Chloe was facing away from Athena when some arms reached around her back, grabbing her while she was in the throws of lust and twisting her head to the side before leaning forward to kiss her. The surprised Chloe only froze for a moment before she forgot herself and kissed the daughter of the Empress back. Twisting her body, Chloe was soon facing the woman who’s hips were furiously slamming against the man underneath her.

As all three were engaged in their lust, Laz felt the connection happen that he had been waiting for and unleashed his energy, causing both women to orgasm uncontrollably. As the Empress’ guard, her only real objective was to act as a meat shield if it was required. So while their income was quite generous, it wasn’t as though they would pump a bunch of resources into someone whose job it was to die. Right now though, with the energy run off from a god seed breaking through and the first level god beneath her acting as a battery, Chloe felt the palace finish taking shape in almost an instant while the land within her expanded as another palace, almost a mirror image to her first one, started to form. Even then, she felt the land continue to expand even more as she instinctively fought to keep herself from growing more powerful too quickly.

Having to contend with that while feeling like her entire body was on fire with pleasure was a form of torture she had never dreamed of. Little did she know that the vitality of the Asura underneath her was more that enough to make sure her growth was solid even while the bulk of life energy was being transferred to Athena.

It didn’t take long until the climax was reached and an explosion went off. Chloe was blown backwards even as she came hard, looking as though she had just squirted herself to the other side of the room.

Laz, the anchor to everything, was pressed underneath Athena as he blasted into her once again, his god load enough to send her tearing through her restrictions as she both climaxed and broke her barrier, the energy of the world gathering like a storm to bless the arrival of a new god.

Her naked body floated in the air as the blinding light covered her and radiated outward, filling the room with a holy aura and brightness that forced Chloe to shield her eyes and look away, even as her still writhing body refused to move.

Laz stared at the whole process from beginning to end as his level allowed him to observe this blessing.

Of course this immense change in both energy outside and power coming from the room was enough to attract the attention of everyone within the mountain fortress, including the Empress who sat in session with the leaders of the solders and the now very agreeable ministers, at least the ones who hadn’t thought to betray them.

"What is that?" More than one of them asked, looking in the direction of the room.

"Just a bit more power added to our ranks. Another goddess is born..." Hera said with a smile while sipping from her cup.

"Another goddess? Another daughter of your majesty has broken through their shell to reach godhood?" One of the ministers asked.

Hera didn’t reply.

While many of them wanted to ask just what had happened lately that allowed so many of her daughters to ascend to godhood, none of them were stupid enough to speak up. Their last experience with her in the throne room had taught them that some things shouldn’t be pressed.

As for her daughters who were both present and not present, they looked at each other and smiled, knowing just what had happened. They had all been through it after all.

The light surrounding Athena’s body gradually began to fade as she floated back to the bed. The moment he foot hit the top of a blanket, she fell quickly, like a puppet with it’s strings cut. Laz caught her and moved her aside, laying her down gently while he stood, quickly pouring some water into a mug and gulping it down several times in a row. Right now, his body felt like it had been lit on fire and he needed to put it out. Somehow, he felt like he tried to touch something he shouldn’t have by staring at Athena’s breakthrough, but it was too late to do anything about it now other than accept the pain.

It was a good half hour of cold water and using his Infinity technique before he was able to breath normally again, the fires inside calming down.

"Interesting..." Laz finally said with a laugh, his voice hoarse. Turning around, he saw that Chloe was looking at him with concern on her face.

"You’re ok?" She asked.

"Yeah."

"Good. Good. You were giving off a heat like a furnace for a while. It felt painful to even get near you."

"I looked at something I shouldn’t have and it almost killed me. Heh... wouldn’t be the first time I made such a bad choice, but whatever. How are you doing?" Laz said as Chloe got close enough to touch his skin. Confirming it wasn’t going to hurt her to do so, she lead him back to the chair and foot stool before helping him down into it.

"I feel... much stronger than before. I’ve actually broken into the early stage of the void Emperor realm. That... shouldn’t have happened. On top of that, I can’t find a trace of instability, something they warned us about if we advanced too quickly back when we took classes at the Imperial academy. So... I don’t even know how I feel...." Chloe said, sitting down on the footstool next to Laz’s legs, her bare skin touching his without even causing her a care.

"Heh. The hardest part in absorbing the energy is letting it wreck your body and then remake it. While it seems simply in theory, the body requires energy to survive and not just the wild energy of nature. It requires a great deal of vitality to break through the shackles of each realm. Even if the energy of nature is abundant, the energy of vitality isn’t always up to the challenge. So... to ensure a smooth breakthrough, an immense amount of vitality is needed. We Asura have that in excess. And one of the best ways to transmit that..."

"Ah....AH? So then all of this? And you?"

"I see you understand. It’s why she went crazy for sex. She knew I had the vitality she needed so to get that, she would do anything. And in your case, I made sure to keep you healthy as well as the energy from her breakthrough seeped in to you. You’ve gained more than you know just by being here." Laz said with a laugh.

"You... my..... You didn’t need to waste such valuable gifts on me..." Chloe said, not sure how she could repay what he had given her.

"Hey. As I said before, this was what the Empress ordered. I was just following those orders. And since you assisted, you get a share of the spoils as well," Laz said with a chuckle.

Chloe laughed as well and crawled up his body, setting herself against his chest and nuzzling in close, as though trying to get more of his skin to touch hers.

"Are you going to finish the story?" Chloe then asked, even as she rubbed a finger against the lines of his abs and muscles of his chest.

"Sure. It involved a crazed cult, a fallen divine being, the mad Emperor and the Shadow Dragon’s warnings... So... where to begin....?"

"You arrived in the town that had been ransacked?"

"Right. Anyway..."

Laz went on to tell Chloe about some of the things that had happened while keeping other little things, such as Nagi, a secret. While Chloe was able to figure out some things were left unsaid, she didn’t ask about them either.

Once his story was finished, a cold faced Athena was standing in front of the foot stool, looking at Laz and Chloe’s embrace with a look like she wanted to rip them apart. Her ascension into the god realm had taken her directly to the fifth level even though she had stopped herself from rising faster, instead using the overflowing energy to strengthen her inner world. After everything she experienced at the hands of Laz and this guard of her mother’s her pride flared as she seemed to relive those moments over and over again in her head.

But just as she felt like she couldn’t hold herself back, she noticed a strange glint in Laz’s eye, one that said even if he was only at the first level, an Asura wasn’t something so easy to bring down.

In the end, she took a deep breath and crawled up on the other side of Laz, her naked body smoothly sliding up his until she got into a spot she felt was comfortable.

"There are pieces of your story missing...." Athena said out loud the part Chloe was ignoring.

"I know," Laz responded simply.

"My mother wants my other sisters to break through as well," Athena continued.

"She told me."

"If you fail, I’ll cut off your dick, roast it on a fire and feed it to my hunting dogs."

"So if I succeed?"

"I’ll be your personal dog whenever you want....." Athena’s face turned a slight red before going back to normal a moment later.

Laz wasn’t sure if he should laugh or not while Chloe was just shocked into silence at the proud goddesses discovery over her new kink.
