The party came to an end with a high ending and when all the guests left, Leo sat down on the couch with a tired expression on his face, Lily was eating the slice of cake, and Snow was also relaxing with her eyes closed. The twins were sitting on the carpet and babbling to each other, Leo could understand that they were talking about the various things they saw in the party, he didn't intervene, because these two were trying to come up with a reason behind Keval Nyay having legs that looked similar to Beta.

Keval was disabled below his waist and the exoskeleton helped him regain his mobility and was also helping him rehab his nerves and bones to heal the ailment that plagued him. Fragrance sighed and said, "Damn it, I thought that people only gifted exaggerated items in the books and movies, but look at that pile over there. That big star John Kraz, even left a supercar for you in the parking, it is brand new just one mile on the ODO. Also, that celebrity Hime, she left you a watch worth millions. Had you been a girl this would have been easy to digest."

Snow broke out in laughter and almost choked while doing so. The young man reached out and patted her back gently before he said, "Calm down, take a deep breath."

Lily finished her cake and she came over to Fragrance with her cream stained lips and said, "Auntie, did you call my Baba a girl?"

Fragrance looked at the girl amusedly and said, "No baby, I just said if he was a girl."

Lily hummed and then hugged Fragrance and pasted her cream stained lips on her cheeks and rubbed them around. Fragrance realized what was going on, and wanted to teach the little one a lesson but Lily had already dashed away. The old and young pair of women ran around the living room creating a ruckus while the twins clapped their hands, for them it was entertainment and they were even betting if Aunt would catch Lily.

Leo smiled and shook his head as he looked towards the gifts and said, "I will have someone take these gifts away, return what could be returned or ask the people if these things can be donated to charity."

The people were stunned and only Snow smiled, Lily asked, "Why baba? There are some good things."

Leo nodded and patted her head before he said, "Yes, there are some good things in the pile, but I only appreciate their intention to gift me but all these things are useless apart from what Cheery, Percie, Elvin and Rama left for me. Even Keval gave me a good set of books. As for the rest, I will ask June to enquire what these people would think if we were to donate these items to charity."

Snow nodded, she knew why Leo was giving these gifts to charity, because he was not keen on using things that were left by many people. Among the guests today, their were some Female celebrities of the company under Cardinal Group, they were not called here as a source of entertainment but because they have made great contribution to the group and Snow liked their personalities, and although they had given out the gifts with pure admiration but Leo didn't intend to give them any hints that might cause them to see him in bad light or go astray from their paths.

Leo picked up his communicator and then while everyone around him was still thinking if they could keep one thing from the gifts, he sent a message to the Utopia Research Center, the genetic serum had passed trials, and the effects were crazy good. They had substantial data and could make waves in the world of science.

So, Leo decided to give out the news to the world as a return gift and also to kick start the plans for outer space movement. The space elevator was nearly complete, and now all they needed to do was to send out the space base. The whole station had already been assembled by the people at the edge of the atmosphere where it was free from gravity but still not able to pull away from the planet and after the anchor base and the space station were connected by the elevator, the outer space exploration would commence.

Lily said, "Baba, can we please keep the car? You can donate the money of equal amount to charity, I really like it, its black and is the first one from the Wagoner group in a long time with a GTR badge."

In the morning, the news flashed and the world was shaken. The military had already been conducting trials for the genetic enhancement serum, and they came forward to support the research team in the Utopia center, and following that King Clover immediately initiated a red tape protocol for this research formula. For the next ten years, the formula and the serum would not be sold outside the country and the people who wish to take the formula in the future would not be allowed to travel outside the country as well.

The world was shaken they tried to negotiate and King Clover opened the door for them, but only with the allied forces, the rest of the world nations like the Eagle Nation were literally rejected bluntly to make their noses break off.

Leo had no idea about the political aspect, with the doctors confirming the fact that the formula worked well and had no side effect, many people came forward to ask the Cardinal Group to donate the formula to the country.

However, Percie replied with a response that she had come up with long time ago. The donation would be given to the Armed forces, Law enforcements, Rescue Operatives, Medical Staff and Remote area's where mortality rate is high. The Cardinal Group was not going to charge much but the serum was not prepared for free. They would charge the cost price and the plan had been approved by the government. Also, they reserved the right to have the serum given to anyone involved in criminal activities or with a record of serious crimes like, rape, murder, molestation, etc.

The statement was clean and concise, the impact was strong, and many groups stepped up to support them while some people tried to gain their five minutes of spotlight and complained on how the Cardinal Group was sidelining the prisoners and ignoring their human rights.

However, the company was not falling behind either the PR department replied with memes and posts stating, someone who is sentenced to die, need no improvement, someone with a life time inside a cage was the same. Lastly, someone who shed their humanity had no human right, and they certainly were not recognized by the company.

Four directional siege on the Cardinal Group was defended against and the people were shocked. The nations tried to leverage this event in the name of tampering with human body and core, while some expressed concerns for the international security.

The government handled these things with ease, they stated that it was not tampering but just enhancing the genes at the core to increase the strength and capacity of the human body and after that they asked the people if they ever in history have attacked any nation voluntarily?

The people had no response and so the bill was passed and the genetic serum began to mass produce, to prevent the staff from turning envious, the Cardinal Group had also promised to give a portion for them and their immediate families after they have managed to complete the quota needed for the military and the rest of the groups.

This way they secured the privacy because the plant workers, though simple and less educated, could discern things from the process, and as a precaution, many important steps were completed by robots and the secrecy was upheld.

After reading the information, she frowned, she asked the people who were watching her stream, "Has this news been confirmed? If someone really did this, then I will make sure they are dealt properly. If the information is wrong, then you know what is the punishment for fake news, right?"

The viewer replied with quick comment, "Young Miss Cardinal, I swear on my life, these officials have been misusing their authority and I have the video of them conspiring about how they want to swindle someone to gain the funds from the Cardinal Foundation. They have been taking small cuts from the funds already, they fooled the system by filing for relief charge, it may appear ten yuan per person but they have used hundreds of laborers for every task. They have swindled a great amount already."

Lily's eyes had turned cold as ice and she said, "Give me the proof, and I will handle it. Thank you."
