As soon as Shi Lang said that he wanted to go head on and take care of the Envoy the people were surprised and looked at him with confusion. Then Naomi said, "Brother Shi, the Envoys are not easy to deal with. Outside the realm palace, they represent the Realm lord and they wield some of his power as well, some years ago a clan lord had spoken a bit too loudly in a gathering and the Envoy had erased that clan."

Shi Lang sighed and said, "You are misunderstanding how the power of the realm lord and his people work."

The expert of the Solaris Race raised his brow, his golden body was shimmering with his cerulean blue wing like bone protrusions trembled and he asked, "Then you tell us, how these powers work."

Shi Lang shrugged, the Solaris race was the top command among the races around. So his words were authority in this part of the world. Shi Lang nodded and said, "So, we all know how we harness power, through the Dao Principles, right? Kal-E has just merged his core with the world consciousness, so while it might seem like he wields all the power in the world, that is only applicable in his own world, where he held the Ranking Tournament. Has anyone here ever seen him do anything like that in the Dao Plain or any other world?"

Recalling this, the people were surprised, they agreed with Shi Lang and the Terran continued, "The logic here is simple, the conflict between the various fragments of the world consciousness, that is what stops him from acting like he usually does, a power drunk tyrant. Another thing is that even though the envoy holds higher power then us, but they all have a limitation. They are a race that belongs to the Myriad Races, and so they have a limitation set upon them. We can expose that limitation and exploit it. That way we have a chance to strong arm them and while they do possess the powers of the Realm Lord, they only have a fraction of it, and another thing that you should know, they are operating in the different realm, the cannot use those skills to their maximum. If we manage to invoke the world consciousness, it would become very easy for us to take down the Envoy."

The people nodded, this logic made sense to them, but then Shi Lang said, "The main problem would come after we have taken down the Envoy, because after that, Kal-E would know that we are up to something."

Thinking about that, the people were in a quagmire, when a Cosmic Phantom spoke up, "My race has a technique that allows us to seal our enemy. Maybe that would work?"

Everyone turned to look at the ball of gas that was floating in the void. It was a Cosmic Phantom, the gas based race, however, they were extremely intelligent. They may have been removed from the ranking list but still had formidable skills. Shi Lang nodded and asked, "Did you guys see what is the race of that Envoy? Knowing his limitation would be a good thing."

Solaris said, "The aura from the head they brought back seems to be of a Crescent Kobold."

Many other people nodded, and Shi Lang said, "Hmmm, so the limitation they have is fighting in the sun. Right?"

The people nodded and just then someone said, "The Lunar Sword Slave word doesn’t have a sun, so how are we going to exploit the limitation?"

Shi Lang turned to look at the expert of the Solaris race, and said, "This Brother here has a limitation that in the dark his body would emit light that would be akin to the sun, no?"

The Solaris race expert was surprised by the address Shi Lang used. Then he nodded, and Shi Lang said, "We can use that against the Envoy, however, another thing that we would be needing is a perfect timing for the sealing technique to fall in. Because Cosmic Phantoms are not very strong in the light as well."

The expert from Solaris race nodded and asked, "What do you propose we do, I have never fought with a group of people beside me."

The rest of the people also nodded that they have no idea how to collaborate with the other races. Shi Lang sighed and said, "Give me a few minutes and then I will tell you about the plan. However, we first need to gather some information about the enemy, flying in blind would give us nothing."

The people nodded and Shi Lang said, "I would like to ask you all if anyone here is highly skilled in stealth movement and observation?"

The people turned to look at each other before one person stepped out of the crowd, he bowed his head, his body looked like it was a translucent mist. The creature spoke in an ethereal voice, and said, "My lords, I am from the Phantasm Mist Race, we can move around through the place without getting detected."

Shi Lang looked at the creature, unable to make out his gender he said, "Good, you have only one task, that is to cross the barrier, and stay hidden their for a couple of days, and the rest would be handled by my artifacts."

The people were surprised and then Shi Lang took out a small vail of glass which seemed to be filled with a silver liquid. The Terran said, "You just need to open the stopper and the liquid inside will handle this. It would come back after two days, and redeposit itself inside the bottle. Then you have to come out and then we can discuss the situation inside."

The people were confused but Shi Lang didn’t bother to clear things up, and only said, "Don’t worry, I know what I am doing, this won’t be detected."

Indeed, these nanobots all seemed like dust particles and so if they were to fly around, unless someone focus on the nanobots specifically, they would not be able to find out anything about them. This was the ingenuity of the design that had been improved by the federal scientists.

Shi Lang suddenly asked, "What is your name?"

The question was directed at the Phantasm Mist member, he replied, "I am called Hei."

Shi Lang nodded and passed the vial to him before the latter went across the barrier. The expert from the Solaris race asked, "Why did you send him over? His realm was too low."

Shi Lang smiled and replied, "The strong are always wary of those who are stronger, or equal to them, when do they have the time to check upon someone of a lower realm, Hei is only a heaven realm expert, probably the strongest of his race, they might be slow but it wouldn’t even trigger the alarm of a normal user, because his spiritual breath is extremely reined in, as if mashed with the fabric of the nature around him. This is why sending him was a good choice."

The people were all smart, they just wanted to know the reason behind Shi Lang’s actions. They were now convinced that this human was someone who had some skills. Thus the group of thousand or so people began to camp, while Shi Lang observed everything and asked about the limitations each of the races had, while the people were confused but he knew what he was doing. After a few hours when the information had been collected, the Terran sat down in meditation and began to segregate the data in a manner where every race that is paired together can complement each other and cover up for their limitations. This task appeared to be hard but was very important. After all, an army with tattered armor would only fall victim to the enemy like they were a lamb on the chopping board.

The period of two days was not something big, but it was crucial for Shi Lang and his plans to unfold. After two days, Nishan noticed a mist cloud seeping in through the barrier on the Portal. He asked, "Hei?"

The mist cloud replied, "Yes, Lord Nishan, it is me. I have completed the assignment given by the Shura Emperor."

Nishan nodded and then said, "Hei, thank you for your brave action this time. Come I will bring you to Brother Shi Lang."

That said, he led Hei to Shi Lang, and the latter had just woken up from his cultivation and when he saw Hei had returned he smiled and asked, "The vial, where is it?"

A glass vial appeared in the head, and Shi Lang then removed the stopper and placed all of the liquid on a grove of the communicator, after a few seconds a hologram appeared before him. The people were surprised and Shi Lang said, "Don’t look at me like that, this thing is still under upgrading process, and will be put out from trade when that his done. For now, let us focus on the enemy ahead."
