Curious, she walked over and hid in the tall grass to observe.

A woman in red stood with her back to her, blood dripping from the sword in her hand.

The woman in red gave him a cold look. "Good."

"Female Mother, Beast Father said Grandma will be back soon. She’s bringing back a way for you to recover your memories. Then our whole family can be reunited."

She puffed out her cheeks and said unhappily, "Female Mother, you’ve treated me like an outsider all these years. Once you get your memory back, you have to make it up to me. If you don’t... if you don’t, I won’t speak to you for a whole day!"

Yu Huang’s movements as she cleaned her sword paused. "We’ll see when the time comes."

Ao Yun seemed accustomed to her coldness. She fell silent, propping her head on her hand to watch her clean the sword, her eyes filled with adoration and dependence.

Yu An pressed her lips together. After taking a picture, she immediately entered her space.

The moment she disappeared, Yu Huang suddenly looked up in that direction.

"Female Mother, what is it?"

Ao Yun followed her gaze but saw nothing there.

"It’s nothing," Yu Huang retracted her gaze. "Get ready. We’re leaving."

’There’s no one there. I must have been mistaken.’

"It’s the Princess!"

Chun Nuan only needed one look to confirm that the woman in red was Yu Huang.

"That’s good," Yu An breathed a sigh of relief. "Aunt Chun, I’ll bring Female Mother back."

"I’m here looking for my family."
