Madison smiled gently. Instead of answering right away, she looked directly at Kylie, her expression calm and steady. "Luna Kylie... Have you ever heard of the Crescent Moon Pack?"

The question caught everyone completely off guard. Not only Kylie, but even Humphrey and Vladimir nodded almost immediately, recognition flashing across their faces.

Humphrey folded his arms while digging through old memories from his academy days. "The Crescent Moon Pack..."

His brow furrowed in concentration. "Isn’t that the lost pack?" He looked toward Vladimir, who nodded in agreement. "I remember hearing about them during our oral history lessons." His voice grew thoughtful.

"There were very few members, but every single one of them possessed extraordinary abilities. They were considered the strongest pack centuries ago." He slowly shook his head. "And then... they disappeared. No battles, no survivors, no explanation. They simply vanished."

A faint smile appeared on his face. "Most werewolf historians believe they’re nothing more than a myth."

Madison quietly listened until he finished. Then she lifted her chin. For the first time, a strange, quiet authority surrounded her. The gentle woman everyone thought they knew suddenly carried herself with real confidence and strength.

Her eyes remained steady as she looked at everyone gathered before her. "I’m not a myth." The words settled heavily over the deck, sending a ripple of shock through the group.

She slowly drew in a deep breath. "I am a direct descendant of the last Alpha of the Crescent Moon Pack."

Madison lowered her eyes for a moment, gathering herself before she kept going. "My mother told me everything before she died." Her voice stayed calm on the surface, but the deep sadness hidden behind it was impossible to miss. "She told me exactly how she escaped."

Everyone on the deck listened in total silence, hanging on her every word.

"Our pack was attacked." She swallowed hard as painful memories she had buried for years came rushing back to the surface. "It wasn’t another werewolf pack that came after us." Her brow furrowed with the weight of it all. "They were strange creatures. I still don’t know what they really were." She slowly shook her head, her face troubled. "They weren’t werewolves. And they weren’t alone. They came with a powerful wizard."

The atmosphere around the deck instantly grew heavier and darker, like a storm cloud had rolled in.

"My mother was the Luna of the Crescent Moon Pack." A faint, loving smile curled the corner of her lips as she remembered her parents. "My father was the Alpha, and they lived at the east, away from the pack lands because they were capable of protecting themselves." Her eyes became glossy with unshed tears.

"When those creatures attacked, my mother said she was already pregnant with me." She looked out toward the endless ocean, her voice trembling with emotion. "My father knew he couldn’t protect both. So, he chose to protect his pregnant Luna."

"He fought with everything he had, giving it his all just to create a small opening so my mother could escape." Madison smiled sadly, her heart aching. "My father never made it out."

Silence settled over everyone like a thick blanket. Even the sound of the waves crashing against the yacht seemed far away and distant.

Now everything finally made sense. Seraphine’s natural confidence, her calm and powerful leadership, her ability to carry herself like someone born to command. None of it had happened by chance.

Leadership flowed through her blood. She wasn’t simply the daughter of ordinary omega werewolves. She was the granddaughter of an Alpha, a direct descendant of one of the most powerful and legendary bloodlines in all of werewolf history.

Madison continued, her voice steady but full of feeling. "A few survivors escaped with her. They hid for years, never stayed in one place for long." She laughed bitterly at the painful memories. "My mother was incredibly strong, very much like Sera."

A mother’s deep pride filled her smile as she looked at her daughter. "But eventually, they found them again."

The happiness disappeared from her face in an instant. "The creatures kept hunting them relentlessly, even after my mother gave birth to me. No one knew what they did with the captured gifted wolves." Her voice became quieter, almost broken. "My mother knew she couldn’t keep running forever." Tears gathered in her eyes. "So... she made her choice."

Madison looked down at her hands, her lips trembling. "She surrendered herself. She allowed them to capture her, so I could escape."

No one spoke. The sacrifice was far too great for any words to capture. Even after all these years, Madison still had no idea what those terrifying creatures truly were.

Joining the Centenary Pack hadn’t given her any answers. She had spent decades living quietly among werewolves, working as an omega, always watching, always listening, always waiting. Yet she had never seen another one of those creatures again.

"They disappeared," she said, frowning. "I’ve never crossed paths with any of them since."

Voren remained unusually quiet, his mind already racing with dark possibilities. If creatures powerful enough to completely wipe out an entire gifted pack truly existed, where were they now? And why had no one in their world ever heard of them?

Madison slowly continued. "When I became a teenager, I met a man." Her smile became warm and genuine. "He made these contact lenses for me." She smiled gently. "I’ll always be grateful to him."

Voren immediately knew exactly who she meant. Doctor Finn, the man who had helped hide her unique bright blue eyes all those years.

"My mother left me with one final warning before she died." Madison’s expression turned serious. "She told me that if I wanted to survive, I had to become invisible. I couldn’t attract any attention. I couldn’t join the academy. I couldn’t accept any position that required strength or leadership."

She looked around at everyone. "The safest place for someone like me, was among the weakest, so I became an omega...by choice."

Her voice carried no shame at all. "It wasn’t because I lacked ability. It was because hiding was the only way to protect my bloodline." She smiled toward Einstein. "That’s how I met your father."

Einstein’s eyes softened with love as Madison continued. "He gave up everything to stay with me."

Madison reached for his hand, squeezing it tightly. "Because of me, he also chose to live as an omega in the Centenary Pack."

Einstein gently squeezed her fingers right back. He had never regretted that decision. Not even once.

Kylie slowly nodded as she absorbed the whole heartbreaking story. Then another question bubbled up. "So..." She looked at Madison carefully, about to ask when Madison took the words out of her mouth. "How did Sera become my daughter?" She smiled softly. "I was just getting to that."
