Reborn in the Eighties as a Housewife with a Space
Chapter 2751 - 2747: It’s Thanks to You, My Teacher
Qin Xue looked at Chu Molin’s expression and quickly made her escape. If he kept talking, she had no idea what might happen next.
"Xue’er, if you come in without saying a word, don’t you know you’ll scare people into having a heart attack?" Chu Molin said helplessly. His wife was too shy, he was missing out on a lot of fun.
Chu Molin was just trying to tease his wife playfully, but Qin Xue felt that things might get out of hand, so it was wiser to retreat.
But upon hearing Chu Molin’s words, she paused for a moment. He, having a heart attack? He must be joking.
Qin Xue ignored him and went into the space. She didn’t see the children right away, which surprised her a little. Where could they have gone?
"Maybe they’re in the house." Chu Molin thought, since he didn’t see anyone outside, there was no other place to be except the bamboo house.
After all, the kids were still young, what else could they be doing? Surely not going hunting?
What Chu Molin didn’t know was that Xue Ling had indeed taken them up the mountain, but it wasn’t to hunt; it was to practice punches.
So how could Chu Molin and the others possibly see them?
"I don’t think they’re here; Xue Ling probably took them to play. Let’s focus on our tasks and let them have fun. They’ll come back once they’re tired." Qin Xue, although she hadn’t been to other spaces, knew this was Xue Ling’s domain and nothing could escape its awareness. So she didn’t worry and focused on her own chores.
After checking inside and not finding the children, she didn’t mention looking for them.
She was the master, and Xue Ling was the artifact spirit; the two of them controlled everything within the space. If anything happened, she’d know about it.
Because of this, she wasn’t anxious, and Chu Molin understood this reasoning and followed her lead.
He joined Qin Xue to do other things—specifically, concocting potions. He followed Qin Xue’s instructions meticulously, not daring to make any mistakes, fearing unforeseen accidents.
"Wow, it’s surprising how amazing you are, handling everything so expertly. This talent really makes me jealous." Qin Xue truly felt that Chu Molin was here to outshine others.
He was incredibly capable, not just doing things, but doing them exceptionally well, leaving her no room for error. If she didn’t know better, she’d think he had been doing this for years.
Only she knew this was Chu Molin’s first time; before, it was Qin Yu who helped her. It just shows that you shouldn’t compare yourself to others, or someday you might get frustrated without even realizing it.
"That’s because you’re a great teacher. Look, I’m doing it correctly, right?" Chu Molin’s eyes flashed a hint of amusement. Was such a simple task worthy of her admiration? If he did something more impressive, would she be moved to tears?
"Of course, anything I teach receives no complaints. You’re doing well; just use the same approach for other tasks. Call me if you need anything." Qin Xue saw he was doing well, so she left him to it and went on to mix other potion ingredients.
The advantage was that everything in here belonged to her, and she could use them as she wished. The seeds Chu Molin had given her initially had resulted in even more seeds now.
Therefore, she wasn’t worried about running out of medicinal plants; as long as she had some, she could continuously utilize them. The outcome was what she had planned in advance, so she mostly planted what she needed.
