Chapter 187: Tiny Wings For Tiny Mate
(Amaia)
(NSFW Content Ahead)
Alnitak’s thickness pulse in my mouth while Mintaka’s girth spasm in softness between my legs.
The three of us come together, huffing, sweating, drenched in each other’s scents. Suddenly, something stabs both my shoulder blades from the inside, trying to squirm out. I let out a pained muffle.
"Are you alright?" Alnitak worriedly questions. His hands wipe my lips, and apprehension flashes in his eyes.
The pain intensifies like something is trying to poke out of my back. I place my head on Alnitak’s chest, my heartbeat going berserk, and the words won’t come out of my mouth.
I feel Mintaka’s assuring hand on my back as his surprised voice comes, "Amaia, you have wings."
Wings? I finally got my wings?
So the pain is from their protrusion from my skin for the first time.
Did it happen because I mated with my mates?
"What?" Alnitak leans over my shoulder and reaches behind me, his hand joins Mintaka’s. "Wow! Our mate has wings."
"Are they new? Why are they so tiny?" Alnitak questions like an excited child.
Lifting my head from his chest I try to watch them over my shoulder, craning my neck.
"These are new. I thought I won’t have them." The flimsy silverish tips are visible to me from this angle.
"They are so pretty, just like you." A thrill laces Mintaka’s words.
I can sense his fingers tracing against the newly born wings of mine.
"They are. She keeps surprising us." Alnitak agrees with his brother, holding the other one.
"I want to see them too," I request, unable to clearly see. The pain has dulled to a slow hum.
Mintaka’s hands land under my thighs and he effortlessly lifts me, getting up from the bed. He takes me towards my vanity mirror and stands me, facing sideways.
Finally, I see them, slowly fluttering behind me. Shimmering, catching the light not as glass might, but as a dragonfly’s wing does. A flimsy veil of jade and silver, alive with a light of their own.
Like the green of deep forest, with rippling veins of liquid silver, they are not more than my arm’s length.
They make me feel vulnerable and strong at the same time.
"Why are they so tiny?" I ask and Mintaka chuckles behind me, his hands holding my long hair away from them. Alnitak joins his brother, coming to stand in front of him.
"Tiny wings for our tiny mate," Alnitak jokes, touching their tip with his index finger and giving me his goofiest smile.
Every time he touches them, a small, excited current, as a shimmer, weaves through them.
"Maybe they will grow with time, they are still new," Mintaka tries to assuage my apprehensions regarding them.
Alnilam! I need to ask Alnilam. He is the one who carries the most knowledge on Fae magic.
"I will ask your brother," I say with finality, commanding my wings to rapidly move behind me.
"Yes, he has always been a bookworm. I am sure he possesses knowledge about it."
Like gossamer, they obey while both my mates watch me with satisfied smiles.
"I am not sure how to retract them though." I try to command but they stay, too excited to come into this new world and fly freely.
"Let them be. Come I will bathe you." Alnitak takes my hand in his and pulls me into his glistening body. I go willingly.
"Take her, I will clean the room and the mess we have made." Mintaka turns around, light catching his ruby-shaded hair. Corded muscles ripple as he moves and the feel of his girth is still inside me.
Alnitak walks me to our wash area. He turns on the showerhead. The clear water gushes out and Alnitak extends his hand to check the temperature.
"How do you like your water?" He turns towards me and asks. My eyes are tethered to his sculpted body and I know I can never get enough of my mates.
"Normal."
"Come then," he guides me forward and places me under the gushing water spray.
It hits me and my wings, and they flutter in excitement, enjoying the feel.
"You look like Tinkerbell," Alnitak heartily laughs, his tender gaze watching me and my overexcited wings.
I laugh at the comparison.
"They seem so happy to be born." Leaning down, he places his lips on the right one and gives it a long, tender kiss.
I turn my head to witness this epic moment.
A thrill, I sense running through them like live wire. It cups Alnitak’s face clinging to it like wet tissue paper.
"Awww, it loves me," Alnitak exclaims in joy, his face splitting with happiness he is feeling.
The other one leans towards Alnitak, wanting the same treatment as the right one received.
Alnitak obliges and kisses the left one too.
"They change colours when I kiss them, a hue of pink passes through them as if they are blushing." He notices with a wide grin. His hands caress them, letting them trap his face inside them.
I thank the gods it’s Alnitak or the embarrassment would have been real. They remind me of Alnilam’s uncontrollable hair and how they always get overexcited to see me.
"They love you," I calmly tell him, weaving my hand through my hair and rubbing my face with soap.
"And I love them too. Baby wings." He coos at them as if they are babies.
I shake my head at his antics and turn off the water.
Alnitak picks up the shampoo bottle, opens the lid and inverts it on my head, emptying half of it.
"That’s enough," I have to stop him from emptying the whole bottle on my head.
"You have long hair." His fingers slowly delve into my hair and he begins to massage my head, lathering up.
I lean onto his warm body and let him do his magic with his hands. With a gentleness he washes my hair, my body and my wings.
A rhythmic symphony they seem to produce like tiny notes when he touches them and the way he smiles in return just melts me even more.
Turning around, I let our soapy bodies collide as I grab his face and mash my lips with his.
Alnitak is so easy to love...
