Yu An threw her arms around Mo Yan, her voice on the verge of tears. She felt like she was going to die!

"What is it?"

Yu An tried to communicate with it. The little creature could understand them, but it couldn’t seem to speak, so it kept using gestures to convey its meaning.

They studied it for what felt like ages before finally giving up. "What are you trying to say? We can’t understand you. Can’t you just talk like a person?"

Seeing that its strenuous performance had been completely misunderstood, the little creature deflated.

It looked left and right, then suddenly hopped onto Yu An’s hand and bit down hard!

Lan Yin cried out in alarm, "An’an!"

"It just appeared out of nowhere! Is this water?"

A bolder Cloud Beast scooped up a little of the water and tasted it. "Whoa! It’s so sweet!"

A thought struck the "well-read" Yu An. Forming a theory, she brought Han Li and the others into her pocket dimension.

Inside the dimension, a small spring had appeared. It looked exactly like the Divine Spring in Quan City, the only difference being that this one was a little smaller.

The spring was filled with clear, transparent water. When the Cloud Beasts saw Yu An, they swarmed around her, chattering excitedly.

"An’an, An’an! This water is sweet! It’s delicious!"

"An’an, what is this? It appeared so suddenly, it startled us."

Lu Lu, who had been sleeping, was also drawn over. It tasted the spring water and exclaimed in surprise, "An’an, this water can accelerate plant growth!"

To water the plants, the Cloud Beasts would first drink their fill from the stream, then, after some complex internal process, float over the vegetable patch and release the water as rain.
