- Envious Lust: Beings charmed by the Succubus will have their power reduce and transfer to the Succubus.

Kaera finished her transformation. Of course, Mater didn’t design any type of clothes for her as always. She had a pair of black wings and a dark tail with a sharp arrow tip in the end.

The dark-haired man couldn’t help but drool just by looking at her naked body. "Damn! I am amazed by my own design!"

"You lustful cat." Selina chuckled.

"I never denied it, don’t I?" Mater shrugged shamelessly.

Kaera examined her new body. She was a savage demon so a little exposure was nothing for her. What matter was power.

"This form is interesting. It gives me a lot of new power I didn’t have before."

The dark-haired man approached her. Mater grabbed her chin and pulled her in for a sloppy kiss.

Kaera froze in the beginning but leaned into it. With the Submission Pact, all of her being truly felt in love with him.

"Naughty Master! Why did you do that here?"

Mater grinned widely, "I need to make sure you are properly converted."

Kaera leaned on him, her voice whispered, "I am yours, Master. You just need to call me anytime."

The dark-haired man giggled, "Of course I will."

With that concluded the quest of separating Tanya and Kaera.

Crow had his wife back and Mater got himself a new sexy servant.

For the upcoming time, Mater continued to let the Psychics and Revenants worked under him. The war between the Moon and Sun Court had come into a halt. No one could earn an extra edge.

More conflict would lead to all out war, which would lead to huge lost from both side. So they signed a peace treaty.

The Psychics and Revenants became citizens of the Dark Court, a recognized third Court in the Everlasting Wilds. But no Fey knew where their territory really was.

They didn’t know that Mater had his own pocket dimension.

The Psychics and Revenants worked for Mater, accepting missions from the Moon Court and his own personal missions. They helped him gather more resources for his advancement and he gave them back more power and tools.

Mater also focused on developing the power of his servants.

Currently, Aurora, Crow, Bash, and Forus were in Medium Rank-2. He trained them to get them ready to get to Major Rank-2, level 40 to be exact.

Sparrow, Solarix, and Evelynn reached the final level of Rank-1. Mater trained them to get them ready to reach Rank-2.

Erin and Kaera were the last servants that joined. Erin needed a lot of training to be ready for Rank-2. Mater intended to train her for many more years. Kaera was a Rank-2 Demon in her previous life so he placed her with the second group, ready to advance.

Mater also constructed a proper Shrine for Kaera in the Floor of Fire. Another steel structure rose up in the dry land of fire, next to Solarix’s own Shrine.

Erin was a little bit complicated because Mater didn’t really have a good place for her within the Prison.

’I’m going to need to create the Key of Disease first. Then I would be able to have more Rank-3 Spells. I also need to design a new Rank for Prison Within the Pages. That will need more Emotional Gemstones. I will need to do that first thing when we return to the real world.’

Ten years passed by unknowingly.

The humans had grown quite accustomed to the life in the Everlasting Wilds and created their own society near the Moon Court. Their main headquarters was still in the Floor of Darkness obviously.

Some Psychics was even able to reach Hazard Rank because of this. But after that, Hazard became much more difficult to rise. They needed technology and knowledge in the real world to advance. So the Psychics stopped dead at Rank-2.

Selina, however, didn’t have that problem. She was a mix between Warlock and Psychic. A Psylock if Mater had to give it a title. She was versatile like a Warlock and had the unique abilities of the Psychic, the best of both world.

Mater, obviously, favored her first and helped her get to Peak Hazard Rank.

"If we get back, you probably rule the Institute already." Mater chuckled.

They were laying within their bed naked. Selina lay her head on top of his chest and purred sweetly like a little cat.

They just had a little ’exercise’ previously.

"It was all thanked to you. You gave me the power to own my life."

"Perhaps. But don’t let that make you forget that you too are a Genius. Remember your first examination?"

Selina climbed on top of him and giggled. "Of course... Round 2?"

"Bring it on, Señorita..."

Breathless moans filled the bedroom.

A few days later, Aurora was sitting on the throne inside her Glacial Shrine when Mater and Selina arrived.

With no war currently happening, the servants really didn’t have much to do than train themselves and grow their power.

Aurora opened her eyes. "Master... Selina..."

She smiled and walked down from her throne.

Selina couldn’t help but clicked her tongue. "God damn! You’re so cute, Aurora!"

"What are you saying..." Aurora blushed gently. She was much more animated now since she dealt with her past.

"We’re coming over to help you get to Major Rank-2."

Aurora nodded. She felt her power was reaching its maximum so she already expected this.

Suddenly, Selina rubbed her hands in a very very questionable way. She looked even more perverted than the black cat.

Aurora covered her naked breasts instinctively. "What are you planning?"
