, forging the human form, stepping into the Dao Palace Secret Realm to cultivate the five viscera and establish the Five Elements, and then to the Four Extremes Secret Realm to cultivate the four limbs.
Following that, the Transforming Bamboo Secret Realm is reached, which involves the climbing of Qingzhu Peak and drawing enlightenment from observing Green Bamboo.
Stone Ancestor likened the human spine to Green Bamboo. This secret realm is divided into nine transformations, each growing a segment of Green Bamboo. From the coccyx to the cervical spine, after nine transformations are complete and the spine manifests as Green Bamboo, this secret realm is deemed Great Success.
From there, one steps into the Immortal Platform Secret Realm.
The Immortal Platform Secret Realm consists of six heavenly layers, cultivating a pure land within the brain, with each heavenly layer comparable to a grand realm, and each layer divided into nine small steps.
By the Third Level, one is already at the level of Spirit Clan chiefs, leaders of ferocious beasts, and supreme Demon Gods.
Reached the Fourth Level, one is called a 'King.'
The Fifth Layer is called the 'Sovereign.'
The Sixth Level is called the 'Great Saint.'

In the Derivation proposed by Stone Ancestor Great Saint, beyond the Five Secret Realms of the "Stone Ancestor Heart Sutra," there should also be a Sixth Level realm—he called this realm the state of 'Great Emperor.'
It means to be the unparalleled one, above all, in heaven and on earth.
Regrettably,
Stone Ancestor, before passing away, also failed to reach this level. At the realm of 'Great Saint,' after withstanding the tribulations of decay three times, he finally succumbed to the ravages of time and destiny, entering the valley where he first attained Dao, there to undergo transformation into the ultimate form.
After his death,
The valley turned into a Forbidden Land where trespassers perished, later referred to by posterity as 'Stone Ancestor Forbidden Land.'
A poem in praise says:
"In heaven and earth's forge, the work of creation is wrought, a single thought in the human world births annihilation amidst. An endless sea of suffering evokes sighs, I alone cross over as the Green Bamboo."
Stone Ancestor wished to emulate 'Immortal Ancestor,' transform into 'Green Bamboo,' to become the 'Great Emperor.'
Though he did not complete this work,
He still left behind a glorious tale, a legend lasting ten thousand years.
Yet although Stone Ancestor is gone, his Dao lineage has not ceased.
Many have cultivated the "Stone Ancestor Heart Sutra" since him.
Many hands make light work.
Unceasingly building upon his foundation and wisdom colliding, the Dao path that Stone Ancestor fumbled to discover has gradually become systematic, giving rise to numerous Magic Gates. With the influence of 'Stone Ancestor Great Saint' lasting through the eons, this Dao in no way falls short of Immortal Dao, Fang Xian Dao, and others.
Cycle Sea Secret Realm.
Dao Palace Secret Realm.
Four Extremes Secret Realm.
Transforming Bamboo Secret Realm.
Immortal Platform Secret Realm.
Great Emperor!
Thus, the ultimate goal of this Dao is to cultivate the Undying, Immortal realm of the 'Great Emperor,' hence, it is called by later generations—
'Great Emperor Dao'!
