"Demon never surrenders!" Xara shouted.

"I figure as much." The black cat stroked his whiskers. "Chaos Avatar..."

Behind the black cat, a shadow man with golden veins materialized. It fused itself with the cat and transformed him into a humanoid creature with glowing gold eyes.

"Heh. That cheap trick of Chaos Users. You won’t be able to win against me with that."

"We shall see, aren’t we?" The Avatar spoke plainly.

"Leave this area, my servants. Cleanse this place. I will handle this demon alone."

"Yes, Master!" The servants said in unison and left.

"This world belongs to the Infernal Hell, Cat. No one can take it from us." Xara squinted her eyes.

"No... This world belongs to me now, the Blood Warlock."

Xara widened her eyes briefly. She knew about a Blood Warlock. The troublemaker that went everywhere to cause trouble. He stole the power of the Infernal Demon, pulled out the core of Abyssal Abomination, and even found the frozen heart of those Glacial Wight.

Some said he even ruled in the Everlasting Wilds for a while as the lover of the Queen of the Moon Court.

Xara had come to this world for hundred of years so she didn’t know Matsr died once. But if this cat was truly the Blood Warlock, then she understood where his confidence coming from.

Blood Warlock. An artificial Chaos User bathed in the blood of other beings. He was bred for War.

The goat monster twirled its fingers. Many layers of Demonic Barriers appeared around it.

"Afraid?" The shadow man smiled.

"No. Just taking things a little more seriously. If you truly are Mater Evol Heracy. I would expect a tough fight."

Mater bowed theatrically. "Pleasure to meet you. That is me."

The shadow snapped his fingers. Black chains shot out from within him and reached for Xara. The Chains of Shadow was upgraded to Rank-3, now acting as a more offensive spell than before.

Each of the chain had a blade attached at the end.

The chains pierced through the Demonic Barriers. They were stopped but they kept pushing inside. Given enough time and they would penetrate the barrier.

"They said the Blood Warlock has many tools in his hands. Now I see that they were speaking the truth."

Many pentacles appeared around Xara. Red lightning bolts shot out from within them and attacked the shadow man.

The Multi-Layered Force Dome stopped them all.

At this level, attacking and defending were all decided by high level spells. The users barely moves at all.

"Why don’t I give you a surprise?"

The gold wand appeared in Mater’s hand. The wand which contained the power of Fate, demon’s greatest weakness.

"That thing?!" Xara widened her eyes. "How did you kill an Ascendent?"

"That fool desended to this world and was stupid enough to seal his power." Mater giggled.

He held the wand with his teeth then activated Lightning Beast.

"Let me show you what the wrath of a sky truly was."

The shadow man clasped his hands together. Above the parking garage, clouds stuck together and roared. Thunder echoed in the deep of night.

"Ah, shit! What is it now?" Detective Alister was just having a nap. He crawled up to check what was happening.

The sky in that particular area was filled with gold lightning bolts. They joined together into a giant golden dragon. Then it came crashing right into the parking garage.

The Illuminati and Mater’s servants had already got out of there through Sparrow’s passage.

The building was destroyed, revealing the goat monster and the shadow man standing in the rubbles.

"Shit!" Xara coughed. Her barriers were destroyed.

The black chains pierced into her body and slowly tainted her with Nether.

Mater waved the wand again. Countless Fate Feathers appeared around them, pointing at Xara.

"Have enough?" The shadow man grinned widely.

"Never!" Xara roared. Hellfire blasted out from and melted the black chains.

Then, a giant lava sword appeared on the sky of the area.

"If I die, I will drag you with me!" Xara groaned.

"One last desperate attack, huh? Let me show you something cool."

Mater bit down on the wand again. The golden watch appeared on his Chaos Avatar.

The Demonic Transformation Watch used to allow him to transform into a jaguar. But he had recently reforged it. With the power of all his organizations, finding and locating new relics to raise its power was easy.

A green light appeared and enveloped the shadow man. He grew taller and bigger, now with spikes on his shoulders that looked like armor. His hands and feets were wrapped by Nether Energy. Death Ice became his armor and Hellfire flowed within him. The combination of the powers of the three hell.

But that wasn’t the end.

"Forus!"

"Yes, Master!"

The Abyssal Helmet appeared and Mater put it on. One final piece of the puzzle that enhanced his power even more.

Mater raised his hands, the Eternal Sword and Eternal Blade appeared. One Western longsword and one Eastern katana.

Xara shouted and slammed the giant lava sword down the area. If it connected, a large population of Aeliz would instantly die.

Mater bolted to the air with both of the swords.

"Eternal! Strike!"

The two swords clashed and released two huge sword fang that extended for miles on end. It cut through the lava sword and destroyed it before the blade could even touch the ground.

Xara’s goat form disappeared and she knelt on the ground. "No way..."

Mater landed on his feet. His power made the air feel like mud. He grabbed Xara’s head and crushed her projection. She returned to the form of a heart.

"Bash could use you to reach Rank-3." Mater smirked.

He had the Chaos Singularities from Rumius for Aurora. This heart of Bash. He only needed one more thing or things for Crow.

"My servants would be Rank-3 soon. And I would soon return to Rank-4."

Mater had two Rank-4 Chaos Singularities from scamming Rumius. He needed one more. The last one would come from Xirak.

That demon was weakened but he was still a true Rank-4. Mater would kill him, eat him, take his power and returned to his former glory.

"Lock of Formation Iteration... I am coming."
